O Reilly s in woodburn has always been very helpful. The customer service is amazing. Jared helped me out with a headlight. It was difficult to get to it but he kept at it. It was dark and cold outside but he got it done. Highly appreciated!

Staff is great and delivered parts to my house after hours when we were broke down. So was able to make it to work the next day. Great selection and when then need to order a part it gets there in decent time.

My check engine light was on, they checked it quickly and told me the problem. I'll go back to get my parts there very helpful and nice

There's one kid that works there, I swear if he's working and I need stuff I'll go to another auto parts store. He's not super friendly and acts like you don't know what you need because your a woman. He's seriously the worst. But there's another kid that works there and he's so awesome, thats why they get 4 stars. Honestly, if you need something that bad, it's better to just order it online and pick it up in the store as they don't seem to have anything in stock

Says they open at 7:30, I have been more than once at 7:35 and the front doors have been locked. Today I went at 7:38, doors were of course locked. I called the store and someone answered! I asked if they were open, they said yes, I told him the front doors were locked and he said to give him a few minutes. If you need more time to open the store, then get there earlier. Totally unprofessional and I won t be back. I have a video of this but google will only allow pictures. If management gets in touch with me I will provide video.

Made an online order so I could pick it up after work. Got there and the guy could not FIND my order! There was also a line of customers and one guy at the register while 2 or 3 employees were in the back.I know why I stay away from oreilly, their kinda slow and not very customer oriented.Advanced Auto Parts is the best in my opinion. You order your parts online and pick them up. Quick and friendly. Usually ready for pick up in 30 minutes! No waiting and the employees know what's going on. Plus you get discount codes which is a huge plus when you do an online order.

The employees always act like you are a bother and wasting their time.Not a friendly place to shop, at first I felt like it was because I had "girl brains" but then I witnessed them treat my son the same way.Hopefully they turn it around. Other locations are far friendlier.

Joey the store manager here at O'Reilly helped me a lot, he offered me all the options I had for brake fluid, car parts and the difference between material when it came to buying brake pads

Friendly knowledge staff, clean and organized store inside. Most recently had my two car batteries tested here and they even tried to charge them for me, it helped me figure out one issue I had with my car just needed charged battery!Only negative is the parking lot is in need of repair.

This store is clean, well stocked, and run by knowledgeable staff. A special thank you to manager Jesus, who was very understanding and even fixed a recent issue I had with the customer service I received at a different location. If you're here in Woodburn, don't waste your time going somewhere else for your car needs; they know service and do it right, for car and customer alike.

Some staff are good but over-all a bad experience. Employees seem bothered when asked about specific items. Stay away from the tattoo-ed short guy.

I have been going here for many years and tonight was the Worst customer service I have ever recieved. The guy really didn't want to help me or answer questions.

The people are friendly. The store is messy and very busy with all of this business comming in the door you would think that there would be more help behind there counter. There prices are competitive and sometimes better. Overall ok for an auto parts store

Every time i go in , it takes forever to get help . 5 employees only 1 actually working at the register and taken phone calls at the same time line just grew , while the others were playing around with each other.

Ask them to Price Match they will do it! The prices are competitive and the employees are very helpful! Had no problems with them and ask them to Price Match they will do it!

Bought a headlight and they actually installed it. Now that's what I call AWESOME customer service.
