Our BMW X5 engine won't start. We were in desperate need of a car, so we came to the Wilsonwill Toyota on January 31 to have a look. we was gonna buy a TACOMA. Max Voznyuk received us. He understood our needs in detail and patiently introduced us to all the current vehicle models in the dealer. Both new and used. And then we found this Tundra. Our English was not very good, but Max explained it to us very patiently and carefully. Although we communicated for 4 hours, we were very happy that we completed the contract quickly. Two days later, he drove the Tundra home. Although it was a very quick purchase. It was a great collaboration. it is a excellent car!

2 reviews, 2 separate purchases, 2 different customers: both purchases went smooth and excellent customer service.Side note: to all those who are looking at different dealers.. don t. Wilsonville Toyota you ll get the best price on ANY vehicle within a 100m radius and excellent customer service. I looked at Gladstone and Toyota Salem/Corvallis and as far down as Eugene and as far out as Hermiston. I spent right around 1 month doing my research and no one does it better than Wilsonville Toyota.First purchase: Vaughn and Yassir helped me with this one. I visited Vaughn on a Wednesday to check out a car I was interested and I promised him I d be back on Saturday to buy it with my wife so she can test drive it. I was in the market for a RAV4 Hybrid and he showed me what he had available and explained what different trim levels came with. Sure enough I was back Saturday, but Vaughn took care of me and handed me off to Yassir. Yassir took us on a test drive and showed us all the features the car offered. He made the financing part go very smooth and it was easy to understand. I really enjoyed working with Yassir :). They also offered a fair trade in value for the vehicle we brought in.Second purchase: My family fell in love with our RAV4 that they decided they wanted one too. I contacted Yassir and he helped me out by setting me up with Victoria as my family had requested a Spanish speaker. She showed us the inventory for both RAV4 s and they decided it was too small for their liking so they went with a highlander instead. Victoria allowed them to drive both the gas and hybrid version and decide which they liked best (hybrid was the winner). Victoria had a scheduled sell to do so she had to step away for a bit, but Yassir stepped in to carry out part of the financing details and Victoria later stepped in to wrap things up for us. They were both very friendly & nice on explaining all details to my family. They also got a fair trade in value for their vehicle.I would gladly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to check this place out and ask for my good friend Yassir, he s a good sales man, he ll get you set right! I d buy a 3rd vehicle from him without hesitation.!

My husband and I were in the market for a 4Runner and a friend of ours does the buying for Toyota and put us in contact with Christy and Ellie. They were both really responsive to our questions and worked with us on picking the right car, putting in all the add ons, and making the overall process really quick and painless. They were also really great with working with us on our trade in and we know when we buy another truck we will be going to work with them again. Definitely recommend.

This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I can t believe how easy it was! I worked with Darby, who was absolutely amazing! He showed me the cars that were going to be coming in soon and let me put a hold on the exact one that I wanted. The price was below MSRP, I couldn t have asked for a better deal. The whole experience from start to finish was painless and exciting. Darby was friendly, professional, and personable. I would recommend Wilsonville Toyota to anyone looking for a great deal on their next car! Ask for Darby!

What an amazing place to buy a new Toyota! Don t get me wrong, buying a car these days is still a nerve racking experience, but I honestly couldn t be happier with the way Wilsonville Toyota runs their business. I ve been searching nationwide for a 2024 4Runner TRD Pro in Terra, like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Every other day or so I d peruse the inventory of all Toyota dealers in the greater Portland area. Struck gold a couple weeks ago at Wilsonville. Contacted them via their website and the response was immediate. Had an appointment with the GM Josh setup and in a matter of minutes we were on our way to see him. He set us up with Max (Ukrainian), he was delightful, we filled it all the paperwork, gave them a deposit (vehicle was still inbound) and a week later Max called to let me know it was ready. I should mention that the place was fairly busy for a rainy Monday afternoon. Good sign. I showed up on a Saturday (which was chaos) Max was swamped with customers, but immediately came to greet me and set me up with other Max (Russian) love both these guys. So helpful. Paid the balance and off I went. I look forward to working with them again.

I went in for new tires and came out with a new car instead. Cisco was wonderful to work with and stayed in touch with me through the whole process and made sure I was well informed on everything. Have never had a bad experience at Wilsonville Toyota!!

Working with JSP and the entire sales team has been so amazing. They never let me walk away unhappy and if I don't like something there is never any pressure to complete a deal. I would highly recommend talking to him.

After many tries on trying to get a new pick up a lot of places and people would take no interest in me or let me down for being a young adult. After meeting Darby that changed, this man took the time to sit down and look into every single possibility there was so that I could take my dream truck home. I really appreciate Darby for his hard work and passion in helping people s dreams come true. Thank you so much for your help Darby, my family greatly appreciates it.

Sales people are really nasty here. They constantly bully you and treat you disrespectfully if you choose to take smart financial decisions for yourself. With 100% confidence they will push you to make decisions that make them money and ask you to be more practical or realistic when you are the only one being practical and realistic for yourself. They will tire you into spending hours by being needlessly inefficient. Then they will guilt trip you into taking a dumb deal because they have done so much for you. It was a terrible experience with the sales rep here. They wouldn't even allow us to leave but I had to throw up my hands and go back because I was so tired listening to them be illogical and disrespectful for 4 hours. I don't know how they manage to sleep at night being so rude to customers. I'll buy at a higher priced dealership but wouldn't want to go back. Because even if prices seem low initially there's a lot of bull you have to bear here to really get that price at the other end.

Rose was so amazing! As a woman, I have been present for many dealership experiences that were heavily pressured and uncomfortable verging on unprofessional, but Rose made me feel so safe. She was knowledgeable, calm, and genuinely listened to concerns. You really feel like she's on your team and not just trying to get every penny she can out of you. She is a great salesperson and brought up many great points during my car buying process and when we decided to go another route, she handled it with grace. Her demeanor made me feel comfortable enough to make this purchase. I was not planning on purchasing that day, but her sales and people skills allowed me to seize a great opportunity. She brought humanity back into the car sales game. I left that day with my dream car and a really great experience. I will be recommending her not stop. She is an absolute gem at Wilsonville Toyota. She gets 5 stars, and the only reason Wilsonville Toyota gets 4 is because we specifically asked for a female salesperson on the phone and were told to meet our contact person who would get us to our salesperson at the location and once there we were given a male salesperson and had to request for a female a second time in person. I chalk it up to a miscommunication but would have liked to avoid telling a salesperson we don t want their help to their face when we had already let them know of our request beforehand.

As a repeat customer of Wilsonville Toyota , I went in looking to purchase a new 2024'4 Runner that was marked down from original MSRP & I was greeted by Jessica S . She welcomed me to their show room & ask what I was looking to test drive & took it from there ! I told Her what options I wanted & color & She found me exactly what I was looking for ! Very professional & upbeat positive demeanor & pleasant experience overall ! Price was right & valued my trade in & although the place was packed with people , She made it fun ! I highly recommend this Dealership & also Jessica ! Austin also helped in the process & I thank Him as well ! But overall great buying experience because Jessica S . Cares about Her customers & followed up with me that same weekend to see if I had any questions or concerns ! Bravo , Job well done !!

Wilsonville Toyota lived up to their advertising by providing a great deal at a fair price. They were all friendly and did not pressure me to make a sale. They went out of their way to make my purchase experience low key and delivered way more than I expected. In short , they are a great dealership.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 yesterday. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through Wilsonville Toyota. Great car buying experience. Max V. helped us find the perfect car. Highly recommend Max and Wilsonville Toyota.

We were easy customers as we knew the vehicle we wanted and after 10 minutes, we decided to purchase. Although the service was friendly on a busy Saturday, we were very much overlooked in a rush to get us out the door. Key issues:1. Despite being promised a full tank, there was no gas. It was on fumes and I had to pull off the highway to get home. They said they ll fill a tank in the future if I want to drive the 45 mins there.2. To obtain the No Bull price, you HAVE to use Toyota Financing even if you want to pay upfront. Because I was going to pay the loan in full, I didn t read the fine print of the loan agreement but the 6% advertised rate is 9%! That is a major difference and the opposite of No Bull .3. All final paperwork reflects the wrong Vehicle (It says Rav4 which is not what we purchased).4. Despite saying I didn t want any add-ons, he continued to reprint invoices with add-ons such as wax and interior protection. I had to repeatedly turn him down even though I was upfront.5. We only received 1 key and were told additional info will be provided for a second but we need to go back and pick up a key to have it programmed. Still no info on this front.

Got service done on my car earlier today. My brakes squealed every time I pushed on them so I went to bring it in. After the appointment I started driving. My brakes still made noise but also my car started making more noise when I hit the accelerator. I thought it might have been the engine so I pulled over but found nothing wrong. Then I checked under my car and there was some plastic hanging off of the bottom of my car. It guess a cover piece wasn t completely put back on so I was just dragging it along the road the whole way home. It s just weird bringing my car in for one problem but then leave with the same issue and a new one on top of it. I got my oil changed though and my tires are good

We purchased our 4-Runner in June of 2021. We purchased an extended warranty with our vehicle. The 4-Runner had issues with the 4 wheel drive and had significant scratches on the windshield and body. We finally decided to trade the vehicle in and we submitted all the requested paperwork regarding the pay off to cancel our warranty and get a refund for the unused amount (Traded it in just over 2 years in). We can t seem to get a call back regarding the unused portion of our extended warranty (been trying since August 2023). We are so disappointed in our experience and lack of service since we started working with Wilsonville Toyota back in 2021. Beware and do your research prior to purchasing anything from them, especially warranties!

Went to Wilsonville Toyota in search of a Tundra, the vehicle I wanted turned out to be quite limited and wasn't on the lot. Within an hour of my first visit, Wasif (salesman) and Josh (sales manager) were able to track down the exact vehicle I was looking for, however it wasn't guaranteed as Toyota doesn't take special orders and the process may take up to a month IF they could get it. It only took a short conversation with Wasif for him to understand this was the exact truck I wanted, after that he didn't give me any pressure on looking for something else, changing color, size etc. He put all his energy into securing this exact vehicle. After putting down a small deposit I was out the door. Josh worked hard the next week to secure my truck and within one week I got word it was good to go. Just under two weeks from my initial visit my truck was on the lot. I spent a total of about 4-5 hrs overall working with them through my two visits. It was quick and very easy. I'll never go anywhere else for my Toyota related needs!I need to highlight the fact that no one at Wilsonville Toyota ever pressured me to change or settle for a vehicle with different options, They wanted me to get exactly what I want. This is the reason I stuck with them instead of other local dealerships that I attempted the same process with. Their pricing was very fair and there was NO BULL!Thanks Josh and Wasif, looking forward to working with you guys on our hybrid 4Runner whenever it comes out!

Very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable staff. Staff members work together fluidly and efficiently. Victoria and Anthony are a great team to work with. I was very impressed with how all the sales staff members supported each other while I was at the dealership.

My husband and I just purchased a 2024 Toyota 4Runner from Wilsonville Toyota! We had the help of Kalab and AJ. They were both great to work with, they made the experience fun and were great communicators with us since we went back and forth on a few things. They were flexible and we could tell they wanted us to get the car that best fit our lives. Thank you guys!!
