Excellent is all I can say. Fixed like new. Got the car back and it looks like it's been detailed. They washed and cleaned the inside so well, that they even found 2 cell phones my dementia husband had lost. Great experience!!

Innovations was a huge help. I got damage to my car and they were amazing. Helped me with computer stuff, helped me with payments. Super nice and helpful staff. If you need help with anything from this place they will be there for you.

There was broken glass trapped inside the frame of my Prius Prime's hatchback. Innovation AB was able to remove the glass without replacing the hatchback. Safelite Auto Glass and the Toyota dealership were unable to accomplish that!

This place is wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and they got my car in and out 2 months before I could even get an estimate appointment at Portland area Tesla repair shops!

Innovation rocks! I loved their automated updates texting me letting me know about when the vehicle would be finished. My car got finished super early and that was nice. They were very professional in helping me understand the entire process and how to work with my insurance claim. They even handled getting me a rental car! Very happy.
