This team goes beyond customer service to providing COMMUNITY service. I was in a rush before work and needed help installing a new headlight. They put their work on hold, showed me how it works, installed it for me on the spot, and explained how to do it successfully on my own next time. They were so kind and didn t even charge for their time. Thank you so much, Tyler s!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tyler's Automotive Zeb-Manager and others! .... My alternator went out on my truck last night heading back to salem. I was able to drive it over to them on battery power only. I told them all my tools where in there, if could lock it up in a bay, and they did. Today they got on it and R&R it to only find out they got a bad Alternator and figured that out at 4pm . They ran across the street and got another one R&R it again before they closed at 6pm. So i can be back on the road tomorrow knowning im now backed up not being able to work today.They get 5stars plus from me for customer service ( which has disappeared over the years) I am absolutely appreciative for it!

All I can say about Tyler s Automotive is, once they work on your car, you ll never ever want to take your vehicles anywhere else. Simply put, they are the best of the best. Plus, Alisha is a ROCKSTAR!

Incredible service! We had to stop last minute here to try and get our back seat down in our Subaru Forrester after our dog broke the latch. Alicia was amazing and jumped at the opportunity to solve the puzzle, fast forward 20 minutes and we got it! I can only imagine the dedication the team would have to solving a mechanical problem under the hood. Highly recommend!

Service was 10/10 and they knew exactly what was wrong. They even gave me a Herseys bar and a $5 coupon for my next visit. 100% recommend going here.

Very happy to have found Tyler's Automotive in Wilsonville. Front headlights on our Kia went out. This company quickly replaced the lights with no wait at for a fair price. Can't ask for better than that.

I had recently brought my car to a different shop for problems it was having with oil leakage (somewhere), $1200.00 later...still not fixed correctly and that shop said they couldn't fix it correctly . I was referred to Zeb at Tyler's and that they are very honest and do a great job. Needless to say, they exceeded my expectations of professionalism, kindness and awesome service. They were able to determine the issue right away. I would recommend them to everyone!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Thanks Tyler s for being there when I needed you. Serpentine belt snapped. Just happened to be driving by Tyler s Automotive on Wilsonville Rd. Pulled into the parking lot as my car died. Tyler s took care of me & the car is running great! Nice people! Great experience! Thanks again!

They were incredibly honest with me. I brought my car in to have the brakes and rotors changed and come to find out there was black paint sprayed on my brakes causing a lot of noise. So they cleaned them very well and said my brakes had plenty of life left. They could have easily just done all the work and made more off of me. They only charged me $52 . I highly recommend Tyler's. Thank you guys for being awesome.Service: Brakes

Tyler's automotive saved my family vacation! I had just had my air conditioner fixed, and then had another emergency repair surface a day before our family vacation. Zeb made it happen by scrambling to find parts and get the service completed in time for us to leave on schedule. Every repair they have done has been thorough and well performed, as well. I want to make sure that I post something before I forget. I was on my way from Portland down to Roseburg after buying a truck. I was having some mechanical issues pulled in. In spite of the fact that the place was booked the young girl in the office came out and actually got down underneath the truck to look around. I don't think I have a friend that would do that. Totally Above and Beyond the Call of Duty.

Alicia is amazing! I was desperate on a Friday evening having trouble replacing my own car battery. I called Tyler s auto shop and she picked up and said she could help figure it out. I could see that they were busy when I arrived but she came out herself and went above and beyond to help me. If people like her work here then I know this is where I want to go for any future car issues. Thank you Alicia for your kindness!

Everyone that works here is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I came in to get a car I was thinking of buying inspected to ensure that it was a safe buy and they were extremely thorough. Mike took my car on a test drive to as a way of pinpointing any potential problems (something I've only seen from him) hitting every possible thing you would want to check on a drive. After we got back he checked for anything an older car might have issues with and he did it in a timely and expert manner. Not only that, but Zeb came over to take a look at the car and having worked at Nissan in the service department before was able to ensure that the specific issues that my car was known to have were not going to be a problem and already taken care of. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look at or work on my vehicles. The staff here know what they're doing and they do it well. Not many mechanic shops would be able to have their employees keep in mind specific issues cars have from specific years. I highly recommend Tyler's Automotive for any needs you might have. Thank you for the excellent service!

Tyler s is a trustworthy place who has earned my continued business. I know when they are recommending a job, that s what actually needs to be done, not just running up the bill like some places. In fact, on this last job they did there were two options for me in order to fix the issue... Believe it or not, Tyler s actually recommended the cheaper solution, which was about half the cost of the other job! They set a price and kept to it.What I appreciate most about Tyler s is they are extremely communicative. They called and updated me in how things were going. Even more importantly, when it came to deciding on what what repairs were needed, they were extremely thorough in explaining not only what was wrong, but how that effected the vehicle, what the repair entailed and what exactly would improve with said repair. Rather than feeling cheated or talked down to, these conversations really helped me to feel confident that the job I was having them do was the correct approach and would bring about satisfactory results.I got my truck back and she s running better than she has in years. Tyler s is a top notch shop and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody needing work done on their vehicle! Thank you, Tyler s!!!

They are helping me work with my warranty provider to assess what items/ work I need are covered. I could write a book about our great experience with Tyler's Wilsonville. My husband had always gone to the dealership for repairs, but I convinced him to try Tyler's for what we were cautiously hopeful would be a quick fix. It wasn't. We had been having trouble with the Tahoe for a while, and this ended up being several significant problems, none of which were ever solved by the local Chevrolet dealer, despite multiple visits to Wilsonville Chevrolet. Let me start with Zeb - what a bright, friendly, and super experienced professional. He patiently worked with us to solve a pretty big problem, and we couldn't be more pleased. Yes, it took time for Zeb and his awesome team to get to the bottom of our complicated problems with the Tahoe, but we now have a car that works better than it has in two years. No more getting dismissed by a dealer who continued to return the car to us saying the problem was fixed, it wasn't. Tyler's team are professional problem solvers, and made us feel like we were in good hands, even though it was obvious that they were swamped with other customers. Quality. Customer Service. Initial repair service caused another issue, which then took 4-5 more visits for the shop to figure out. This issue could of been avoided if the initial repair was done correctly. At one point they had the vehicle for 4 days, and all they did was burp the cooling system. Cooling system was stressed out which caused another $900+ repair in the meantime. When I mentioned the possibility that the part might of failed due to this, in hopes of getting it covered by warranty, they said it wasn t related. They did cover the cost of the issue caused by them, but in my opinion they should of checked that work first. Customer service was great, but when it comes to the actual work I wasn t impressed. They are simply amazing. Had them take care of my vehicle that was stalling. The dealer couldn't tell me the problem. Tyler automotive figured out the problem, determined it was a warranty covered repair, sent it to a dealer they work with and got it fixed. Nice huh? Well it gets better. They dropped my car off at the rental agency so I had a seamless transition back into my car. How much you ask? They charged me for the oil change. I have found my auto repair shop. Thank you Tyler's Automotive.

We ve been using Tyler s for a few years now for both of our vehicles. They ve performed many services. We prefer them over the local dealership to take care of all of our vehicle needs as they shoot us straight and only recommend what is necessary to keep our vehicle running well and safe. They are honest, they do great work and they are comparable in pricing (if not more affordable than the dealership). We highly recommend them to others and will continue using them.
