Great parts store. They have welding supplies, lots of nuts and bolts, and they loan you tools with a deposit and give your money back. Free tools can't beat it. And as always Napa quality and selection. I build rat rods, always needing something not on a computer. Friendly staff, clean store, a++++

These folks went out of Thier way to help me with replacing my battery. And then he went beyond that and installed my battery as well. Very helpful folks and very kind. Thank you so much.

I love this place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once, when we came in a little before closing, they stayed open way passed closing time to make sure we had everything we needed for our car restoration. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make sure that we leave as satisfied customers everytime we visit. When we've received the wrong parts that we needed, they never have had a problem exchanging them for the correct ones. If you want the small town customer service backed by the Napa Know-How then this is the place to go.

Bought a 175$ battery and a very nice gentleman installed it for me on site. I could have done it myself but hey, I just dropped 175 bucks! Plus it would have been a 28 mile round trip to return the core.

Decent auto parts store, and there are a few employees aren't very knowledgeable on vehicles and or parts. So it can be somewhat stressful when looking up or ordering a needed part. I've been given the wrong parts several times because it was ordered incorrectly. And its not uncommon to come across over-priced products/merchandise, for common brands that can be found at other auto parts stores

Had the headlight switch knob break all of a sudden. No one had the part. Called Napa and they had it by 4 the same day for a really reasonable price. Professional knowledgeable staff and friendly too.

Knowledgable employees who care to help you with whatever you may need. Good variety of product in store and they order items if they aren't in Stock.The store clean and organized, easy to find what you're looking for.Had uncommon car parts (brakes and rotors for a 2002 wrx) in Stock. Very convinient and the prices were standard.

The guys there are great! Always remember me no matter how long it's been since I was last in the store. Also really knowledgeable about car/truck repairs & not afraid to help diagnose a problem

Said and i quote "Don't be such a redhead." When asking for a cheaper price on headlight cleaner.Then old women randomly complained in corner about how I needed to learn respect. And I walked out the store.Looked like the store owner was waiting for me to engage with the women so the store owner could call cops.Later on when i asked for my change on the receipt for the brand new headlights I bought... It was both THE WRONG PEICE and THEY CALLED THE COPS INSTEAD OF GIVING CHANGE

I think the man's name was Joe put together a bearing set for our dump trailer, worked after hrs, best experience i ever had. Needs a huge raise for all the work he did.

If you don't mind paying alot more than you would from competition automotive parts stores. They usually give you the right part the first time. And if it's not in stock can usually have it there, within the same day.

What company doesnt refund money for a part they got back?! What company doesnt have a manager on clock while open?! So napa in winston seems to think its ok to keep a refund and at this point its theft.

the local Winston Napa is a great resource for our small town , and the guys working there are very helpful and the prices are good.
