Kyle went beyond great customer service. He assisted me to the right 5w-30 high synthetic European blend oil for my VW. I asked if he could help me in checking the oil. Without hesitation he helped me. It needed some oil, which he added. Kyle your an asset to O'Relly's. Thank you very much.

Went in looking for something to clean my ribs the girl at register was very helpful recommended a gal of what I call miracle gold she knows her merchandise and didn't rely to sell me some expensive knock off that wouldn't work....kudos to you definitely will go back

I have probably been to parts stores about 300 times and it never fails that no matter which town or day of the week it is or a holiday or who's working they are always the most polite and friendly group of people and every store is always spotless even ((and especially)) the bathrooms. It is Amazing .. Kudos to you all. Tammy

Excellent service... Lady at the counter was awesome my hubby isn't very mechanical an has to have help trying to figure out what is wrong an the lady was extremely helpful he said he won't be embarrassed to ask

The gentleman at the counter was awesome and friendly. He tried very hard to find the part we needed. He didn't have it but helped us with a temp fix until we could find the part hopefully at a parts yard on Monday. Great customer service!!

Staff very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. The only reason for 4 stars is because their computer system, which is linked to other stores, provided false information, in regards to stock, when physically checked (at this location and the Roseburg store).

Didn't have information on a part that was ordered to be delivered to their store, didn't call when the part came in, and can't even ask another employee the information that they don't know. No idea how long the part was in for, they apparently didn't know how long it's been there either. Not happy with this location whatsoever.

Family members had wheel bearings lock up on boat trailer while coming thru Winston or. Mike the manager, was so very helpful, they had all we needed and Mike practices the epitome of customer service as do all hi staff.

Went to O Reilly s to support different businesses in town I usually go to Napa. Entered the store and went up to counter, clerk was on the phone, never even looked up glance down to other end and another was also on the phone. Had eye contact, then looked back to his screen I would hope he assumed was being helped. I heard talking so I looked back and in isle saw third worker speaking to customer, After helping them just went back behind counter down to far end not even a word! I have never in my life been treated in such a way, it was very upsetting and I just walked out! Went to Napa Auto down the street , and just apon opening door the there was a friendly greeting, and smile was out with purchase in less time than I had waited at OReillys, with inconsiderate, staff.

Described what my RV wasn't doing any more and they knew what part I needed and I was able to install it in the parking lot and be on my way. Much safer! Thank you!

Went in to get a tarp no one acknowledged me when I came in. No one else in store. Looked around for a few minutes and no one came out to help. Finally went up and asked counterman where tarps were. He pointed and said over there. He seemed bored and not really wanting to be there. I left drove to roseburg and went to autozone. To bad they don't have autozone in Winston.

Usually if Tawna is working we would be at the store she is at but if not we go to winston.. Best place to get parts unless your parts girl is not at the original location.

Went to the O'Reilly's in Winston, Oregon. To pickup or order Rack and pinion bushing. And was told that non were available for my 04 Dodge . I found this very strange so I went home . Checked online at O'Reilly's website and within minutes found the part I was after . This is the second misleading run around from the same store. I'm glad there's other parts store around this one I wouldn't go back to.
