Our driver arrived last night with knowledge about the issue being on the outside and the grounds. Our boss personally kept contact with Allen and the shop and advised them about the issue. To our surprise a technician looked for over two hours last night and could not find the issue. This morning a more experienced technician found the issue but only after taking half the truck apart from the inside out, it was only a fuse and a burnt cable on top of the battery on the outside. we are being charged 10 hours of labor over 1700$ for a job that takes one hour and we have paid less than 600 for. I would not ever recommend this place as they have inexperienced technicians and since they wasted time to charge us more money. Who checks a truck from the inside out when its having electrical issues from the battery and the grounds? We tried to talk to Chris the manage and he would not admit his technicians mistake, he was rude and unwilling to lower the ridiculous price of 1700 for a cable and a fuss on top of the battery, here are pictures of the issue taken by the driver as he watched the whole thing unfold throughout the day. Inexperienced workers, rude manager and ridiculous prices. We have been scammed today and you will too as soon as you hand them your truck.

Four weeks for troubleshooting low oil pressure, then said that oil pressure is good, which is not, other shops tested and oil pressure is low. And that after Portland tec did engine rebuild. After for weeks didn't do anything to my truck accept mess with engine wiring harness, I had check engine light on, cooling fan working all the time. Technician from different shop says they bent pins on plug. Not sure if on porpoise. And I had to pay to fix what tec have done. Definitely inexperienced technicians. Don't waste your time and money. Would not recommend.

Great , over any other TEC Equipment. They are fast and great customer service. Great drivers lounge, with shower for drivers.

Recently I had the bumper/deer guard in my truck repaired. The facility is nice, and definite has one of the largest and best drivers lounge / waiting areas I have ever been at. They did a good job with the repairs and I was satisfied with the work, but not the price they charged.Unfortunately the downside to this TEC Equipment facility is that they are VERY expensive, the amount of labor and the excessive shop environmental fees was definitely excessive in my opinion. I think they charge a high price to compensate their business for their nicer customer accommodations - via high pricing on parts, labor hours, and shop fees...I only give this business because of their high prices. I recommend definitely first shopping around for better prices if you need work done on your truck...~ notorious ~

I would like to thank all the service staff here for taking very good care of me. I came in Monday 8/17/20 with a leak and a winning on my 2018 Volvo 780 transmission. They swapped the transmission in 2 days thru the Volvo warranty that i have, so $0.00 out my pocket. 2 days later i was out the door. Once again thank you very much for your help!!

Most of truck owners complain about the insane time they have to spend on the dealer when is time for repairs.Ok guys I'm going to invite you to visit this place!!!!The service amazing great people working there, facilities insanely good lounge room for drivers count with full showers, dining room, laundry and a pool table wall TV It makes my time really pleasant5 Stars for all the personal staff

Spent 9 hours in waiting room for an oil change. My boss called ahead and they said bring it in and we'll get right on it. Every time I'm told we will get right on it. It's never less than 3 hours to change oil. Last time it was 5 hours.

Slow. Very slow.Kept me waiting all day even though I was the only one waiting there actually present on the premises.Stars for free shower and laundry, also parts guys were helpful.Truck was in service for 9 hours. Only 1 out of 2 issues was "relatively" fixed. After working on heater core, truck was returned with low antifreeze level.Unprofessional. Will not recommend.

Absolutely horrible place to take your truck. I took my truck into have my DPF filter cleaned. And they put it back in wrong. Took it to five different tech shops to have it fixed and all I did was replace other parts. Over $20,000 later and a small Mom and Pop shop fix the problem which was only that the dpf filter was not put back in correctly. Do not take your truck here.

I been in this place yesterday. I had regeneration problem. I have to say they a pretty good. Great customer service. I arrived and they take my truck at once to diagnostic. They will tell you about bill before the job done....not after. No games, no drama, great managment, proffecional mechanics, FAIR PRICES. I had feeling they care about customers. Driver launge zone amazing.....kitchen, TV, laundry, shower, billiard :)

Had an situation where sensors went out, and by golly they got us in asap, and we get to keep rolling. That's Volvo setting the standard for maintenance repairs, and definitely recommend this shop for any issues a driver may have. Keep up the good work TEC Volvo.

Decent work, if you don't mind them having your truck for a week plus. Expensive as well. For our furniture store, I've serviced my truck three times here. I feel there are much better options in Portland.

So we had our first visit to this Store this morning.They are very professional, and on top of it.Listened to what we needed show us diagrams and gave us the utmost customer service. Jake was our person of contact, very helpful. I would suggest Wilsonville TEC Equipment hands down!!!!

I came here after 8 days break down, tried tow volvo dealers and spent $12000 with no luck to find the issue. I put the truck in the she shop went to the drivers lounge that have kitchen, laundry room and gaming room that have pool table. two hours and they found the fault that the two other dealers couldnt find in eight days and two hours to fix it and I am on the road again. Was awesome experience with free laundry, free shower and enjoyed playing pool with my son.

Drivers lounge with free washer,dryers and showers.However they are quite busy with a back log of trucks and takes a few hrs. or so to get your truck back but the Mechanics are thorough and do an excptional job.

Had a warranty service done on 2 parts. They said one was covered and the other wasn't. I paid 630$ for the one not covered by warranty. Went home and contacted Cummins and they said both are covered by them 100%. I called tec back, and they said it was a mistake.Make sure you do your homework before going there, the employees were rude and tried to rob me.

If I had a chance to give 10 stars I would for these guys super friendly from service ladies to parts guys all the way to their service manager mr Tim super helpful people and honest hard work everything they do is great...Called service spoke with mrs Amanda told her my problem was she got me in right there and then got the problem solved with their experience techniciansAlmost like they a family here the way they treat you when the moment you walk in thru the door they take care of you all the wayThank you guys so muchHighly recommended to come check these guys out far as pricing they even help you out with hourly rate and parts talk to mrs Amanda at service parts see Matt and Mr Tim most definitelyGood luck guysProud to see this many people in one shop that cares for truckersAlso drivers lounge, pool table, wuashateria showers almost like you feel like you re homeThank you thank you and thank you for all the hard work

Awesome place for the best diesel additive. My cummins loves the fuel additive and cleaner. No more diesel algae and these guys know their diesel stuff!

I just want to take a moment to acknowledge TEC Equipment Wilsonville. I deal with many vendors to source parts for a large fleet daily and Tec is BY FAR the easiest to deal with. They were able to find me a VGT actuator that is on national back-order from Freightliner and Cummins for an indefinite time. They are always quick to call back and always follow through. I am always impressed with; Craig, Jake, ans Sean at Tec.
