This Honda dealership stands out as the best I've visited, and I've been to quite a few. My high praise is largely due to my experiences with the service department, particularly because of Kristina. Her service was exceptional, deserving more than five stars. She thoroughly explained each service, discussing the processes in a way that was easy to understand. Kristina's approach is welcoming and devoid of any intimidation, making her standout. She's always been honest about what needs to be done, a claim verified by second opinions in the past. Her assessments have always been spot-on, to the extent that I no longer feel the need to seek second opinions. If I purchase another Honda, it will be largely because of the outstanding service provided by Kristina.

I came in to lease a car and not only was the transaction smooth but the experience overall was professional, welcoming and exciting. I had the best experience at Parker Johnstones Honda. I didn t feel pressured they helped me get exactly what I wanted. The process was super smooth and quick. I love how they just want you to be happy and get exactly what you want. They don t just try to sell you whatever to make a sale. I had a few issues with my car and they were super quick to get it all fixed and I was taken care of and that is something that is hard to come by. I am so happy with my services here and I will definitely be using them in the future for any purchases or maintenance needed. Highly recommend them for both buying and service! Huge bonus everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Very nice and helpful crew. Went for some repair work on my car, it was my first time in with their service shop and I would recommend. They are great and quick with quality work. My favorite part is seeing Kristina, her positive attitude and energy is what got me coming back.

I am only giving this three stars simply due to the fact that the sales person, Terri never got back to me as she said she would. Otherwise, I would have given this a rating of four stars.I contacted Terri as she was our original point of contact. She advised me that it was her day off and could not meet with us that afternoon. She told us another person would help us. Michael was our substitute sales person and he was very helpful.However, we had asked about items included in the sale of the vehicle and heard that mats were included in the price but was told at signing that was incorrect. Our other issue is that we were there for four and a half hours due to the finance person helping some people with their credit block. We got home at 11:00 pm at night and only live 5 miles away.At the end of the day we just wanted to hear back from our original sales person but unfortunately that didn't happen. With that said we are very happy with the vehicle that we chose.

Wilsonville Honda is the best for sales AND service. I bought my car totally online and when I went to pick it up it was gassed up and ready to go. They didn t try to change any of the terms or amounts when I got there. I paid exactly what it said I would online, all I had to do was sign and go. That was 3 years ago and since then I have been in a few times for regular maintenance. Jeanette is an amazing service advisor to work with. She always has the customers best interest in mind. I have 3 Honda dealerships that are closer to my house but I will always go to Wilsonville Honda. Their people make the difference!

I highly recommend Alex Gigoux at Parker Johnstone s Wilsonville Honda. I have been coming to Wilsonville Honda Service Department for a while now. BTW they re great too. So when I was ready to get a new vehicle Alex in sales was above and beyond helpful and professional. He went over everything with me from start to finish. Very patient, very knowledgeable and very thorough. It s a big deal to purchase/finance a new vehicle and he made it a very positive experience. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. He helped make that happen. I m grateful for his expertise.

This place is the epitome of corporate ran business that only cares about profit margin. Every single car has a gigantic markup on them and then they are going to give you 35% less than Kelley Blue Book and then tell you that you ve got a good deal. You can walk into the store and you can tell instantly they are amazed to see a customer. The place will be closed in the next six months based on horrible customer service then even their employees will tell you the place is terrible to work. Employees Get fired as They are injured on the job and the managers laugh at them. Take your money anywhere else and avoid Wilsonville Honda at all cost.

I moved to Oregon in 2013 from Chicago! I found the Accord Coupe I wanted at this dealership and they hooked me from then on.Super friendly folks, no haggling, no pressure. The service department knows you by name, are competitively priced, and are honest.Ever since that Coupe, my mom bought her car here and so did my mother in law. My wife got her minivan from here and, after selling my Coupe, I bought my Pilot from here.5 Stars all around.

Many thanks to all the staff at Parker Johnstone s Wilsonville Honda from Reception to Service to the Technicians. I received above-board quality work on my aging 06 Ridgeline, on which they performed a thorough mechanical overhaul and superior detail work on the chassis. I couldn t recommend this team more. If you want timely, high-caliber work done at a competitive price, check with the folks at PJ s Wilsonville Honda.

He did not push us to make a decision, he listened to what we wanted and worked with us to get us a great deal. The other people we worked with were also very helpful in getting is a good deal and were not pushy on trying to up sale us. Everyone was knowledgeable and made the experience an enjoyable one.

We bring our CRV for service when it tells us and it has always been an great experience. Beginning with the check in process, with every service explained and how much time it will take. I received updates on the status of the service by text, or if any other service is recommended. It is completed in a timely manner, and the staff is always professional. I have not had any problems after servicing my vehicle there and they do a great job keeping the interior clean. We also receive a car wash voucher to get it cleaned after the service. Comfortable waiting area with water and snacks for purchase. They also have guest WiFi available. All around good experience and dealing with folks that really enjoy their job! I highly recommend this service center!

Both Airen and Danielle were excellent! I also worked with Rainer initially who was super helpful. They were all very trustworthy and friendly. The sales reps were genuinely just trying to help get me the car I needed. Very professional.

Very friendly and straight to the point.We ve wasted so much time at many other dealerships and left without a car. I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Parker Johnstone Honda. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and Terri Brewer made sure to answer all my questions and thoroughly explain the whole process. She was very friendly and not pushy. She really made the process quick and easy and even gave me a follow-up call to make sure I didn t have any questions about the vehicle. I highly recommend Terri Brewer and Parker Johnstone Honda!

Best dealership service center I have ever encountered. They never sell me things I don't need and give advice as to how i will know when I do need it. Communication is excellent. Work was done in a couple hours. Price is same and sometimes less than other auto service centers. Thank you again

My dealer, Michael Christof, is a warm, engaging, and well-informed Honda rep. He knows his stuff and is fun to chat with to boot. He also takes excellent care of the customer. Ask for Michael. He s your guy.We bought a new-ish used Honda Pilot, in excellent condition, about two months ago. Also purchased a Toyota passenger car, and a 2018 Honda HR-V (my new Scooter Commuter). Parker Johnstone s had to double back on a mechanical issue with the Toyota, but they were super professional. They provided a loaner vehicle, a spiffy 2023 Honda EX Touring, by which they set their hook in my big dumb fishy gills to get me to come back. Traded in my 2014 Toyota 4Runner (gas hog) for the right price on the HR-V. Well played Honda, well played! Thanks to Linda and Wendy well. Great place. Trust them. They rock!

I had an amazing car buying experience at Parker Johnston s Wilsonville Honda. My salesman, Adam Ceboll, was pleasant to work with. It was a nice relaxed atmosphere without pressure. I was patiently shown other options besides the car I had chosen, to assure that I was making the right choice. After the purchase of my car, all the features of the car were explained in detail. Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and Adam as salesman.

I recently purchased a used Honda Fit from these folks. Airen was an absolute rockstar of a customer sales representative! He made the process as efficient and pleasant as possible. The whole team came together to do the right thing when we experienced some issues with the car just days after we drove it home. There was no questioning or hassle they just took back into service and got it back in working order for us the very next day. Happy Wilsonville customer here!!!! Thank you!

I went in for an oil change 2/15/24checked in and normal procedure the service advisor asked if I wanted my tires to be rotated. I said no thanks do not touch my tires please as there is a nail in one and I need to get that fixed down the road, just please don't touch my tires. Well the oil change took longer than usual and the first thing the service rep say to me was "sorry took longer than usual because we took the nail out and repaired your tire" I immediately replied with "oh ok I told you guys not to touch my tires though' and the rep just shrugged it off and said no worries we took care of it. Well a few days later the repair/plug placed on my tire began to peel off and you could hear the air coming out of the tire very rapidly. My tire went from a psi of 45 to below 30 within minutes. The tire is no longer repairable and because of the type of car I drive I now I have to replace both front tires. No one took accountability for the horrible "fix" of my tire which just destroyed it. The service team including the manger denied that anything was ever done to my tire other than take the "nail out". I went in expecting to spend $60 max for a routine oil change and now I'm left with over $350 to pay because of their mistake. Very disappointing. Do not expect any kind of accountability or regard for you concerns here. I will never bring any of my cars back here again.

Two years ago I bought a 2022 Ridgeline, it was a very pleasant transaction.Last Sunday my brother wanted to buy a 2024 Ridgeline, this time was very different. We bargain back and forth with a manager, at the end they wanted $42K + fee, but we wanted it lower and left.After reconsider my brother agreed with $42K + fee, so we call and ask them to hold the truck yesterday morning. After work my brother drove 1 hour from Vancouver WA to the dealer. Once at the dealer another manager name "Linda", wouldn't agree on $42K + fee, they wanted $750 more for dealer installed accessories. He end-up leaving the dealer, didn't want to pay for more than $42k + fee. This was very shady of doing business, specially with return customer. I'm very disappointed.

The service department gave me a Christmas gift, and for that I will be very grateful. It was not all smooth, but in the end they did right by me and that will lead me to a five-star review anytimeMy 2010 Honda Odyssey went into the shop and was diagnosed with major engine issues. It was a big estimate, but in talking through with the department, it seemed like it would be worth the repair to buy me a few years. They gave me a nice loaner while they repaired it. The estimate was about a week. We called a week later (they had not yet followed-up), and we heard that there was a problem. The job was actually bigger than what they had originally estimated. And the parts were not going to be available for a month. They gave the option that they could put me back together as a short term, but it would be over 1K. And then it would be even more than the original estimate to make it right. That was more than the car was worth to us, so we told them to halt all the work. We thought at that point the bill would be low.When I went to settle the bill (intended to tow the car away), I was informed that they did in fact put it back together. I was expecting a small bill and I might be faced with a big one. I wasn't not happy at this point because the communication wasn't transparent. But the whole time they did listen to me and I did feel like they cared.In the end, they actually decided to forgive the work they did (including some new parts that I didn't realize they added). I was able to drive the car home. And now it will be easier for me to see it since it does run.This could have gone totally different, and I could have (and might have) written a 1 star review. I may have never considered a Honda again with the way I was feeling. But instead I was given an experience that was truly above what I had expected. That is what drives me to brand loyalty. I don't think I'll end up with another Honda this time around, but I will for sure always think of this dealership when I'm in the market again. Thank you team!

Wilsonville Honda has been very dependable since i bought my car in 2013. A few days ago I had the oil changed and asked about pricing to put a piece of grill trim on that came off during a drive through car wash. They looked at the grill and quoted $215. I asked if it included part and labor he said yes so, I made an appointment. Came in today and got a different quote over $400, double!! Of course I walked out, my brother will do for $67 and dinner. Makes me sad that Wilsonville did that.

UPDATE: Returned again for service on our 2010 Odyssey. I had taken it in for an oil change and had an excellent experience working with Kristina Bangloy, my service advisor. (See original comment below) I went back for some additional vehicle service as I was extremely pleased with my previous experience and I had opted to have Kristina as my advisor again. She s very friendly, professional, low pressure, transparent and prompt to follow up. Top notch communication too. I appreciate that she doesn t continuously try to upsell on unnecessary services. She was very attentive and prompt serving each of her customers. Kristina will be my go-to service advisor from here on out. If you haven t worked with her for your service, I highly suggest you do. THANK YOU KRISTINA! 5 Stars!(Original Post)Took our Honda in for an oil change this morning and upon arrival in the service bay, I was greeted with a friendly welcome from Brandon, Kristina and Steve. I had no appointment and was prepared to wait a few hours. They had the car in and out within an hour! Their price for a full-synthetic oil change is really good. (compared to Fast Lane, Valvoline, etc at $80+!) We have come here for service multiple times but today was exceptional! Definitely will continue to return for vehicle service. They were professional, transparent, prompt, and friendly with no pressure! They even provided photos to show the new oil filter installed and that the work requested was performed. Extremely pleased with my experience today! Thank you Wilsonville Honda Service Team.
