I needed an oil change and a muffler/exhaust replacement. I was a new customer, and had a pretty rare car, so I figured it might be a difficult job. It wasn't a problem for them. They did the jobs I gave them quickly, correctly, and for a fair price.They also had nice equipment and a super clean and bright front office, so you know they're continually investing in the place. I was super impressed and will return for future mechanical needs.

Not very friendly when I called. I know I have breasts but that doesn't mean I'm stupid no need to talk to me like I am. No need to mention employee name.They need to understand that Some women know cars.Would not recommend.

I took a car that would not start. They did fix the battery and it does start. I asked to check the car out. I got home, it was very hard to drive. Was very hard to make corners. I poured in power steering fluid because it was empty. And it ran out the bottom as fast as it went in.I got to look in in notice. There was no belt on the power steering unit.Whoever parked my car outside and took it for a test. Drive did not even bother to notify me of the steering problem, nor did they look at it. Or inform me I needed more work done on it. When I called the next day. I was told we will give you a complimentary oil change. I do not recommend Woodburn automotive. They have had my mother's car for one month. They did provide a loner.I do believe the mechanics are incompetent. And I do not recommend anybody to rely on their mechanics. I will not ever go there again. I would like somebody to tell me how you can check an alternator when the serpentine belt from the power steering is in there, so there's no way to check balconator without a bolt. And what's sad is Woodburn? Automotive is one that put in the motor When it needed to be replaced. I paid them over $3000 in repairs. Woodburn Automotive did a wonderful job on my 2023 Forrester. It looks like its brand new again! They completed the repair ahead of schedule and did a full detail inside and out. April and Henry were very prompt at putting together a solid quote for my truck repairs and we're both very good at communicating with me throughout the process. April is just a doll and was confident and very knowledgeable, and was a great pleasure to work with. The technician Jeff W did a quick and tidy repair on my brakes and power steering and I had my vehicle back running better than ever in the same afternoon. This is the only shop I bring my car to for any kind of repairs.Honest, trustworthy, affordable and professional company.All the employees are friendly and professional, and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else after going to this shop for the past 5 or so years!

I took my car to Woodburn Automotive as it seemed that thethrow out bearing was bad. It would shift,would not allow the clutch to depress so the engine would start. Rusty,the service writer gave me the estimate to include a new flywheel. They said they would tow it from my house to their shop. After having it for a week Rusty called and said they had not been able to emulate the problem after driving it a few times. We discussed it a few minutes and I said i would pick it up, but asked Rusty to have the oil changed and the tires rotated. I want to commend Woodburn Automotive for their honesty, i feel confident that many shops would gave done the work, charged me the $1200 and not told me about not finding any problem. They only chharged me for the oil change and tire rotation, nothing for towing. To me this speaks to the integrity of Woodburn Automotive, they have earned my future business.

April was very friendly and she was very helpful. Robert was my mechanic and went above and beyond when fixing my 2015 Jeep Renegade. April and Robert worked extremely hard fixing my car. I recommend them both highly. I will never take my car anywhere else, but Woodburn Automotive. I recommend April and Robert whenever you have an automotive problem. April was nice, however I paid for a diagnoses however it just seems like these guys just play the guessing game. First it was a coil problem (after I had just replaced all coils), then it went to catalytic converter, and now turbo issues. 1300$ deep and my car still isn t fixed. I feel like when you pay for a diagnoses they should find the problem instead of drain for money

This shop worked on my truck for a few months(due to my finances) and got it to run. The only problem is someone in the shop is a thief. I came back a week later with first down payment and noticed my atermarket hood light( which WAS attached to my hood) was no longer there and was being used on another vehicle? But I didn't care as they were helping me out with making payments. Long story short I get my truck back and ask where my hood light went that was attached to my hood. The mechanic said he NEVER saw a hood light. But if there was one it should be in my truck somewhere? It was a bright green aftermarket light with long straps and all. I was kinda in a hurry so I said ok. I get home and notice it was nowhere to be found. Along with a whole bunch of tools and personal items taken out of my camper. They said It was kept inside the whole time which can only mean they stole my belongings. I even bought the crew pizza as a thank you when I picked up my truck! Never coming back again. Absolutely disappointed..Service: Engine repair

Very organized and professional. I had a long list of maintenance done to my car some things I thought might need replaced didn't and they were honest about it. My car drives like new and ruben and Henry had great customer service along with the other employees who I didn't meet. I'll definitely trust this shop again someday.

friendly and inviting staff as soon as I arrived I was greeted with a smile by the sweet lady at the front counter. Henry was a Gentleman and invited me to speak with the owners. I was given a tour of the shop by another very helpful employee named Richy who answered all of my questions ,was patient with me and even stayed after hours to do so.Thank youServices: Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

I had appt for my cars of the diagnostic and found it the last one of problem and they given me the price is not bad than the Hubbard chevy is too expensive and I plan to make appt to go back to sooner and they is good professionals and finder to whatever problem from the engine light code so thanks to them for found the problem .

We were very nervous about going to a new mechanic, but our fears were completely eased after working with this center. Our car had a coolant leak and it was needing more coolant every couple of days.The techs over at Woodburn Automotive Repair Center diagnosed the source of the problem, our radiator, very quickly. After they diagnosed the issue they worked with us to get us fixed up and on the road.The charged us a very, very fair price for the work they did, they did excellent quality work, they replaced only what they needed too and didn't tack on a bunch of extra stuff we didn't need, and they did all this in a timely fashion, ultimately making it possible for my wife to start her new job with a working, reliable car.I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I hope they keep up the great work!

I had a scary experience yesterday morning on the freeway, and I showed up to Woodburn Automotive Repair Center shaken, and terrified at what the fix might cost. They were so kind and helpful, provided me with a ride to and from work and a (free!) loaner car to use overnight since they had to order a part. They worked with me on the payment which I appreciated so much, and my car was ready super quickly. The total wound up being less than the estimate! I'll definitely be coming here again and will recommend to my friends & family.

I've had my car looked at and fixed multiple times for my car and always leave happy! Prices are very reasonable and they get their work done quick. We had to have a loaner car once but that was provided at no charge to us! Ruben is very friendly and even gave me a few tips to keep my car in good condition.

Even though my Jeep was there almost two and a half months, I understand my Jeep being so old, and them finding the right parts and ordering the parts needed for it. I am satisfied with their work and customer service skills. You can trust these guys, they will not rip you off with their fees, and just in general very professional. I forgot I left $21.00 in my jeep, and guess what? I pick it up and it's still there, unlike other shops, all my lose change left in my Jeep will go missing. Not good for business & just life in general. Big thank you to Henry for hooking me up with your other team for fixing my windshield and giving me discounts. And another big thank you to your whole team for fixing my old jeep, it's running like a champ now. Woodburn Automotive quickly diagnosed my oil leak and repaired it as soon as I could bring it in. They were friendly and efficient, and what's better, gave my kids and I a ride to and from home. I have been going to Woodburn Automotive since 2011 and my wife even longer. Even after moving to Milwaukie we continue to take our cars there for routine maintenance as well as any repairs. Highly recommend.

I was shopping around for AC repairs and I saw this place. I called and the lady who attended the phone was real nice. However, the mechanic had no regard for good customer service. He was real short and rude. He made it seem as if every question I asked was the dumbest ever. Very clear to me that this guy hates his job. Don t go here.

We've been taking our cars here for over 20 years. The service is fast, the price is fair and the work is excellent. The team is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to help their customers and they stand behind their work. They have come to my home to check on something that turned to be my fault. No charge!! Over all from beginning to end of the conclusion of my experiences has been a bit perplexing if im being honest. Their front office staff are very nice and quick.Twice now I've had the experience of taking my car to them to be repaired BEFORE it ends in a catastrophic failure and TWICE ive been told to come get the car cause they couldn't "duplicate the issue. " the end result has been catastrophic failure within an hour or so, upon their claim that the car is fine.I understand that mechanics can't always predict what may or may not go wrong with a car. However when a client brings you their still-running vehicle, saying, "please fix it before it gets worse and does further damage" and they refuse to trust the clients word enough to check all vital systems and instead inconvenience their client , it doesnt bode well on the clients level of confidence.I'm literally talking about me saying "over-fix my car if you have to." You know that number one complaint every customer has, that the mechanic wanted to do "unnecessary work?" Yeah. I'm that client that goes "DO THE UNNECESSARY WORK DUDE! TAKE MY EFFIN MONEY AND MAKE CAR GO!!!!"The irony is not wasted on me. I laughed as I typed it ...They've fixed my car twice now. I had to use them based on necessity and convenience. They were true to their word and expectations to fix the car... AFTER it failed catastrophically. They are solid as mechanics and they're straight shooters. Also I'm not paying them for their customer service. I'm paying them for their ability to FIX and MAKE CAR GO .I just wish they'd believe that it needs fixing when I bring the car to them on its own power... only to have to bring it back with a tow truck later.They also offer courtesy pickup and loaner vehicles so a convenience that encourages repeat business...All in all They'll check all the necessary boxes for getting your car fixed well. But there's a lot to be desired. I'd rather have a mechanic shop that appreciates any opportunity to make money and be helpful to others rather than using a shop that resents their career and projects that in how they interact with me. It seems to permeate a few key members of the organization. They resent having to be efficient in their work and it shows when you call them out on it.
