Had to get my F250 super duty serviced/trouble shoot an electrical problem. Not only did the service techs find the problem but they were able to explain to me what happened and why it was that way. They also allowed me to test it when I picked up the truck. Alex was awesome and very informational and helped me out a bunch in regards to what needed to be done. I highly recommenced this place to anyone who wants good, honest, and hard working people servicing and or fixing your truck or car.

Bought a boat from hillyers 2 years ago. The process was easy. No high pressure sales like you might expect from a normal car lot experience. Harrison was great to work with start to finish. On pick up day I found a small fairly trivial issue I wanted addressed as it was a brand new boat. Being the boating season was already under way we made a handshake deal to take care of it in the off season.Due to some delays on both sides, me not being in any real hurry, and parts availability, I just got around to bringing the boat back. I honestly didn t expect the handshake deal to still be valid! Maybe the salesman didn t work there anymore, maybe nobody remembered the agreement, maybe I should ve done it sooner. But 2 YEARS LATER Harrison still works there and he still honored our deal and then some! Solid guy and solid dealership.Between our business and personal life I ve dealt with my fair share of dealerships and salesmen. Hillyers is at the top of my list for easy dealings and making good on promises.

We purchased a second hand car there and also an extended warranty. Having our issues, some owner operated, and an oil change they are courteous and treated me with respect. Alex and John in the service department is the best and most understanding. We are usually not a dealer place for oil changes or repairs but Hillyers made us one.

Best ford dealership I ve had the pleasure of working with. I ve had nothing but bad experiences with my 22 f150. A Beaverton dealership wouldn t diagnose my issues, had to wait over a month on parts at another dealership around Canby, finally decided to give these guys a try as they were the only ones in the area available for same day diagnostics. I think I ve found a unicorn. Told me to pop in around 1-1:30 yesterday and they d get me taken care of. I ve heard that before, and wasn t expecting much. I pulled in about 12:30 because if your early, your on time. Pulled into a parking spot just outside of their service bay, jumped out of the truck, fully waiting to have to talk to a service manager and wait around for a while to get in. No more than 2 steps out of my truck I see their service bay door open and the service rep is motioning for me to pull in. I whip the truck in and he takes down some basic info, he runs FordPass info, and says to sit tight for an hour while his techs get back from lunch and diagnose right away. I ve heard this so many times before I told him I d wait in the lobby, he stamped my paperwork saying customer is waiting. Figured it would be at least 2-3 hours before any actual work was done, so I went across the street to Red Robin for a beer and a burger. Got back about an hour later expecting to sit around for another hour minimum before any updates. No more than 10 minutes of sitting there, the service tech comes out and explains that a bunch of modules needed to be updated, including one he said is not going to fix itself (good call on his part, I removed the active air dam and it throws a code, but I needed the extra ground clearance for work). He then told me the updates could take an hour, or could take a lot more depending on download speed. Ended up only taking an hour, but I really appreciated the openness. They called me up and explained everything they did to the truck, then sent me on my way with a $0 bill. I m definitely coming back next week and buying them beers or pizza or whatever. Hard to find good service like that anymore.

Dropped my pickup off in the morning for what I though would be stuff covered under the extended warranty. Turns out the warranty expired the month before then was charged for diagnosing a switch not working and the sunroof not opening. All they did was confirm that the switch didn t work and the sunroof in fact did not open but would have to be gone into further to see what needed replaced. Then was charged a diagnostic fee when I wasn t gonna do it because it wasn t under warranty any more. Then my pickup was blocked in by another vehicle when I went to pick it up. Overall just kinda disappointed I paid for something that I already know didn t work.( yes I agree it is not hillyers fault the warranty expired I just feel like I would of called the customer to let them know it was expired before proceeding )

I have used other dealers for my service, a long long time ago. There are only two people who touch my Fords, Hillyer's or myself. They are a top notch world class company and the Hillyard family earns every penny they make, and have quite a business, and don't sacrifice customer service even when a lot of businesses of any kind have, in this day and age. They have never let me down and I always know I can count on their service manager. He treats me like family, even on cars I couldn't buy from them, like my cool new 2018 Police Interceptor/Ham Radio Rig/Collie Mobile. LOL But I did buy my Mustang from them and will give the sales floor first opportunity, always!

I have a 2018 F-150 3.5 eco boost. My truck was losing coolant and overheating. They said they ran a pressure test with no invoice and said it was okay and marked the reservoir with a sharpie. In one week the coolant level went down a lot. Called agin just to be told they will do the same thing. Not once trying to get to the bottom of it. I will be taking my truck to a different ford dealership.

I purchased a Ford Maverick. I waited two years for delivery. I was promised by Ford Motor Co. and by the Hillyer's that they would honor the price I purchased it at, through 2023. I picked up my truck in Sept 2023 and they did not honor the price and charged me an updated amount. When I asked them about honoring the price, they said that Ford took away those incentives. I received no letter or call from Hillyer's letting me know anything had changed regarding the price. I saw nothing in writing from Ford changing conditions. If Ford says it will honor 2023's - because it was their fault it took 2 years to make and deliver, not mine - then I think they need to honor their word. This is about treating people, customers, fairly, if you want them to be customers in the future.

We ordered a Bronco in March 2020, because of the all the problems of the world we received it in August 2022. We love the Bronco. When we went in to get the Bronco Alex the service manager came out and said hello. He gave me his suggestions on an extended warrantee plan he thought we would want based on his experience with us and our driving and vehicle purchases. Its nice to go someplace that remembers your name and values your patronage.

It started with a simple oil change and then comes the shady business practice! Attached is the service work order that we received stating items that are very unclear and mumbled together in ONE sentence at the bottom. So I call Alex and ask him to explain the items that are needing to be done for $5500.00 which is a 1/4 of the truck price. He then gets offended for me asking question I then ask for his manager who is Brandon If I can remember. I state that all we are looking for is an itemized bill to see what is going to be done. He also blows a gasket and says This is not the shop for you . I then ask for the General Manager and he states he is also the GM and hangs up on me .Now I am amazed that I have been treated like this for asking a fair question on what the break down of my estimate.. I call the front counter and ask who is the GM well surprise it s not Brandon the service manager but another gentleman who gets on the phone and I informed him of what just happened. To my amazement he also told me he sees no problems and they are not the dealership for us!!! We will be buying our new fleet of 21 F150 s from anybody but this horrible run outfit which starts at the top!!

Went in because Hillyer's was the only place in Oregon that had the car we wanted (2019 Mustang GT California Special). Had not so great experiences at other local Ford Dealership (Skyline Ford). Jorge on the sales floor was pretty great to work with. After looking at the car and trying to decide we ended up leaving. I have been working the graveyard shift so I was pretty tired. Jorge was very kind and did not try to pressure us, he also acknowledged the schedule I was working and refrained from calling while I would be sleeping.Between Jorge and Rudy over the next several days back and forth (because we couldn't make up our minds, no reflection on the dealership here) we finally decided ok, this is the car lets do it.Once we made the decision everything was really quick. We showed up at the dealership and shortly after drove off with a brand new pony. These folks treated us well and thanked me for my service. It was overall a really good experience. We didn't have to haggle pennies.

I am very grateful for Alex and everyone at Hillyer's Ford. I felt like I was grasping at straws when it came to needing work done on my car. I didn't trust Newberg Ford Service due to past issues, lack of mutual respect, and just poor customer treatment. So, I took my car to where I bought it, they were unable to work on my car (Dodge Dealership and I have a Fusion). So I outsourced it myself to a different dealership. Tried McMinnville Ford & they couldn't get me in for a couple of weeks. After that, I started calling Ford Service departments in my general area. Called here once with no answer but decided to call again. I am so glad I did. I expressed my concerns, told them it was under a warranty, and they were so knowledgeable about the warranties and everything. They asked when I was available to drop it off, I asked if there was a certain day that worked best for them. The gentleman on the phone said whenever I could drop it off was fine, I was speechless. They went above and beyond to help me when no other dealer could. Thank you Alex and team for all of your hard work and understanding. You guys are amazing.

Alex, John & everyone that works at the service department are awesome. I ve probably been here a good 20 times in the last 2 years. I have a fleet vehicle so I get oil changes like every month or so (I drive a lot). Sometimes the truck acts up or needs a headlight replaced before a work trip on a Monday when they re extremely busy and they always get me right. If I ever buy a personal vehicle I d definitely consider this dealership and all the positive visits I ve had with them.

Hillyer's Ford did a fantastic job to get my truck done in budget. Do not go to Damerow Ford, they will over charge you for the same thing and they charge more for parts in the service area than the parts counter. Stick with Hillyers Ford and go see Abner in service if you need anything. Abner and his team get five stars with us. Thank you

As a long time customer of Hillyer's, I've had excellent service. They keep me informed on the service-I feel extremely lucky to have such service from their long time employees. Based on my experience, my daughter recently purchased a vehicle at Hillyer's-I know she will continue to get the excellent treatment I've enjoyed for many years. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Traveling from CA and had water leaking out from under engine on our 22 Expedition Max, went to their service dept at 7:30 am today and was ask if I had an appt, I said its hard to know when to make an appt on a new car but needed them to look at water leak. Service guy (not giving name to be semi nice) said it would be 2 plus weeks to have it looked at. When I asked about other Ford dealers he said there were some up north. I let him know I didn't appreciate his help. We have bought over 100 new Ford vehicles for our business since 1978. I called another dealer who was nice enough to share they couldn't look at it today due to not having any technicians available but she was kind enough to have me go to Landmark Ford in Tigard. I called and the Service Manager got my vehicle right in since I was from out of town. The repair ended up not being warranty as we must of run over something in the road, so Landmark took care of a longtime Ford customer and made some money.

After buying a 2017 Ford Edge from Wilsonville Nissan the check engine light came on. I took the vehicle to this dealership. By the afternoon I was called by Alex service advisor. He stated to me the mandatory federal recalls were not completed by Nissan. Alex had them repaired that day. The bad news he gave me was the engine needed to be replaced. He worked so great with me keeping me informed of what was going on. He did great work with the warranty company to get the repairs authorized. Alex was able to get me into a dealer loaner vehicle. It was estimated three to four weeks for the full repair. I was back in my car within about two weeks. I highly recommend this dealership for service. Alex was very informative about the whole process and future needs of service with the vehicle.

Our older F150 broke down on I-5 near Woodburn and we asked the tow truck driver to take us to the nearest Ford dealer, which happened to be Hillyer's Mid-City Ford. We were greeted by the Service Manager Alex, who had our pick-up looked at immediately and evaluated. The spark plug had blown out of the head and while there was a possibility of repairing the threads, before spending money on the old rig we decided to see what they had for sale.Daisy Vargas was our sales person and did a great job. She showed us vehicles in our price range and we test drove a couple of them. There was no pressure to upsell or spend beyond our comfort level. We decided on a 2016 F150 4X4 Sport, but noticed the doors sometimes did not want to latch. Alex ran it through the Ford data-base and found a TSB (technical service bulletin) that required new door latches. Alex had the parts delivered overnight and the next morning when parts arrived, had two technicians working on our new pickup and quickly had us on the road home.Owner Brandon Hillyard, Service Manager Alex, F&I Manager Rudy, Sales Person Daisy and all the other staff were attentive, concerned and friendly. If we had to break down somewhere, we're glad it was near this dealership. And we love our new to us 2016 F150!

I have serviced our RV at Hillyer's for the last 3 years. They are convenient, friendly and professional. Everyone I met was welcoming. Even their mascot puppy was friendly. Our RV runs smoothly due to their maintenance and care. I would certainly recommend their service to others.

Great service. We always request Alex to check both our cars. Trust him every time. He is able to tell us what is wrong, how much is it going to cost to fix, and how long it will take. Love the fact that they would loan me a different car if I need to ran errands while my car is in the shop. And love the car wash after each service!

I have worked with Hillyer's service department on many occasions, and they have always been excellent. John is always my favorite. However, today, they all went above and beyond. It seemed like the whole team (at least three or four service members) spent a lot of extra time, and all went out of their way to take care of my pregnant wife, my two kids, and my mother today. They were in for a service, and it was completed without issues. The team was very helpful and patient. They were very polite, and waited patiently as my 8-month pregnant wife, and my mother took their time swapping out my two kids' booster seats to the courtesy car. They invited my family into out of the rain, attended to them patiently, offered to help. They were exceedingly courteous, kind and attentive. I have always been impressed with their service, attention, and clear communication, but they made my day by providing extra attention and care to help my wife, mother, and kids.Excellent job team! We will definitely be back.

Very nice place to buy a vehicle. No pressure and nice sales people that care about your needs. Their service department does a wonderful job doing oil changes or other maintenance. They get done in the time they say they will and keep you updated on the progress of your repairs or maintenance work I highly recommend this business!

I love the service that I get at Hillyer's. I feel like a valued customer not just another dollar sign being processed through the service department. Alex worked hard to process my repair and worked with the warranty company. It is all MUCH appreciated. We will be back (just not hope too soon with repairs).
