When I tell you, buy your car here, do it! I ve been to what seems a million dealerships, these people really appreciate their buyers and truly care about their buyers, Jason walked me through the whole buying process and even helped me save money! George Z was a friendly, low pressure salesperson. He and the crew at Siamak s were helpful through the whole process, advising me on my best options for getting rid of my old car, and helping prepare me for the EV credit and rebate process. I m very satisfied with my purchase and with their top tier customer service.

Bought a truck from this lot and the experience was as good as it gets. I drove from out of state. Communications were strong and clear. No surprises. Price was straightforward and there were no shady dealer tactics. Upstanding group of folks that took care of me. The whole process was quick and smooth. I'm a happy customer! Erik, George, and Leola make a great team!

I had a great experience here! George and Louis were both great. I drove 6 hours round trip to look at a truck I wanted. George worked with me leading up to my trip and was sending me carfax and pictures at my request night and day! He was with other customers when I arrived but Louis took care of me and did not pressure me at all. He worked with his manager to get me a trade in offer and financing I felt good about! Feel like I got a great deal on the rig too. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Siamak s while searching with my boyfriend for his new truck. There were several options to choose from that fit our budget, and we left the very same day came with a great deal. The staff is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you get to the lot. Siamak s went above and beyond to make sure we got the truck that fit all my boyfriend s needs. There was no pressure, the environment was relaxed and the process was smooth and stress free. I know Siamak cares about their customers, they are all trained and very knowledgeable in their inventory for each vehicle on their lot and finding the best one that fits you. Amazing customer service, and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy their next vehicle at Siamak s!!

We test drove some vehicles on a Saturday, and as they opened for business the following Monday, I called to ensure that the one we liked was still for sale and was told 'yes'. I proceeded to spend the next few hours calling and emailing back and forth between Siamak's and our lender to arrange the purchase. All along the way everything was going well, I was even told the vehicle would be cleaned and ready for us to pick by the end of day.Around noon, I was confirming final details with my lender and received a text from Siamak's that they had sold out the vehicle to somebody else, right out from under us. Terrible customer service, I do not recommend and will not be back.Clearly, we were in the proceedings of purchasing said vehicle, how can you just sell it to somebody else while a transaction is already occurring? That's a bad way to run a business.

Michael Song was our salesman and he was very patient and attentive. He was honest and blunt when answering our questions and let us test drive multiple vehicles and knew when to walk away and give us time to discuss. He was also very silly and sassy which was entertaining. Everyone else that worked there, especially Jason the sales manager, were genuinely friendly and helpful as well. My dad even said as we were leaving Michael was the perfect salesman for me . I love my new car so much and am so happy we made the drive from Portland. Well worth it!

After visiting several dealerships and being disappointed in the quality of the vehicle versus the online pictures or their service I drove out to Siamaks. Working with Luise and the rest of the team was by far the best car buying experience I ve had. No high pressure tactics and the purchase process was smooth. I love my new truck and would recommend Luise and this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

First car loan I ve ever used and was nervous, but Leola helped to ease my stress and find a vehicle that is a perfect fit for my lifestyle. The team was patient and helpful l, answering every question no matter how big or small. I m so happy with my purchase and they relieved me of my old relic of a car too! 10/10 would definitely recommend

They were really willing to work with me. What should have been an easy trip down there from Wa State turned into a 12 hour affair resulting in them staying open late just so I could come down and take a look at a car they had. 0nce I decided I did want to buy the car, the process was completely painless and I left and drove home with a great new (to me) car. George and Eric were the two who stayed late for me, and they were really cool people.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Song ! He was amazing and made it happen. I walked out with the car I wanted and am very happy. Michael was very patience and positive with me thru it all! Making an appointment had the vehicle ready to be inspected and test driven, the sales staff was very friendly, and after a nice test drive the purchase process was quick and efficient. Their follow up is excellent, and they have good coffee.

They rip you off. They knowingly sold me a car with a burned out engine and electrical issues. They reset the check engine light because it was on and then said nothing was wrong and that their mechanic looked at it. I took it to a certified Ford dealership and they said the camshafts were burned out. It costed me almost as much as I paid for it to get it even reliable. Nevermind the electrical issues. They even promised to fix anything that goes wrong within the next few weeks and they did not fulfill their legal and moral obligations.

Dallas was very helpful and patient with us as we test drove multiple cars to determine which one we liked best. He s a great salesman to work with and helped us weigh out our options. I d definitely work with him again for another car purchase in the future. The other staff and owner of the dealership were all very friendly and treated our whole family great. They let my 12 yr old son sit in this $115,000 Chevy Corvette for a picture! I would definitely recommend this dealership. Very down to earth and easy to work with.

Great experience with Luis. I purchased a 2020 Ford mustang GT convertible from them sight unseen. The description was spot on and I received the car about a week ago. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Saw an ad online for a car i had been looking at, Eric stayed in contact with me and answered any questions i had before i drove the 2 hours to see the car! They made sure we were happy with pricing and numbers before we signed and were able to take our car home! Very caring people, were not pushy at all like most car lots and very friendly people to work with! Highly recommend if your looking to buy a car.

They had the perfect car for me and made it easy to buy. I went in on a Sunday and had the car in my carport on Tuesday. Friendly, competent and didn't pressure me too hard when I declined warranty products. Definitely worth checking out.

I want to give a huge thanks to Dallas! He was very helpful, he answered all my questions, he showed me how the car worked, he was very detailed. He was very generous and kind. He made us feel comfortable and the whole process of buying a car very easy! He was very caring and even made sure we got home safe after leaving the dealership. Would 100% recommend Siamak s Car Company and ask for Dallas! He is the best of the best!

From start to finish Leola and Eric were great to deal with. From creating a low pressure atmosphere by staying late, to shuttling me around so that I could drive my new truck home the same day. Siamak, the owner, made a promise to fix some things on the truck that I bought and they were immediately on top of contacting the shops to get them fixed. Dealing with them has been effortless and their communication and honesty is second to none. Could not be happier going through them for my truck.

I was told to never trust a politician or a car salesman!! But Michael Song is a badass! He doesn t over sale or lie just tells you what he knows and doesn t know on top of that he s hilarious if you don t buy that day your guaranteed to laugh! Siamaks is fair on prices and they really will try to get you the best rate! If this thing had ten stars I d give them twenty!! I will buy here again!!

We love Siamaks! Haley the sales consultant who helped us, was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful. We had went, came home to discuss, and went back to purchase. She made sure everything was ready to go as far as paperwork and made the process fairly quick. We enjoy the fact that this is a family own and oriented dealership. It feels more real and meaningful. We also love the warranty options.The only reason we are giving 4/5 stars is because we have been back 4 times now within about a week and a half of buying the vehicle. The check engine light came on not even a week after purchasing. My husband assumed the problem, and it was infact a simple spark plug fix. Then went back again because the light came back on the next day. They fixed some coils. The light came back on, went back yesterday, they had to order the part, and is back this morning getting it fixed.We appreciate them fixing it at zero cost to us and making sure it gets done, however going there and back 4 times is getting a little annoying just as a busy family with a busy schedule. I really hope after today we don t have to make time to go back a fifth time. And if we do, I hope we can get a rental car as an option while they truly fix these issues.

I d been looking for MONTHS to find a car I wanted, in this case a black, 2014 e-350 awd Mercedes with 80k on it. The car was in pristine shape and very fairly priced. The only thing about it was that it needed new tires soon. They cut the price by 500 bucks and I said deal.Then they said they d gas it up and deliver it to my house in Portland, amazing!They were super nice, all of them, they are a family and I could tell that they all got along, they made me feel like family too. My older brother is all the family I have left and that meant a lot.Finally, the actual buying process was a breeze. The whole shabang, including a test drive (they ve got the perfect little test-drive track with room to go fast) took like 40 minutes, I ve spent more time in a Home Depot buying wood.Anyway, I used to hate car people. Not anymore, these are good people with good cars. They are a credit to their industry.I had a great experience and got a GREAT car. I bet you will as well.Paul in portland.

Great experience. Fastest paperwork ever. Held a personal check for several days. Friendly, helpful, zero pressure. No garbage cars. All stock was great. Drove three cars and drove one home.

Dallas is a great sales representative and was extremely friendly, helpful and informative in our purchase of a used Corvette. Holly in finance also worked with us on making decision to purchase warranty for the vehicle.If you're looking for a used car be sure to check them out.
