I have now owned the car I bought from here for one year and can honestly say it's the biggest piece of garbage I've ever owned.� I bought it hassle free which was nice, but it was raining that day and didn't notice the entire car covered in dents from hail and of course it was never mentioned either.� I was lied too several times about my license plates being ready but when I made the drive all the way out to get them they were never there, it took several weeks to actually get them.� The car is a 2015 Chevy Cruze but they sold me a "2016" so I have to be careful about the parts I buy because there's a difference.� I didn't want to buy a car but was forced by my situation to get something reliable with good mileage to commute to work but I've already spent thousands of dollars and missed several days of work because it's so bad.� Entire cooling system has been replaced including the water pump by 65k miles, radio freezes and locks the entire car system out. I've been driving 27 years and this car has been the worst experience yet.� I have lost so much time and money I could never suggest you buy a car from this place or a Chevy for that matter.

Mark has great costumer service. He was able to work around my schedule and in a timely manner. They have a great selection of cars and understand what I was looking for in a car. I was able to get a car that same day!

Was looking for a reasonably good quality mini-van in a specific price range. Pacific Auto had such a vehicle, we went out and test drove it, were happy with it, but wanted to come back and finish the transaction the next day. They were fine with that. We came back on Wednesday and purchased the vehicle, it's a used 2003, so of course it is sold AS IS. The price was right the service was good and not to pushy. If they right car was on the lot I'd buy from them again no qualms. Mark, Rodrigez, and Edgar(I believe is the third person) were all great to work with.

Verry good dealership we have had problems with multiple dealerships in the past. This one WILL NOT SELL YOU A LEMON. Just to prove that they have over 100 cars on there lot in the back waiting to just be inspected and made sure they are perfect before reaching the lot. While we were doing paper work the owner took our car we were buying to the back and gave it a wash and cleaned. Very thoughtful company and employees. I personally don't think I would buy a used car from any where else. And me and mt wife are so glad we found a car like this.We bought a 2007 gmc yukon denali xl

Found them to be dishonest. We purchased the vehicle at asking price with the agreement they would fix a window switch and handle. Didn t happen. The liar car salesman said he would overnight the parts and got no call or parts. I m easy going but the liar salesman rubbed me the wrong way. Why would someone in the car business lie and cheat about delivering an inexpensive switch and handle. Miguel the CHECK ENGINE light came on the next day. I left you and the company a voice message but didn t receive a response. Don t trust them and neither should you. Thanks

I purchased a 2015 pro 4x from this dealership 3 weeks ago. The timing chains are loose and will need to be replaced, the driver side airbag is failing, and the check engine light is on for the evap solenoid. Spending $1000's repairing this thing not even a month in. Used cars always come with a risk but this is a bit excessive from a dealership.

I bought a car from this used dealership back in August, since then and to today's date I have only drove that car for 2 weeks. They kept telling me that they can't find nothing wrong with it it won't start so they paid me off to shut me up and don't come back with the problems that this car has I bought a lemon it has already cost me $3,800 and that still ain't the issue after spending all that money. I would not recommend this used car dealer to anybody

2009 challenger srt8 the car all mechanically sound my problem is the car said no damage but after I had payed and brought it home I found that the front crash bumper and engine cradle had both taken substantial damage from what I can only guess? So at some point I am going to have to have to replace those.

Just purchased a vehicle from here and had a great experience! The staff here is very friendly and dedicated to working with you. My credit wasn't the greatest but they were still able to help me out and get me into the vehicle I wanted without any hassle. Definitely recommend giving them a call or stopping by if you are looking for a car, truck, or SUV!

Not honest with there customers. I purchased a car from them on Saturday and took it right back to them on Tuesday. Check engine light turned on about 16 hrs after purchasing the car. I got an estimate on the cost to fix it (about 1 gran). Yea no thank you! I called PacificAuto told them to either fix it or give me my money back! When I said fix it I meant fix the problem! They just wanted to replace the sensor more like just have there mechanic turn of the check engine light back off. Which is horrible dishonest thing to do! They do not want to invest in the car all they want is to sale for ridiculous amount and make there money and commissions. They refused to fix it and gave me a refund because they didn t like how I treated them. Hahahahaha. They didn t like the fact I stood up and got in there face for being dishonest. They new exactly what was wrong with the car. They have there own mechanics. When we test drove another car the check engine light came on after driving off there lot. I m sure they will also just have there mechanic turn it back off. Just like I m sure they have the car I returned back on the lot ready to sale to the next victim!! Beware people!!

I have to retract my previous review. I just traded in the 2016 Mustang I purchased last year from Pacific Auto. When I bought the vehicle I was told by Miguel that it only had 1 owner and had never been in an accident. After I purchased the vehicle Carfax showed that it had 2 previous owners and I had a buddy that works as an auto body technician tell me about a month after I purchased the Mustang that it has been in at least one accident and that was confirmed when I just traded it in for a 2021 Mustang. I was $2k upside down on the loan as a result. The Ford dealership told me they won t even sell the Mustang on their lot because it s not up to their standards. They re going to wholesale it and it will end up on a little hole-in-the-wall lot like Pacific Auto! Moral of the story: If you buy a used car make sure you pay a mechanic or auto body guy to look at the car before you purchase. Lesson learned.I ve downgraded my review from 5 stars to 2 stars because I was lied to. It s 100% my fault for not doing due diligence. Honestly, if they told me it had been in an accident and had 2 owners I probably would have still purchased from them but wouldn t have been lied to.One last thing. I didn t realize until after I purchased from them that the car had been stripped down. There were no floor mats, the tire kit in the trunk was missing, and the emergency key in the key fob hadn t been cut. It cost me about $800 to replace the items that should ve been included in the vehicle when I bought it.Paying $100 for an expert to look at the car before I bought it would ve saved me about $2,800 when you consider the loss I took when I traded it in last week and the missing items that should have been in the car when I bought it.[Original Review] Saw a beautiful mustang on Facebook. When I messaged Miguel he got back to me right away. I showed up at Pacific Auto and they took great care of me. The process was easy and Mike and Miguel were professional and helpful. I had a great experience with Pacific Auto. Definitely recommend them.

I am a young naive woman with anything to do with cars so when I found myself in desperate need of a reliable vehicle the shopping process started exciting but soon morphed into a nightmare. To say at the least I was not at all confident going into yet another dealership; but from the moment I met Isaias at Pacific Auto I felt a genuine concern at how badly I needed a vehicle. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could. The focus and care towards the customers experience in buying a car definitely exceeded my expectations. I went in hopeless and defeated but they literally made my dreams come true with what I now drive. They made it so easy for me as the customer and all around comfortable to do business together. I HIGHLY recommend these guys and especially Isaias to anyone in any situation. They will happily do their best to find you the right vehicle.

2007 jeep liberty. I had it for less then a week and lights started coming on in the dash, now already have had $750. Of work done and My husband has replaced thermostat a coolant sensor. and still haveing overheating problems.They say they inspect their vehicles before putting them on there lot. Well auto repair shop said there were no fluids in the vehicle. So dont buy a car from them.

Great car, great experience. I live in Portland and was worried about the difficulties of buying a car in Woodburn. They took it to get it looked at for me after I checked it out in person and dropped it off at my home. Only thing is that I wanted Crater Lake plates, which they dropped the ball on. But the car, people and service were so fantastic I had to give 5 stars anyway.

My husband and I bought truck from here after ours was totaled. They sold us a truck that had some difficulties a few weeks later. Pacific Auto is willing to work with us on the cost and fix of the truck. Once the truck gets fixed, I'll update this review.

The worst car dealership ever they sell their cars way over the price and 80% of the cars that are there has a problem and they don't want to be responsible for it. I would not recommend this dealership to no one.

Very put off by one of the employees who followed me and my mother to another dealership accusing that I took the keys of one of their vehicles. We had asked to see a car earlier and the gentleman left us with the keys and told us to play with the car, left us and did not come back to help. So before we could leave I removed the keys and left on dashboard because if left inserted there was an alarm that continued until key was removed all the way.5 mins after we leave I see the salesman followed us down the highway and asked for the keys back, I didn t have the keys and i told him they were on the dashboard. But he blocked our way from leaving the lot and demanded we turn back to his dealership to look for the keys for him. I listened and went back and of course the keys were right there still on the dashboard where I had left them. I am appalled by this because either you have a blind salesman or he accused me of stealing, let I mention I m a young 22 year old college student and felt defenseless to speak out against him. I never plan to return and I hope no one else experiences this uncomfortable situation.

Really bad service the owner was very rude I came in and offered to buy a car in cash and he told me I couldn't afford it.... It's better if you take your money some were else because this guy's has no respect for his ex-costumers (I'm no longer a customer)

Never, ever, buy from them. They will take advantage of you. They will charge you 30% APR (insane and unseen anywhere else). Plus once you get the car, it will stop working properly and they will not deal with it. They are unprofessional, to say the least. If I had known what I was getting myself into, I would have never gone there. They take advantage of people.

Before I came to Pacific auto, I was trying to get a car in several dealerships with none chance and then I ask to Elda some information for a car that I saw by Facebook, since de beginning she was kind and helpful, she work hard, for get me a shot, and they found me a lender, this guys are amazing, definitely the best care that I ever had so far.
