Great auto repair shop! Jeff and Braden are very professional. Their mechanics replaced my AC compressor and all related things to get my AC working again for a decent price. Will for sure be back if I need other work done!!

Had to make an emergency trip to Idaho to pick up my great grandchildren and my grandson, upon return my big old F350 Clfford was missing and having some problems.Called Winston Autocare My first time using these folks they were referred to me by one of my close friends. Spoke with Braden on the phone see if I could get my truck in, not only did they get me in within a day they got me out before Christmas in and out.These guys are wonderful and they are very good at what they do.Truck is running like a champ. She s got 255,000 miles on her and still running strong. Thanks for a crew like this who treat you like family & take care of your cars and trucks like they were their own.Thank you Jeff, Braden and the Crew down at Winston Auto care.God bless you May you have a fabulous Christmas

They are the best!!! Very family oriented and truly care about you and your vehicle. They also have a dog named Winston of whom I would drive 100 miles to visit He s so handsome!!! :) truly honest people.

This place has been taking care of my cars for 15 years - won't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, thorough, and fairly priced. They also won't take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars!

Braden is the one that did the work on my car. He did a diagnostic found exactly what the problem was took care of just the problem charge me a very fair price and was very nice on the phone and worked wonderful with me. Jeff the owner is always so kind when I go in he made sure that the cost was exactly what it should be always try to make it affordable and work with me or no matter what I bring in with them. They are one of the best places that I ve use over my lifetime of living in different cities. I really appreciate them.

So far, it's has been a really good experience coming to Winston AutoCare. We have had two vichcles serviced here, and they acted professional and knowledgeable when we explained the nature of our cars' problems we were having. I would highly recommend Weston AutoCare if you need work on your cars or any questions you may have about your vichcle.

While visiting the local area in this small town our alternator failed. We would ve been stranded if not for Winston AutoCare coming to our aid! They were able to get our car in right away and diagnose the problem. Work started immediately and everyone at this shop was kind and professional! Thank you Winston AutoCare and Jeff the owner!! My Traverse Seemed to be ok but began doing the same thing again. I have an appointment to bring my vehicle back in.I brought my vehicle back in they did another diagnostic check, traced the problem and were able to get it corrected. They had to replace a sensor connector. All seems to be working great now. Was fixed the same day. I am pleased with the staff and the work they did.I would highly recommend them to you ladies out there that want an honest place to take your vehicle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Updated Nov 2023It's always a pleasure and stress free environment with Jeff the owner and/or Brayden. They are fair and reliable and continue to look after thier customer's. 10/10 highly recommended. This time we were chasing a ghost light, my check engine light would flash on and back off before I could get the vehicle into Brayden for a diagnostic. Well it stayed on long enough Monday and he got the code. Friday i took it in around 11:30 got a ride home and it was done by 4:00 and picked up shortly there after. Thanks again for taking good care of my vehicle Jeff and Braydenalways above and beyond care from these guys less time and $$ than originally quoted, I love how I can drop my vehicle off in the morning get a ride home and than get picked back up same day. Jeff and his crew are absolutely the best professionals in customer service as well as diagnosticians. I have gone to them for several years now and am completely satisfied with the service and repairs made on my vehicle. Many times I have gone in to reconcile my charges-expecting a hefty bill and it usually is not quite as expensive as I envisioned. Thanks to Jeff and all who are a part of his knowledgeable team!! 1954 Studebaker Pickup blew an engine on the freeway. Towed to Winston Auto Care. Staff immediately put it in a shop stall and gave a confirming evaluation. They went to work trying to get a new engine for me but it would take up to three weeks to receive the engine. Since I was from out of state I couldn t wait that long. They allowed the classic Studebaker to stay inside the shop for two days until I arranged transportation home. All the employees were great. I have been using Winston AutoCare for about 8 years. I am a female car owner and I would not take my car anywhere else. Jeff goes out of his way to be honest & respectful and he's always cheerful, which I love about him!!! The office & shop are immaculate and their attention to detail is greatly appreciated. Even the bathroom is always super clean. The mechanics are the BEST!!! They are happy to take the time to drop everything to come take a look and figure out what's going on with my car. If you're ever driving through Winston on your way to the coast and need your vehicle worked on, I highly recommend this place! I got here right when they opened, they had as very busy day and we're still able to squeeze me in. Amazing service as well. 10/10!

Jeff AND HIS STAFF ARE FABULOUS. HE'S HONEST, HIS STAFF ARE RESPECTFUL AND GOT ME LICKITY SPLIT! IVE GOT THE IMPRESSION HE WONT RAKE ME OVER THE COALS FOR PARTS AND LABOR. Braden & Jeff have kept me on the road from day #1 I refer everyone to go there. Above and beyond for me Everytime. 5 stars!!!

Excellent place for service. They used to appropriate oil recommended by BMW. Also checked and replaced the air filter. The car was ready for pickup in less than 90 minutes. Came to this shop on 9/16 to setup an appointment for 3 services. I needed to have my oil changed, rear shocks replaced, and exhaust repaired and explained to the guy at the desk what I needed done and gave them all my information. Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 9/20. I dropped off the vehicle on Monday 9/19 at their after hours key drop off so they would have the vehicle all day Tuesday. Checked off on the sheet Oil change, Exhaust Repair, Shock Replacement . Waited all day Tuesday and never received a call from the shop. No worries, They must be repairing it, I thought. Wednesday morning I get a call from Jeff telling me he cannot repair my exhaust as it would be over his head, and that he couldn t get shocks to replace mine and that I should just order some off Amazon he told me the truck was ready for pickup. I arrived and he then gave me my key and told me no charge. I hesitated and asked if he wasn t charging me for the oil change, as I didn t want to walk out without paying. Jeff then told me they didn t do the oil change either, but would happy to do it today right when I was standing there ready to pickup my truck that they had had for more than 24 hours and had preformed 0 work on, on a day I had an appointment. Absolutely confused how they had the vehicle for over 24 hours on appointment but did absolutely no work on the vehicle. Over 24 hours just to tell me they can t repair it, and didn t even do the oil change. Would not recommend this shop and would point everyone I can away from here and towards Schofield Automotive in green. They actually preform work that is requested and don t hold vehicles without working on them. 0/3 services requested were even attempted at this shop after over a day. I don t know how anyone has the gall to do that.

thought my transmission went out on my 2012 vw golf, was going to have a new one put in but turned out it was just the cv axle popped out and ate the splines off! saved me 100s if not 1000s! trust worthy and fast friendly service! 100% recommend Winston auto care and crew! This shop is my go to place. Jeff has treated me extremely well every time he has had my truck. From oil changes to finding my truck parked in his lot from being towed there, the quality of his work and the charges he gives me are more than fair. He's my go to guy now and will be the only shop I take any of my rigs too. Thank you for your recent excellent work in tracking down the electrical short and resolving it in our 2001 Chevy van. Also, we appreciate resolution of the squeaky belt issue, and other repairs done on the van. I needed to have maintenance completed on my vehicle, I called for an appointment and they were able to get me in quickly. They were thorough, knowledgeable and conscientious of expenses letting me decide exactly what I was comfortable with taking care of immediately and informing me of which items were urgent and what could wait. I highly recommend them and will return for my auto care needs.
