I just leased my second Subaru Forester at Wilsonville Subaru. I think this was our 4th vehicle within the family that was purchased or leased at Wilsonville Subaru. This dealership just cannot be beat on the car buying experience. It truly is a no hassle, no stress experience. From beginning to end.Rob was my guy this time and he did fantastic. He is kind, honest and fun. Go see this guy! With this great service I see myself coming back when my lease is up and getting my next Subaru right there at Wilsonville Subaru.Thank you so much for making the car buying experience such a stress free process. I've been buying cars since I could drive and there has never been as good as an experience as Wilsonville Subaru.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Recently moved to the area and after exhaustive research decided upon a Subaru to handle the PNW winters. Of the five Subaru dealers within 20 miles one stood out for it's huge numbers of 5 star rave reviews - Wilsonville Subaru.Turns out those reviews were spot on for many reasons, especially-- "No Bull" car buying, they give you their best price (usually below MSRP) up front. We picked out a top-of-the-line 2024 Crosstrek Wilderness model and paid $3-$4K less than I expected. Wow.- No pressure- these guys believe in their cars and clearly want happy, satisfied customers, a strong culture that is evident everywhere from everyone involved in the buying process.- Extreme Customer Service- c'mon, I've been buying cars for over 50 years (my first was a 1965 VW bug, loved that car) and have NEVER witnessed the fanatical customer service provided by these guys- from their generous warranties, loaner cars if you wait longer than 2 hours at a service appt, on-site coffee bar, and especially impressive is what they call....- "Love Encore Visit" - here's the text pasted directly from their invitation- "This is a one on one session where you learn about the features and get your questions answered about your new Subaru! At the end off our time together, not only will you have more knowledge of your new Subaru, you will recieve a $25 gas card as a thank you for coming in!" (Hey guys, it's spelled "receive,"- remember "I before E except after C.")Really? Yes, really. They have a cool guy by the name of Jonah who has one job and one job only- to support prospective and actual buyers to understand and master the features of these cars. This is my first Subaru and boy are they packed with stuff I've never seen before. I heard Subaru described as "The Japanese Volvo" (loved my Volvos, BTW) because they go their own way to innovate to build the safest and best possible cars instead of copying what others do, and as a gear head and fan of leveraging technology to make life better, I'm in hog heaven.Cruise control that automatically keeps you centered in your lane and you can set your distance from the car ahead of you? Auto Stop/Start that turns the car off at stop lights to save gas and the environment? Auto Hold at stop lights that hold the car in place and allows you to take your foot off the brake? Automatic Pre-Collision Braking? Lane Departure Warnings? This is just a sample as there is way too much to list. Gimme a break, I love this stuff and never seen it in any car no less my own car. Might be old hat to Tesla owners but a revelation to me and the best part is THEY ALL WORK!But, the learning curve to understand and master all these features is steep, and for a car dealer to care about customer satisfaction so much that they provide one-to-one tutoring before and after purchase is friggin amazing.'Nuff said, gotta stop raving otherwise you might think I'm some paid shill, which I certainly ain't!

MO GARCIA is the best! No words can truly express how grateful I am for his service and help throughout the whole process. I completely understand that making a big purchase, or signing a lease for a car can be stressful as it is. However, I absolutely enjoyed my time working and getting to know Mo. I had such a great time in Wilsonville Subaru! My husband got his Subaru Forester from this dealership back in 2019. I remember telling myself then, I ll be back for a Crosstrek someday! . Fast forward to today, and it finally happened. Thank you so much Mo Garcia and Wilsonville Subaru!

I took my car to another local Subaru And while they were nice for the most part, they took an extremely long time on my car. They didn t have a rental for me to use and they weren t very kind.I took my chances on Wilsonville Subaru and I was not disappointed! Not only were they fast and efficient, But they were kind and patient and absolutely wonderful!!!! I would recommend this Subaru to anyone where to go for quality work on your car!!!!Thank you guys so much for your time and for being so fast on my car. I really appreciate it. You have some really great people working at your front desk as well. They deserve awards.

This is the 2nd Subaru from this dealership. I dealt with Thomas Tolonen and could not be more pleased with my dealings with him. Buying a car at a dealership is not a fun day for me but the experience that Subaru offers is superior to some other places. And that Subaru reliability. I get attached to cars so it was hard to trade my XV in but having a fair offer made selling my old car easier. In closing I appreciated to no pressure approach Subaru goes with and as long as Subaru keeps ICM as an option I will be recommending Japanese craftmanship.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car through Andrew Ross, the best auto-buying experience I've ever had. Andrew's professionalism, efficiency, and thorough approach truly set him apart. From the moment we started the process, Andrew demonstrated high expertise and guided me through every step seamlessly. His attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch service were evident. What truly stood out was Andrew's dedication to ensuring my convenience. He efficiently handled all the paperwork and went above and beyond by delivering the car directly to my home. This added level of service made the entire experience hassle-free and enjoyable. The convenience of signing the paperwork in the comfort of my home further highlighted Andrew's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making the auto-buying process smooth and enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend Andrew to anyone seeking a hassle-free and exceptional auto-buying experience. His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him the go-to person for all your car-buying needs. I love my new Subaru Ascent! Thank you, Andrew Ross, for making this a truly memorable experience.

Had an awesome experience working with the wonderful Tony G at Wilsonville Subaru. He was extremely helpful and guided me towards purchasing my new Subaru entirely remotely (I live in another town 2 hours away). The whole process took 1 afternoon and Tony even delivered the car to me that same day (4 hour round trip for him!).Easily the least stressful dealership experience I ve had. Tony was transparent, no b.s. and worked with me to get exactly what I was looking for.10/10 experience and I highly recommend working with Tony at Wilsonville Subaru if you re looking for a new ride.

Bought a certified 2021 Subaru Ascent, the buying process was a fine process. One the second day we noticed the AC didn t work so we took it in and they said the AC condenser was bad; at first they were going to bill us for the repair but ultimately the service manager did it under warranty since we bought it the following day.A week later we drove down to Southern California for vacation on the way back we felt a vibration took it to Salem Subaru where they said there was metal belts showing on the tires. At first was told they were wearable items and nothing could be done. After contacting SOA there was new tires put on the car with the word of Holly that they would redo the certified check list, at pick up I was told the car wasn t looked over and they do that.August of 2023 my wife and son were ran off the road and the Subaru did its job by keeping them alive after rolling twice. We then started the cancellation process of the extended warranty and gap coverage a couple weeks later. As anticipated the warranty refund came back within 4-6 weeks but the gap insurance didn t. I ended up reaching out and on November 4th I was asked to sign a gap cancellation by Joseph Nibler which I did. Over the phone I was told 4-6 weeks for the check .Nov. 28 2022 I reached out for a follow up because I had still not got the check seven days passed with no response from Joseph so I reached out to the gap insurance company myself which then I was told that they had just received the paperwork on December 3rd and they returned the paperwork same day. I think got another email after reaching out to a supervisor from Joseph that said 4 to 8 weeks for the check. So the paperwork was not submitted to the gap refund company for about a month after I signed it.I emailed the sales manager, I have emailed both general managers and have gotten nothing in return.I recommend a dealership that values customer service and communication and this dealership doesn t meet that recommendation.

I contacted many Subaru dealers across Washington and Oregon before calling Wilsonville Subaru. DJ Villasenor was the only person to agree to my request for an out-of-state sale of a 2024 Subaru Ascent, and even went above and beyond to secure the exact car I had been hoping to find from another dealership for the price that would make shipping a car to Alaska worth it. I'm further appreciative of the no bull pricing policy that took a lot of stress out of the process. DJ was super helpful and patient. He answered my extensive questions about documents, fees, extended agreements, etc, and got answers for me when he didn't have them. He was also more than helpful when it came time to ship the car, and worked with the shipping broker and the driver to get the car securely on the road. I recognize DJ didn't have to help as much as he did, and I am more than grateful. I would recommend this dealer, and DJ in particular, to anyone looking to obtain their "ideal car". When I first started speaking with DJ, I was close to giving up and simply purchasing a relatively expensive car that I didn't really want. I was so relieved to connect with a sales rep that didn't turn me down, and even seemed excited to help me get my ideal car to the center of Alaska. Thank you, DJ.Unrelated to the efforts of the sales consultant, Wilsonville Subaru does include "hidden" fees in the form of document processing fees and corporate tax. These were explained to me and, unfortunately, unavoidable. Nothing unique, and some dealerships are worse than others. Things like this are somewhat frustrating when you don't have a large cash flow and suddenly have to finance an additional $500 or more. All said, I plan to call up Wilsonville Subaru when I need to purchase another car. Stop by if you live local - I bet the buying experience would be even more seamless in person.

I took my mom here to buy her first Subaru. She s been a ford owner her whole life. After test driving serval vehicles she decided on one. It was nice not having several agents try to sell us a bunch of stuff we didn t want. They still pushed the extra warranties a bit more than we would have liked but overall the service was great. The sales person helped my mom set up her phone and went through as many functions of the high tech car. My mom absolutely loved the car and enjoyed the service.

If you're interested in purchasing a Subaru, I highly recommend connecting with Mo Garcia at the Wilsonville Subaru dealership. Mo is knowledgeable, he listens and doesn't try to "up sell" or pressure. I am a single middle aged woman. When I needed time to think about my options before purchasing he respectfully gave me space without pestering. He didn't try to "mansplain" anything to me. I left the dealership with the information I needed, reviewed my options and went back to complete a sale without feeling forced into a transaction that I was not comfortable making. I appreciate Mo's sense of humor and authenticity. I felt that he genuinely cared about my experience and my satisfaction with the car I chose.

Tony Gutierrez, Damian, and all the folks at Wilsonville Subaru rock. We stopped by to get a Crosstrek, and ended up getting a forester as well because of the great deal (and awesome lift work by the parts/service dept). Tony went above and beyond, snagging us the car we wanted and he drove all the way to Tacoma on a Friday to make it happen! Not only was he friendly, funny, and professional but he made sure we got everything we needed for the best price possible.I have had horrible experiences at other dealerships but it is people like Tony & Damian that will make me a customer here for life. Thanks Wilsonville for the great experience!

DJ worked hard and truly delivered on the "no bull" purchasing experience that Wilson Subaru advertises. From initial contact to final signing the communication was fast, straight forward, and no surprises. Buying a car is a big purchase and DJ, and the entire team at Wilsonville, made it as fast and painless as it could be. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a car. 10/10

We bought our first Subaru CrossTrek in 2018. We loved the service we got and we actually got to do a Wilsonville Subaru commercial. My wife has always had her CrossTrek serviced at the dealership because they are amazing and caring people and we are always treated wonderfully well.Mo was talking to my wife, she conveyed them at I was wanting a CrossTrek as well. He took her around and they were snapping pictures and sending them to me. She sent me a picture and I replied, I ll be there in 30 minutes Mo gave us a great trade in price and we talked about the new CrossTrek Wilderness while we were doing that deal.I love the buying experience and we were so pleased with Mo Garcia, we called him back a week later and asked him to find us a Wilderness. He delivered! He did the paperwork, drove the car to our home and we are now the proud owners of two more CrossTreks from Wilsonville Subaru. In closing I would say, Hey Subaru! We love you guys and we re ready to do another commercial for you! Thank you for always taking care of us!!Kim and Eric Mathia

I am so glad that my first time purchasing a car in 12 years was at Wilsonville Subaru. Tony G was the sales associate. He was really helpful, patient and professional. He made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. We went pretty close to their closing time and he didn't make us feel rushed at all. 10/10 would buy there again and would recommend others to as well.

UpdateMy salesman's was Joesph N, he was great, respectful and patient considering I had 3 kids with me during the purchase process.Service at first was good with some miscommunication. I have had to come get the car looked at more than I would like with it being certified used. I would have expected a bit more thorough check of the car before sale. However the service department and Mark have been very friendly and quick to help me with appointments and fixes. I am very impressed and they have made sure there is no more communication.

I'm out of town but Wilsonville Subaru had the model and color of Outback we wanted. Their price was good and no hassle, they put the car on a trailer and brought it to my door, they spent an hour or more explaining all the features at no additional cost. Tom was great to deal with as was Jonah. They are a 5 star business as far as I am concerned.

Tom at Wilsonville Subaru is always the best. Treats you with honesty, kindness and respect. He s a direct communicator and is very knowledgeable about Subarus and the car industry in general. I leased my first car with him, and I just leased my second one with him and both times he clearly went over what my options were, the details of the lease, and let me have the time I needed to think things over. He understands that investing in a car is a serious decision to make and he always goes out of my way to answer any questions or concerns I have and he creates an environment where I feel comfortable with approaching him with questions in the first place.

Bought a 2021 certified Subaru Ascent nine months ago. Before my first scheduled oil change, I noticed that the car was smoking from underneath the hood. Took it in and turns out the lower oil pan was leaking. "Fixed" by Subaru and sent on my way. At my next scheduled oil change, I told Subaru that I thought the vehicle was still leaking. It was, but this time it was the upper oil pan, too. Which means they have to remove the entire engine to fix. Many weeks without my vehicle and inconvenience. Fast forward to today. Car is smoking, again. Take it in and lower oil pan is leaking, again. I'm only at 45,000 miles with a 3-year-old vehicle. Have tried to call and text and leave messages for both my car salesman at Wilsonville as well as the manager there to get answers. I have gotten absolutely nowhere with them. Have been driving for nearly 30 years. And this has been my worst car buying experience ever. I would never recommend this dealership to any family or friends given their disregard for the customer experience and clearly selling problematic "certified" vehicles.Edit-- they reached out after I left them a poor review. Go figure.

Can't be happier with the service we received from Mo at Wilsonville Subaru. Mo was absolutely not pushy whatsoever! Best car buying experience we've ever had. Will definitely be going back for a 2nd when we're able to.

Avery is the best! We were shopping with our son for his first car as he heads off on his own in Idaho. We were a little unsure how all this would play out with 3 states involved (WA, OR and ID) not only was Avery knowledgeable about the cars, but was fun to work with and was able to get all the tax and licensing stuff figured out for us. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. This lifelong Toyota family may be switching to Subarus.

I recently purchased a used car from Wilsonville Subaru. Buying a used car is always a little scary, but I couldn't have been more happy with the service I received. DJ and his team were super awesome to work with. I love that you only have to deal with one person through the whole process. Highly recommend!

I looked at dealerships for around 6 months to try and find an SUV and was not expecting to buy the day I walked into Wilsonville Subaru. However, the floor model Subaru Ascent had everything I was looking for and Jordan Manseth, my sales guide, made the process so easy I ended up an owner that day. I had guests coming over and was pressed for time so Jordan worked on the paperwork while I ran errands. I'm so glad I made the last minute decision to "pop in" to Wilsonville Subaru and recommend Jordan to anyone who is looking for a no hassle vehicle purchase. Thanks, Jordan!

I worked with Tom throughout my visit and eventual new vehicle purchase and would highly recommend visiting him and Wilsonville Subaru in general! From my initial inquiry, Sarah and Karina were very helpful in providing all the information I needed without pressuring or repeated messaging/calling. Once I arrived at the facility (which is very nice), the experience was pleasant. Everyone was so friendly, from the folks who provided service before even being on-site to Tom, the managers, other staff, and the on-site coffee shop baristas. Regarding discussing purchasing a vehicle, Tom had my best interests on the table from the get-go. His reputation was even further acknowledged when a previous customer ensured to say hi and told me to listen to Tom's recommendations as it already saved him multiple times. When they mean "No Bull", they mean it. Also, if you plan to hit the slopes for skiing or snowboarding, what a perfect time to visit Wilsonville Subaru for a new vehicle purchase that comes with Mt. Hood Fusion passes.

I loved their sales team. But that is where it ends. Nothing but issues since. I paid my car off three months after I bought it. Needed to cancel GAP. This took over 4 months to happen and they took another two to send me payment. To top it off they didn't pay me for that 4 month of the GAP insurance that was their error. Now second issue is their service team that ignored all the issues with my car until it was past warranty even when I told them and they didn't do the oil change first time they said they did. Second time they forgot to add oil. The third time they put the wrong oil on my car. Now I'm stuck with another two years of a service plan I won't use cause I can't trust their services team. And I know damage has been done to my car due to all this. I'm sad because I absolutely love their sales team. I won't buy from them again.

Worked with Andrew Ross throughout the purchasing process, was really impressed with how fast and easy it may be. I like their one-price point policy, and their overall transparency made it easy to make a decision. They were also able to send my car to a shop for cosmetic fix and Andrew made sure it was in best condition upon delivery. Overall very happy with my purchase
