After taking it to 2 mechanics who improperly diagnosed my cracked head issue in my work van, they were more than willing to take it on. They found out that it wasn't indeed a cracked head and was something significantly less serious. They took the time to properly run all tests and found the issue rather than passing it on like the others. Saved me thousands of dollars if I had taken to a untrustworthy mechanic instead. You could trust these guys. They're friendly, knowledgeable and most of all you could trust them. And that's hard to find in the industry. They've earned my business and I'm telling everyone about how great they are.

Today, our wedding party was driving along I5 to our venue and all of a sudden the hood of our car unlatched. We had just gotten our oil changed this morning and (what we had thought) everything looked over so our friends could borrow the car. Somehow, the mechanics we went to prior missed how loose the latch on the hood of the car was. Thankfully, the wonderful people at Case Automotive fixed our car right away, and sent us off with a smile and a wave and no bill. They turned a stressful time into grateful tears. They fixed my car after Carcraft cheated me. They replaced my alternator, did my oil change and did it in a timely manner, and for a third of the cost I was charged by the swindlers that said they did the same work only 6-8 months before. The entire team here is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Have had a couple cars ( that were giving me trouble)serviced there, and they are still running. I highly recommend them.

I have been going here for years and won t go anywhere else, customer service is great. Once had all the wires cut on my car and they were able to fix it and worked with me on a payment plan and were really understanding especially since I was 19 and broke. Great people great service!

This shop does great work with what they do. It's not about "what they don't tell you" but rather, they tell you a number of possibilities from the get-go and help set expectations for you from the start. They do thorough work and the owner is really down to earth and understands what you need.This shop did a top end engine rebuild. I had an old Honda civic I had towed in because the car had coolant spill out of the car and was overheating really bad. I personally didn't have money to pay for the vehicle at the time, and they had a recommendation for a loan option to pay for the vehicle. I applied because I really needed that car working, even though my credit wasn't excellent, I still was able to do it. They had an engine shop work on the engine part and the rest, they did. The work was done great and for all the work they did there was no hiccups. I got the car back within a week or so. Owner was patient with us and answered any questions we had.Thanks for the great experience!

As a woman that always gets nervous about car repair costs, I was pleasantly surprised at how honest, accurate, and quickly my repairs were done. The estimate was higher than the cost ended up being. WHEN does that ever happen????? He could have easily charged me the original estimate and I would have been none the wiser. He communicated in layman terms and even gave me advice on another vehicle. Our air conditioner crapped out while we were on vacation in Oregon. The owner of Case Automotive and his crew performed diagnostics and quickly fixed our AC on our Ford Expedition for a reasonable price. Great service very nice. My daughter had some work done on her van and she went on a road trip and broke down and the owner bent over backwards as while he was on vacation out of the country and called the shop where she broke down and took care of the repairs now that is honesty and great service I highly recommend over any shop around. They may take a while to get to your repairs but that's only because they are good and make sure they do the job the way it's supose to be done and that everyone else brings their stuff to be repaired here so good things are worth waiting for!

Case has been my best experience ever with an automotive repair shop so far. I've had both of my cars serviced there several times and they have been quick and efficient in all of my interactions with them. I have been going to Case Automotive since 2007, the experience has always been positive. However, since Rob took ownership the level of professionalism has increased dramatically. Rob strives for good customer relations, his pricing is fair and he communicates very well regarding what your vehicle needs. He will tell you what must be done now and what repairs can wait until later. I trust Rob and his staff to do the right thing regarding my vehicle repair needs.

Great Service, very reasonable prices, high quality work.My old Accord needed some love and I was a bit worried how much it would run me but I was extremely surprised and happy with the price. The turnaround time was excellent and my car is running great! The new owner Robert Bennett communicated everything clearly and was very pleasant to work with. As a resident of Woodburn I am confident in recommending this local business if you need work on your car.

Thank you Case Auto. My Vehicle Broke down late in the day in Woodburn, I called and they agreed to take my vehicle on short notice even though they were closing. They kept me updated at every turn. I think they did a great job. They found, and fixed, my original problem. In addition, they spotted a couple other issues, notified me, and fixed them at no extra cost! Kept me informed about all findings and anything needed throughout entire repair process :)And I disagree with the previous comment, about taking your vehicle to a dealer. A dealer has much higher prices, they charge you for every little item, and their warranties are only good for 120 days to 1 year.Case did me a solid ;)

My first contact with Case Automotive was when I needed an engine light checked. Rob, the owner, immediately had me drive my car into the shop and checked it for me. He discovered a small leak in a hose. Rob replaced the hose, for me. At the same time, Rob discovered that my drivers door was squeaking and proceeded to oil all of my doors. I mentioned a problem, I was having, with my rear tail gate and Rob got out some tools and made some adjustments to it. Afterwards, the tail gate worked great (first time in months!) Rob only charged me a couple of dollars, for the hose, and refused any other payment. I was very impressed to say the least. A couple of months later I brought in my Subaru for some overdue maintenance and parts replacement. Rob explained everything that was needed and why. He printed me out a list, that was very clear as to what needed to be done. I did some checking and found that Rob's pricing seemed to be fair and gave the go ahead for the work to begin. The work was done in a timely manner and I can certainly tell the difference in the running of my Subaru. I have just had a third visit with Case Automotive, with our Ford Explorer. It was in need of Brakes and new Shocks. Again, this work was done in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work. Transportation to and from home was even provided when it was needed. Rob is very personable and easy to talk with. As a woman, I have had mechanics that just brushed me off. This is not Rob, he takes the time to explain the workings of the different parts of the car so that even I understand it! I am happy to recommend Case Automotive to anyone seeking a good and honest auto repair shop.

I have always had a very good experience when taking my vehicles for service. Bob Bennett (Owner) is very professional & knowledgeable in recommending proper repairs. He explains the problem and what repairs are needed. I feel that he is very honest & will perform the service in a timely manner.

I was traveling between Seattle and the Bay Area in my older model MBZ when I broke down near Wilsonville. Rob took my call and helped me expertly through the options given the circumstances. I was more convinced of Rob's ability to get me back on the road to an ailing family member than the MBZ dealership (with whom I had spoken) that was closer in Wilsonville. Bottom line, Rob came through in a clutch situation with care and knowledge - AND he communicated well about parts availability and what to expect. He fixed the car just before closing for the right price and did not use my urgency to his advantage. You should use Case Automotive if you are in the area. Honest owner, good at what he does, and he will deliver for you too. Five stars for sure!

Every one that I worked with were extremely friendly and professional, super helpful !! Everything was explained to me in my type language which is definitely not mechanic talk they were all awesome I have been recommending them to everyone , I definitely feel comfortable driving my car now . Before I was worried some thing was going to fall off or break and was definitely stressing me !! I have used Case Automotive exclusively for ten years. Rob has recently sold the business. It is evident that Daniel will not be running the business as well as Rob. He does not go the extra mile to find parts, lacks customer service and communication.Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

I would give the 8 stars if I could! Rob and Ted are great guys.Turned on my van Friday morning to find an awful rattle. I thought I was going to have to wait until Monday for an appointment with another dealership. Case Automotive was able to see me that afternoon. After Ted diagnosed the problem he took the time to show me what it was. Not only that, when he found out I do my own maintenance he showed me step by step how to fix it. Rob ordered the part for me and had it delivered to the shop so I wouldn't have to risk driving it. He sold me the part at cost (actually, it might have been a slight discount), and was nothing but courteous.Don't hesitate to go there. They'll take care of you right, and make you feel comfortable while you wait.

My alternator went out again, we have a trip planned with the grandchildren and needed my rig fixed fast. He fixed it in less than 24 hours. No other shop would even look at it within 2 weeks. I really appreciate all the times this shop has saved me. My rig is my business rig too. Thank you very much!

Actually, it's HAGonzales i took my 150 Ford due to loosing lots of water for radiator and heater not working. What a joy and great experience . He was knowledgeable and customer friendly. Explained in detail and made me feel comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable. I will be go back for any further services and i will definitely recommend to family and friends.

They figured out what the issue was then went on to repair it, I was little shocked at their Bluntness and how an why we do business the way we do like using their own parts resources, (I'm thinking higher cost ) ended up not at all just a more reliable backed by a guarantee part. I left my car with Case describing a problem that occurred on acceleration. After a week, the owner called to tell me there is no problem ..the engine s as good as new. I picked it up and paid for their service. After taking it elsewhere I found out he was right. The problem was the transmission. Case had only driven from the curb into the shop without accelerating. They were a waste of time and money.

My parents used to take their cars here back when they lived in Oregon 10 years ago. Now that I ve grown up and started driving, I started taking my van here. Rob has been great to do business from the start. He is very knowledgeable, hospitable, and is a reputable guy. Him and his staff do great work.

Case automotive is amazing!!!! Very honest and upfront. Rob came in when the shop was closed to get my car back on the road. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. If they can't do something g they tell you upfront and give recommendations they dont pretend they can do it. He is very fair in pricing as well.

My wife and daughters were in the area on an overnight visit. Later in the day when getting ready to return home to Central Oregon, my wife's Expedition began to miss and run rough.Case Automotive came highly recommended by a local towing company. It was too late in the day to get it diagnosed and repaired, but Rob assured us that they would get right on it in the morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and had a new sparkplug and coil pack installed in a very short while. A few things come to mind when describing Case Automotive; honesty, integrity and professionalism. I am so glad our breakdown occurred in your area.
