Highly recommended! Ana was amazing! Honest, caring and trust worthy! Took the time to work with us and we ended up with a great car for a great deal! I would definitely go back!

I just bought a good little rig at a good price. Customer service by Elda, was 100%! If your credit isn't exactly great, give Pacific Auto Sales a try.

After buying what we thought was a great car, found out it had multiple wrecks and repairs. We thought she had given us the opportunity to expand our horizons turns put we have to put a ton oof money into a broken car. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. We specifically asked about clean titles. Sad.

This place has some shady business practices, If you want to be treated fairly you will STAY AWAY from Pacific Auto Sales. This dealership is the epitome of a used card dealership. I would give a Zero stars but that is not an option.

Iseah was amazing! I was kind of a difficult customer and he never once had a problem with anything I asked.He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and showed me a few options he had available.Unfortunately I was un able to purchase at the time, Iseah understood and wasnt pushy at all.I would definitely recommend them/him

I've tried communicating with them several times. They'll respond immediately and let me know the vehicle is available, and then when I ask any question about it they refuse to respond. I've been trying for days. If this is the customer service I get over the phone, I'd hate to buy a car from them.
