Only place in Douglas County I want to work on my vehicles. Excellent work every time, never one problem and this company have came to my rescue many times over the years. Best labor prices and customer service too. Very thankful.

Had an amazing experience with everyone there all worked to help in any way to get my repair taken care of even offered ways to pay thru financing if qualified and they have great customer service and do quality repair work. Would recommend to anyone.

I was a certified mechanic for 15 years. Most mechanics i have had experience with have not realized. They tried take advantage of me or my wife. The ones i have commented on basicly took my suggestions as insults. The crew here was very professional. They listened and tested and agreed. They went out of thier way to help when other businesses were closed. They provided service above any i have had in 45 years. Thier charge was fair. Impeccable treatment even by a person cleaning providing coffee and some cake. You wont go wrong using this business.

Omg went there today about ready to loose it! Was about to cry and when I walked in the customer service was amazing!!! They lady behind the counter had me smiling and feeling at ease. She explained every code to me, she even made a joke about me sobbing over my saab!! Loved it! I believe she is one of the owner's she was amazing! Thank you so much for talking me down and putting my mind at ease!! Will never go any place else Even referred my daughhter.

Everytime I've gone to this shop something else bad happened to my truck. The incompetence of this shop is beyond belief. Let me tell a bit of what happened, I went to get my heater core fixed they bandaid it then a support from my dash fell out while I was driving, the heater still don't work. They fixed my breaks on another truck and when I drove away my tire fell off. I went to get a thermostat replaced a few miles away my truck overheated and coolant went everywhere when they supposedly fixed that they didn't put my radiator cap back on. So if you decide to go here be careful. So I'm a adding because I still have proof of the wheel falling off and all lugnuts lose. There is still a stud missing on the vehicle. And I don't want these people touching my car again after messing so much up. They told me to call a 800 number they didn't want to fix the problem. And legal action will be taken if I don't get my money back for the heater still not working and parts falling off, it isn't fixed so they charged me for what because it's still not fixed. Sorry your shop is incompetent but I have stated nothing but facts. Also I didn't tell you about anything else because I don't want the potheads that work at your shop to touch my vehicle ever again, not even to check airpressure in my tires. The justification on all the negative responses to your shop is laughable. This shop is trash. B.S. auto is correct Bull sh!t Auto fits perfect. You have done almost everything accept fix my truck. And when you fixed my thermostat for the second time yeah you did it for free it was your mess up. I paid for absolutely everything else. You're pathetic. And yes I declined because everytime your shop touched either one of my trucks they were worse when I got them back. So yes I refused for you to screw anything else up. Saying I have no proof is a cop-out. This place is absolute garbage.

This place is great. The owners are great friendly & honest people. I'm so glad we found them. They won't over charge you and they get your vehicle in and out faster than expected. If you need auto work done I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.

They were able to work my van and quickly. Had it back in a day and a half doing a full timing chain and valve adjustment.

Bob always makes sure my vehicle is taken care of. They can typically get me an appointment quickly and answer all of my questions. B&S Automotive also works with youth in our community to teach them hands-on skills for the workforce.

I needed multiple things done to my car to prepare for road trip. I dropped car off at B & S and they gave me a ride home (10 miles away). Then, when the car was done, they came and picked me up to get the car. They did the work I asked for in good time and charged very reasonable prices. Really liked these people. B & S Family Owned and Operated provides first rate CUSTOMER SERVICE and REPAIRS! They never try to sell you something you don't need - Pricing is always FAIR . My SUV is now running like a dream. We have been using B & S for several years with multiple vehicles. They CARE about their customers and go above and beyond!

I have been forced to change my review. My first experience was great so I recommend them to family. I brought my brothers car in to be repaired and the car has more problems now that it did when we took it in. However they were sure to get their $800. I could barely drive it across winston. When we brought it in we drove it from roseburg, while it was a little rough it wasn't dangerous or scary. The same cannot be said now. I will not go again. The whole deal was shady.

Our truck broke down on the way back from a camping trip. We were stranded, in the excessive heat, after taking a potty break, our truck would not start. Our whole family and our doggy were overheating in the parking lot of a general store and restaurant. The owner provided us with folding chairs, in the shade, while we waited. They were kind and helpful.The tow truck driver got us back on the road before the sun went down. I believe he is one of the owners of B&S Automotive. He had a vast amount of knowledge and experience with diesel engines.You will not be tricked into repairs you don't really need. He is honest and thorough. The shop was clean and reception was immaculate. I was completely impressed with B&S!

We would give B & S Auto 10 stars if we could!! We were driving home on I-5 on a Saturday afternoon when our Ram 2500 started having a significant issue while pulling our travel trailer. We found B & S Auto on a quick google search and they were seriously a god-sent!!!! They were so incredibly helpful, Bob took a look at our truck and knew exactly what was wrong immediately. With only a few hours until they closed they were able to completely repair the problem - and he even went the extra mile to go get the part in Roseburg so that he could fix our truck ASAP. Meanwhile, Stephanie got all the paperwork done and taken care of and was so friendly and helpful. Within 3 hours we were back up and running and on the road with our truck, trailer and 3 young kids. If it weren t for Bob and Stephanie we would have been in such bad shape. Their work is excellent, their customer service is top-notch and their prices are very fair. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Wish I could give more stars. Was driving on I-5 northbound when I noticed my battery voltage was dropping. Figured I had a bad battery and stopped at o reileys and replaced it. Problem was still there. Must be the alternator. Rather than call local shops I figured I would have better luck driving to them. Stopped at B&S s competitor across the street, they couldn t do it but called B&S to see if they could help. Bob said he could. So I drove over there and talked to Bob and he confirmed it was most likely the alternator. 10 minutes later an alternator is ordered and he is bringing my car into the shop. About an hour and a half later I was out of there with a brand new alternator.While I was in the lobby I talked to Bob and his wife, and these are good people. I offered to pay a premium for same day service and they said that isn t necessary. They said they try to help out travelers same day with their problems because it s the right thing to do. Wish these folks could imprint their values on all businesses. Thanks again, I ll always remember your hospitality and kindness!

My van overheated just north of Winston on my way from Albany to Coquille--I was stuck in Winston! B & S Automotive worked me into their schedule despite being short staffed that day. They were respectful, competent and very kind. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I went to another place that quoted me double for the exact same service! I know nothing about cars, but I knew that they wouldn t take advantage of that, which is important to me. One of the mechanics even took the time to educate me about my car. It means a lot that they were so prompt and cared about me and my vehicle. My boyfriend and I broke down on Saturday afternoon right before they were closing and needed a tow...they stayed a little late to make sure ou� car made it. All I can say is that they go above and beyond and made sure we were taken care of. I definitely recommend them to any one. And if I need any auto work done. Imagine your car breaking down before a busy weekend and not having a worry in the world. That's because I have the BEST folks I can call. Another awesome service done by B & S. They saved my busy weekend ahead by getting my car in Thurs. and quickly returning it Fri. at a great price to boot. I knew from my car repair experience before with B&S Automotive that I would be in good hands and that remains true. I called today talked to the owner she was very polite she listened to my needs and took time to answer my questions without hesitation. I didn't feel rushed to get my questions out. She took the time needed to make sure I understood clearly what I was needing. I'll make B and S my trusted mechanic in the future.

I truly don t leave reviews, but they deserve more than I can give them.Mike was knowledgeable, and didn t do the upsell/talk-down routine like the stereotypes of shady mechanics sometimes do. They were able to fit me in on a walk-in just to accommodate my schedule (in a VERY above and beyond way). Quick, quality, inexpensive work. I m Impressed.Service: Oil change

Car emergencies are not so bad when you have really good people to help. I scheduled a drop off..the next day...problem resolved...and their diagnosis was on spot. My car now drives like a dream. I'm also impressed with the informative updates stating exactly what was done and what is recommended to be done with my car. I really felt like they knew how difficult it is to be without a vehicle and worked diligently to be able to get me in, out, and have fixed the issue. Several items completed in one day at a cost lower than estimated. I especially appreciated the time they took to help educate me on simple things I can do to keep my car running smooth. I will continue to service my car here and highly recommend B&S for all your repair and maintenance needs!!

They got my girlfriends car in during a busy time for them. Loaned us a car so she could get to work and pick up our 3 kids from sitters and school and managed to fix our most concerning issues. HIGHLY recommend B&S auto for your vehicle needs. Thank you so much Bob,Stephanie and crew!
