Sequoia, Dan and John are so awesome!!Sequoia found the perfect car for me that has everything I need and want!Dan kept me in the loop so there were no surprises when I got to John.John worked the numbers so well! My payments are great and he made it fun and easy.I'm brining family back next week so Sequoia can make their day like she made mine. You need to go see her too!!

The staff here, made the whole process a good experience. They kept all my needs and wants in mind. Michelle H. Was Awesome, had great communication and was not pushy the whole way. She was very personable and made me feel like I wasn't just a number to her. Jason and Dan, who helped with the financial paperwork part of the deal, were also great and made the process easy. They all did their part to make sure I was happy, including the GM Casey who also called to confirm I was 100% happy. I look forward to continuing to do business with Tonkin Nissan of Wilsonville. I will absolutely will be recommending too my friends and family, and already have!

My salesperson, Michelle, was amazing. My car was on order and she kept in touch with me every step of the way letting me know the progress. I had submitted all the required paperwork ahead of time so once I got to the dealership pretty much everything was ready to be signed. Dan in finance was great too. He did his best to work the numbers and even gave me some personal advice on an upcoming trip I have. Tonkin Nissan of Wilsonville is definitely my new "home" dealership.

Rick Gilpin demonstrated superb patience and a unique understanding of our requirements in a vehicle, enabling him to narrow down our available choices and select the most appropriate model. His coaching skills during the test drive, and his insistence on presenting complete sales information disclosures prior to our agreeing on the purchase resulted in a practically seamless and confidence-building transaction that included complimentary (personally arranged) hospitality over the Lunch hour, and concluded with a friendly and comprehensive documentation and certification session with Finance Manager, Jon Nguyen. The ENTIRE Staff present were singularly affable and engaging, but, most importantly, Welcoming and Professional-especially Fredric (Rick). Overall, pretty decent experience. Cameryn was easy to work with and was able to relay the information I needed. It was a bummer my vehicle threw the Check engine light again after I pulled out of the shop, but fortunately the guys were able to give me another diagnosis and even worked with me on the price. Super easy to work with and understanding of my situation.

Avoid this dealership!! Terrible experience. I leased an Ariya. I received a call 5 days later telling me that they accidentally gave me too low of a price on my lease and telling me I had to bring the vehicle back to either sign a higher price lease or return it. Unfortunately my old car was still at the dealership or I might have just told them to forget it. So I returned the car to the dealership. Then they found another car for me that was a color and model that I preferred so I was actually willing to pay the higher price for it. I made an appointment to go purchase it after we agreed on a price only to get another message from them saying that they sold that car to someone else! Terrible experience. Do not shop here.

I purchased a used vehicle for my daughter at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan, and I would give my highest recommendation for the overall experience. Sales Associates Sequoia and Michael were friendly, helpful, and thorough in showing us the options and in helping us select a vehicle that was right for my daughter s needs and price point. Finance Manager Dan led us seamlessly through the financing process and helped ensure we did that part of the buying experience right the first time. And Sales Manager Jason was friendly, straightforward, and responsive when closing on the specifics of our purchase. I was looking to trade in my 2018 Tacoma and kept looking at a few different stores that were either out of price range or didn t have what I was looking for either. My aunt used to work here and recommended looking to see what Ron Tonkin Nissan had and said to call for Rick. Rick treated me like family and 125% earned my business. Got me the truck I chose for the payments I wanted, and price close enough to what I originally wanted. I walked out with a newer Ram 1500 Laramie feeling like I was waking up on Christmas Day. Dan in finance was a hoot! Told me some fun stories, funny and very positive. They both truly worked so hard to make me a happy camper. I 125% recommend Rick and Ron Tonkin Nissan.

I had the best experience buying a Leaf here yesterday! Michael was excellent as our first point of contact and then Sequoia was amazing throughout the rest of the sale. She made the whole process feel easy, warm and at times incredibly funny. We brought the whole family and my 4 yr old son managed to stay entertained through the process in the kids area. I don t tend to write reviews, but I thought Sequoia s customer service was so above and beyond that I just had to! I would absolutely recommend buying a car here and can t say enough about their excellent customer service!

I had been looking for a car for about six months after my last car had gotten totaled. These six months were spent with a lot of frustration and disappointment when I couldn t find the vehicle I wanted for the price that was comfortable for me. On one of the days that I spent hopping from dealership to dealership the last place I went to was Ron Tonkin Nissan, and there I met Michael, and immediately it just felt like an entirely different experience than I had been experiencing at all the other dealerships, Michael said let s make this your last stop and started working with me to get me the car that I wanted and unfortunately I did not get approved on that first car that we had found together but he continued to search for me, and then, within two weeks, he managed to find the car I had been wanting with everything that I wanted it to have. And through that process, he was just constantly updating me and working with me and my cosigner and just overall an extremely pleasant person to work with. Once we finally sat down to finalize everything, we got to work with the finance manager and off the top of my head I cannot remember their name however, he was also awesome, super organized, just friendly and quick because of how organized he was. I owe a big thank you to Michael and that finance manager at Ron Tonkin in Nissan as well as a big thank you to everyone their because they were all super inviting at Ron Tonkin in Nissan. Kelly came and hung out with my family and I while we were waiting to sign papers and everybody there is just super welcoming and want to make sure that you get what you want. They re not there to push whatever car they can make a sale on. They want to make sure that you re getting what you want and Michael did exactly that and anytime that a family member or friend comes to me saying that they wanna buy a car I m constantly recommending they go to Ron Tonkin in Nissan and work with Michael. So again thank you to everyone at Ron Tonkin in Nissan for helping me get the HRV of my dreams! I couldn t be happier with my purchase, and I couldn t be happier with my experience working with Michael!

Purchased the 20204 Nissan Pathfinder SL-PREMIUM, and my daughter couldn't be any happier with the new SUV. My salesperson was very professional and not some snake trying to pad his pocket. Overall experience was fantastic. No regrets at all. Truly recommend.

So I need to explain why I'm not coming back. Last year I took my SUV for wheel alignment after the alignment I took my SUV back four times because my SUV was still pulling to one side. They told it is good and nothing is wrong with it. So I took it to Les Schwab they fix it first time and gave me 30 days if anything went. Next I took my car last year to get a oil change and they charged for rotation, I bought these tire from them and it is included in my contract. They did return money but it took a week. I took my car few weeks ago for oil change again, told them to rotate my tires also and there is air leaking form one of the tires, they did the oil change and didn't rotate my tires. I asked about the tire that was leaking air the told me they did not find a leak and it will cost me $190.00 to diagnose the leak. Took it to Les Schwab they fixed it for free and I didn't even buy the tire from them. After my original massage the manager of service sends me a reply asking me to call her so they can make it right, to the manager if you want to make right call the customer don't tell the customer to call you.

The service advisor Mark was dishonest by telling me that I needed my AWD fluids flushed for my Rogue that I literally just did last year at their dealership! He was too lazy to look up my service records or was hoping that I'd forget that I did it there last year. He even emailed me to follow up to see if I wanted to come back to do the service after I told him twice that it was done last year at their dealership. Now, I wonder if it was even needed last year. We will not be going back here for service or purchasing because instead of calling me to make things right, they just give me a boilerplate response saying to call them.

Great transaction. The car was spotless and as described. They picked me up at the train station from Seattle and had me on way in short order. Sequoia made the experience and I would happily buy another car from Tonkin.

I was able to get in the next day to get new tires & an alignment. Keeny & Amber always take good care of me by helping me figure out immediate needs vs. things that can wait. That level of honesty & customer service is unmatched and I will continue to return to Tonkin Nissan!

The sales approach was completely no pressure, which I think everyone wants. The team worked with us to find a deal that met our budget and expectations. When I get a new car, I want the salesperson who wants to help me get what I want, not "sell" me what they have. That was exactly the approach here and I appreciated it.

Trey the sales associate help me so much and had a lot of patience. I was at the dealer 2 days and he showed that he cared and he help me and my husband and my kids a lot. Made me feel comfortable and appreciate. Such a great sense of humor, we were laughing most of the time. I recommend him as your sales person he goes above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing service.I got my license yesterday and was looking for my first car. I had my mom with me because I don't know what I'm doing. Our first stop was the Tonkin Honda dealership in Portland (they already have their own lengthy review, but just...no) which didn't go well.After leaving my mother found a perfect Honda Fit at the Wilsonville Nissan. So I called and was told it was there and would be ready for us to test drive when we got there.The energy in the building was emasculate! I had spoken to Henry on the phone, so that is who I asked for. He was a very easy to interact with from the start. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me exactly that. He was willing to answer all of our questions easily, and at no point felt pushy or disrespectful to me or my mother.My mother, who came with the energy of wanting to fight a god, having just had a stand off at another dealership, was also super comfortable.Pedro was also super helpful in the process and understood what I was looking for and helped make sure I got the assistance I needed.And John was super clear and helpful during the financial aspect and the signing for my car.They made it a super easy, and it was a no brainer to get my Honda Fit.I couldn't be happier with the experience I had here. And I'm super thankful for Henry, Pedro, and John for their excellent service and kindness.(Also, the guy who brought my mom and I waters. We were offered several times, and declined. Someone did just walk by and bring us water, which was appreciated, because I hadn't wanted water and, being the way that I am, didn't want to say I wanted water later when I did want water.)I'm glad that my first stop was a bust, because I ended up with the perfect vehicle.

My fianc� and I walked into Tonkin knowing exactly what we were looking for. Jorge was the first person we saw and he immediately greeted us and took care of us answering all our questions and providing us with useful information about the car the wanted. We worked with Jorge and Dan to walk out with a new car. Working with them both was such seamless and easy process. We will definitely be going back to Tonkin Nissan to see them for our next car purchase.
