DON"T STAY HERE!!Today is Mar 13th - I had to cancel a 1 night stay for Aug 31 - so just shy of 6 months out. Here is what the cancellation policy states online - CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR RV SITESCancellation PRIOR to 30 days of your scheduled arrival date (to include one-night stays) will result in a 1-night processing charge. They charged me $50 for a "processing charge". I called to cancel, and when they told me the charge I was astounded. When I questioned this outrageous processing fee, Carol immediately became nasty and defensive, saying "What I really should do is charge you the whole amount for 1 nights stay"- when I tried to ask her why her cancellation policy did not detail the amount, and that it should, she just became argumentative and rude. I told her that it was not in-line with any other RV resort which I have stayed at. To charge me a $50 "processing" fee 6 months out on a cancellation is obscene. The way she treated me over the phone I am glad we did not stay there, as they appear only interested in making money. Customer service was horrible. I will be posting this on my YouTube channel as well. I tried to reach out to them via email to have the fee adjusted to a more appropriate fee, but no response. I will deny the charges with my credit card.

We wanted to be sure to share how amazing Sea Perch RV resort is. We have stayed several times and enjoyed all of our stays. This last weekend was another example of superlative service by the resort staff/hosts. The campground is always clean. Got level cement pads. Full hookups. A great clubhouse with tons of amenities, including cable. While you don t get much of any cell service. They do have some WiFi, and you can bring your own Starlink to compensate. When we did, we got between 100Mbps and 300 Mbps. With the average being 200Mbps. Some people might have their complaints about one that or another. We never have and would recommend this to anyone. Although we don t so we have less competition for spots.

We wanted an ocean front spot, so we booked out a year (that s how busy they are) when the time came, we had something come up and we couldn t go. I called 6 months in advance to cancel and was told I would have to forfeit the equivalent of one nights stay (over $100) I was shocked. The manager told me I could re-schedule. The original reservation was for a shorter coach and we had just bought a new, longer coach. Moved spots and changed the dates. Fast forward, life moves on and we buy a place down south our coach isn t in Oregon. I call and ask if I can transfer the reservation to another person (I have already paid for one night) I was again denied. My only recourse was to push the reservation out again, but they don t have openings on a weekend and we work. The current reservation is during the week, 45 days in the future, so I can call again on Monday and cancel the reservation and lose the deposit of over $100.This is the most absurd thing I have ever encountered. I will NEVER book with them again and will let everyone I can about my terrible experience. I guess they want to keep the money and do no work to earn it.

I just visited my brother who was staying there. I don't know what it cost but it is a beautiful place especially if you get a space next to the ocean. Great view when there's no fog. People are friendly. There's also a nice club house with a pool table. The also provided an ice cream social. There's a a nice grassy area with bean bag toss and horseshoes.Nearby activities: There's sea lion caves about 15 minutes south, Florence and Waldport are about a half hour away.

We really liked our 3 night stay here! Friendly staff, clean, concrete slabs for all RVs, large grass area for our dogs and stunning views of the Pacific. Our dogs loved running off leash on the beach and the tide pools were fun to look around in.The only think I wish it had was a hot tub with a view of the beach!

My family booked this many months in advance. With a week to go, we found out they wouldn't allow our dog, who is a gentle animal. We couldn't leave or kennel her due to her condition. We lost several hundred dollars in deposit and had to scramble to find another vacation location at the last minute. While I realize the deposit situation is listed on their website, I am certain they had no problem filling our vacancy and could have shown much greater consideration. I will never book with them or recommend them again.

Small, full hook-ups, beachfront RV park. Every site has some view of the ocean, a double-wide and deep concrete pad and a picnic table with benches. Dog-friendly except for the usual "aggressive" breeds.Nearby activities: Located midway in the most beautiful section of the Oregon coast, between Lincoln City and Florence.

On an RV trip with the family through down the Oregon coast we stopped in to see if they had any openings and were lucky enough to get the last spot. They accommodate large RVs on cement spots with power, water and sewer hookups, each with their own propane fire pit and lounge chairs provided. Most, if not all, of them have a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach.Walkability: Easy access to the beach.

My sweetie and I stayed here for a couple of days. It was a very nice little adventure. When we showed up the nice folks that were hosting for the evening help us get set.The park itself is very clean and tidy. Concrete pads for your RV. We didn't take advantage of many of the amenities but there were a lot.We ran up to Yachats which is a couple miles away and had dinner at the brewery. Good food. There are definitely some agates around Definitely recommend.

The location is great. Nothing beats the view from the ocean view locations. There is a fire pit to get cozy and make smores and have a couple of beers before tucking in for the night. There is a place to play games, horse shoes and cornhole. There is a big area for dogs, which is really clean .

The camp ground was nice and clean. Great location and about 5 miles away from Yachats. My teen kids loved the club house as it has a game room and smart tv. I would have given 5 stars however I don t appreciate reading reviews from other RVers stating that the park keeps a big percentage of a canceled reservation. Ridiculous even when it s canceled 3 weeks out! C mon sea perch! Don t do people like that.Walkability: Lots of river rock on beach. Kind of hard to walk unless you go out when low tide.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. The resort is right on the water. The beach access is a little treacherous (when the dog is pulling) but once you are sand, it great! The staff was friendly and it's dog friendly (dogs can go unleashed on the beach). I would definitely stay here again. Pictures are view from front window (spot#25).

Great RV park! Easy Beach access, fantastic club house, and super helpful staff. We only stayed briefly helping my in-laws with their Coastal Watch beach survey and dead bird count but hope to come back and enjoy the amenities. You must be a guest to park here, even at the clubhouse lot, which ensures you'll have a spot and that it won't be too crowded. We didn't get to spend any time there, but the clubhouse has a really nice sitting room and also a billiards room that looked especially inviting coming off the cold beach. When you look at the pictures, keep in mind that the sand washes away in the winter leaving the beach covered in rocks but the sand comes back in the summer peak season, which is why the cold coast is more popular at those times. Truly a great visit!

Hard to beat !!So we just experienced our first stay at Sea Perch Rv resort. We had been told by friends and family that this location and the people who assist you in your stay just can't be beat, and they were right. The location is private yet close to other towns for supplies and adventure but why would you want to leave here. Beautiful grounds including spacious sites that were exceptionally clean and organized. The beach here is perfection in every way. If the location and grounds weren't enough the hosts and staff here make your stay memorable. You are escorted to your site and they assist you in getting parked in the best spot on your pad. Once we were set up, Paul and Leslie (hosts) checked in to see if there was anything else we needed. The extended sewer hose because of the site we were on, TV cable help and even the bottle of wine my wife needed was there in a flash. Barbara in the main office was so helpful and at every turn everyone was available if we needed. The clubhouse was wonderful and the gym had enough equipment to provide a great workout. Really big community fire pit, corn hole and horseshoes were just a few feet away. Normally we try out a park and consider it done. This experience was exceptional enough that we actually booked another stay, longer and even got an oceanfront site. This is the first time we've booked a year out but know we don't want to miss out on being able to get back to the Sea Perch. Thanks to the staff and guests at the Sea Perch for making a great trip possible.

Loved the place great location doesn't get much better than parking on the beach with full hookups on a concrete driveway. Nice and private access to the beach. Sweet patio made of pavers behind the concrete spot to enjoy the scenery. Cable TV and good amenities including work out center, dvds rentals, and dinner made for you! Truly top of the line. Arrived after dark and was greeted by a very kind gentleman with a flashlight that backed me right into the spot. Really great hookup setup and location cannot be understated!! Magnificent

My family had a wonderful stay here on March 2, 2022.We arrived later than planned and are so grateful for the hosts helping us get set up. Beautiful club house as well as very clean grounds. Enjoyed the beach as well.

We were in a hit-and-run accident where our RV is now in the shop for 3+ months and now unable to make our reservation. We're three weeks out from our reservation and they are keeping our $90 deposit, no exceptions. Lousy attitude, terrible customer service. They are way overpriced for what you get. Go to Sea & Sand, better value and great views.

Was lucky to nab a single night site. All sites have a peak or full ocean views. Ocean front spots book a year out. Friendly hosts. Great Wi-Fi which is rare and necessary since service coverage on coast is not available at this site. Showers, pool table, lounge to enjoy your own libations looking out at sunset. Beach access. Clean sites. Picnic tables and full hookups. Pet friendly. Would note that the site is isolated so get your provisions and gas before arriving. It is about 6-7 minutes south from the main downtown in Yachats.

This is a higher end RV resort. They require newer RVs as a prerequisite. The location is amazing. It feels very private on the beach.Beautiful location. I wish I would have paid extra for the ocean view sites.Lots to do around there. You could easily spend a couple of days there

Price is too high. No cell phone service at all, only spotty WiFi available. Beach is not walkable, spots are very close and oddly situated. The receptionist was wonderful, the grand room and bathrooms were wonderful. The spots were paved and level. One of the staff members was very unpleasant and is the primary reason we will not return. If you just want to park by the ocean, then maybe this is the spot for you. We did not feel the price matched what was offered.

Months ago we booked an ocean front site here for the weekend beginning May 6. Today, April 23, I called to cancel our reservation because of a change in plans and the resort charged me $125. It s still 2 weeks away from our reservation and they will likely re-rent that space by the time I m finished posting this review, but still they felt it necessary to charge us $125. Terrible policy! Avoid this place. We will never go back!

Rude and unprofessional. We drove down the Oregon coast from Astoria to this place because they said they had a couple vacancies. After driving all day we pulled in at 8:10 PM when the check-in time closes at 8:00 PM. We tried calling while we were on the road but cell service on the coast is spotty but figured we would just use the after hours check in like every other RV park we have ever arrived at. The man that works here talked to us like we were crazy for thinking we would be able to check in when the office opened in the morning and told us we had to leave even though they had the vacancy sign on and multiple vacant spaces. When my wife asked were we might be able to stay for the night he said we should go to a state park day use area. Talking to our neighbor at the park we ended up at it turns out she had a similar experience at this park and there are at least two of us who will never be giving Sea Perch our business, EVER.
