Where do I start? I live and do a little work here, and I continue to do so because this park is absolutely beautiful and is properly managed to keep it in a neat and tidy order.In River's Edge, won't see cars on blocks or grass that's 10ft tall. You won't see porches with stuff piled up, or animals running loose. What you will see is a clean, orderly RV park with green grass, beautiful landscaping, large shade trees, sitting literally on the river's edge, and people who take pride in their homes and watch out for their neighbors.I recommend this park and I promise you won't find one that is more loved by its tenants than River's Edge.Management/Owner are hands-on and are on top of running a great place.Five stars and two thumbs up . An all-around awesome place to live.

Nice place,friendly staff....too bad the neighbors played loud music all night. Staff lives next to these loud people (2 lots over) and never said a word to them after 10:00 p.m. lots of things to do there,beautiful park next to the river.

The owners are not on top of things such as trimming the grass, trimming bushes, trees and blackberries, not having a proper pet area with grass, and worst of all they are unwilling to put up cameras to catch the neighbor breaking into trailers. The burglar was caught on camera, yet the police said because she took nothing and no one was home, she's free to continue doing it, which she is, since I saw her up above near one of the trailers she doesn't live at.

Moved here in April 2022 the park is beautiful and quiet. Leslie, Alex and staff are awesome! Finally found my place love it!

This is a great spot to put into the river to float. Simple, easy and safe to put in...a little bit of a hike down bybthe water. Make surebto go grab your parking pass and pay immediately because the lady in charge of keeping tabs in that park is DEFINITELY doing her job.

I have never used it as a RV park. My kids love the play area and open grasses to run. I usually go here as a starting point for a river float! It takes about 2.5 hours to reach Heatings boat ramp and 4 hours + to reach riverforks park.

I have been verbally attacked twice at this park, my husband and I own a trailer here, once by the owner,s asst stating I should stop and pay my husband rent (it was 3 days late) and the second one by a lady who said my service dog, who is trained to off leash, was going to attack her. My dog barked at her only after she started screaming at me, I went and read Ada rules and this place is so wrong, and their rules are against Fed laws for ADA. They are not getting any better. They said the woman only mentioned lt in passing my dog was off leash, and she spent a good five minutes screaming at me at the top of her lungs. Doesn't anyone read the laws anymore. I was within my rights of ADA laws. She was determined to just plain cause trouble.

I love this place, I went there for a couple days with some friends and the service was excellent the people running the place were so friendly and welcoming. I don t know how anybody can not enjoy themselves there. My friends and I went to relax and drink beer and relax some more and this is the place to do it.

Managers were very accommodating. Park was very quiet and peaceful. Any repairs were completed very quickly.I would definitely move back if I need to.

Living at rivers edge had its moments, but the owner would periodically walk the park and leave notes on people's doors about the pettiest things.I eventually got fed up with it and moved .

this place is not a good place to stay they lie and are prejudice they well tell you one thing one day and the very next day say it wasn't said so be very careful about staying here
