I would like to share I have had my Honda Civic serviced here on multiple occasions (at least ten times over five years) and every time I have received exceptional service from the team.I have another vehicle (non-Honda) that I get serviced regularly, and that dealership/service center never meets my exceptions of service compared to Wilsonville Honda staff.I highly recommend this service center to get your Honda vehicle taken care of. It was time for my new CR-V to get its first oil change & tire rotation. Even though I bought it at a different dealer & I live 20+ miles away in NW Portland, I chose to bring it to Wilsonville Honda due to the good reviews. It was definitely the right decision & worth the drive. I checked in with Ryan who was efficient and polite. Jennette who handled the completion was super professional and was in contact the whole time I was there. They got it done in less time than scheduled too. I have multiple Honda vehicles and going forward, I will take them all to Wilsonville Honda for servicing.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My experience here was significantly better than my experience at Honda of Salem. I was there and home in an hour and 45 minutes. Just over half the time it took for just the oil change time at Honda of Salem.Overall they were a professional and quick bunch that knows how to manage their time. Not to mention I was helped within 10 minutes of showing up and they had friendly interactions with me and other guests.I would highly recommend this dealership for maintenance on your Honda. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here.

Was having difficulty with Honda Odyssey and check engine light came on. Drove it to Wilsonville Honda dealership and asked if it could be code checked. Customer service representative said code check could only be done for.$160. Drove 1 mile to O'Reilly's and had it done for free.

they do a good job, but not the best prices for some services. Service writers are friendly...especially Jeanette. Also a good idea to check your records to make sure their files are up to date and all services you have done over time.

Excellent service and great prices. I needed new shocks for my 2013 Insight, and these guys came in $300 under the price offered at Les Schwab.

We always get great service at Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda. Our most recent appointment for an oil change & to check a tire was no exception. The staff is always friendly & the service is excellent. They really care about their customers!

I recently used this place for 2018 Odyssey recall.They allowed me a loaner but check engine light popped up when I got home. Also they said that the gas tank is full and the indicator looks like it is full. However, when I returned the loaner, I filled it up and figured out that it was not full tank since it took 4 gallons. I only drove the loaner back to my house and bring it back, which is only 17 miles round trip.That's not only complaints. My Odyssey has an issue with gas talk cover. It popped up a bit even in a close position. I found it during this Thanksgiving season since my friend actually pointed it out, who also owns 2018 Odyssey. I told them that this needs to be fixed and the service advisor told me that it is done. However, it isn't. He asked me to bring back the car and I did. He brought the mechanic first. The mechanic said that he couldn't adjust it since there is no mechanism to do it. Well, this advisor just told me that they adjusted it. After that, he looked at it again and it doesn't have any issue in his eye. I asked him to went over all Odyssey that they have in their hands and , obviously, mine is not right. Now, he admitted that mine doesn't look right but, this is what he said, every car is slightly different. Wow. Car manufacturer's job is to minimize that difference. So, I asked him what is the design spec of the gas cover gap for Honda's design. This is hilarious. He said that there is no design spec for the gas cover. What?!? I'm not a mechanical engineer but as an electrical engineer, I at least know that every hinge needs a spec for the gap. Ok. At the end, he told me that their service manager will contact me. I believe that you already know the answer. No. No one contacted me except the stupid customer satisfaction survey message. You know my response. I responded the survey with some details but do you think that they contacted me back? No.Above two are only two major disappointments with them but there are more. If I were you, I'll avoid this dealer and even the brand Honda. Check the consumer report for recent Honda vehicle. You will figure it out. For any car service, you at least want to trust the shop's integrity and honesty since you don't really know the result of the job right away. If they just say that the job is done, it is done. Based on my experience, I can't trust them. Decision is up to you.Now, I'm wondering that they will react this post or not.

Replace brakes on auto. Before this brakes were grabby and made the car not fun to drive. After the brakes were smooth and concise. The cost was reasonable. Definitely go there for service work.

Only took 1/2 hour for oil change. Super fast!! And on a Friday afternoon. Everyone is so professional and nice!! Great place.

They looked at my Honda and couldn't find anything wrong. But for some reason it is running perfect. They didn't over charge me, which some places would.

I had an earlier review, I am redacting it. The mechanics here are not honest at all. I ended up spending a lot of money before they finally told me that my car was dying. They sure know how to string people along. I will never come back here again.
