Overall a great experience. I was preapproved through my bank and had a no hassle experience with this dealership. They offered me something to drink and overall really comfortable environment. Bonus points was playing shrek while we waited for paperwork haha

Make sure to have a 3rd party mechanic inspect any car you want to potentially purchase. Especially here. Really wishing I did this. If they deny this request, you've probably a good indicator of the level of their integrity.I didn't think it would be possible to get a car back in worse condition after having their mechanic (yes, one mechanic for a whole dealership) "fix" issues I discovered after purchasing. But yet: here I am, nearly 4 months later. Still dealing with them.EDIT: As you can see from the owners response, they retaliate with defensiveness and empty promises. For the record, they did not "send me a tow" for my car. They sent me the number of a company to call and explicitly said they won't pay after it when it broke down on the side of the road. Which they have done to numerous other people if you read other negative reviews. The rentals (yes, plural) they drove out to me broke down and had the check engine light on. So, they had to drive out with their own tow truck to swap the broken down car for the check engine light car. I'm unsure if they're being dishonest or just forgetful with their recollection in their response. But, that is what actually happened.I did reach back out to them afterward when the car still had issues. The shops I took the car to said that their mechanic did a shoddy job, forgetting bolts, not actually fixing the leak in the coolant tank, never actually fixing the hose for the windshield wiper fluid dispenser, and improper installation of the waterpump. So, given their poor history, I said that I did not want their mechanic touching it again for repairs. I offered to let them pay for the cost of the repairs if they wanted, but they never responded.I have nothing to gain from this. I just want people to heed my warning. "Trying to make us look bad" is an interesting take from this, but it is one I don't agree with. Just check their BBB rating along with their negative reviews and you will see a common theme.

The staff and my sales associate (Jessica Gomez) was awesome and welcoming on our arrival. Jessica was very instrumental in making sure all of our paperwork and vehicle was carefully looked over in great detail. All expectations was met. I was definitely be doing business with this dealership in the future.

The negligence of this company is absurd. My initial encounter was pleasant with them but after purchasing my vehicle they failed to pay off my trade in loan which resulted in delinquent payments on the car that was no longer in my possession. They told me they were waiting on my bank to get back to them when in fact my bank had absolutely no knowledge of a payoff. It took them over a month to settle up on the debt that was in MY name. Then after not getting a trip permit for my new vehicle it took months of pestering before I finally got an answer that my plates were coming. This company is managed and operated by nincompoops and selfish toddlers that do not know what it means to take pride in their work.

I had the most amazing experience with Xtreme Truck Dealership, with purchasing a vehicle out of Oregon and living out of state via Louisiana. However, doing such a large purchase like this can be overwhelmling but Jessica the sales representative for Xtreme, was professional, courteous and in constant contact via email and phone.
