Doing a total brake job. Ordered everything, had to wait a couple days for parts to come in and no problem at all waiting. Was crystal clear on the phone with the sales person that everything would need replaced and all needed parts were discussed. I know exactly whats needed and I was clear hardware kits WILL be needed. Here I sit, went to get my parts: rotors, pads and NO hardware kits. Coulda ordered them direct from manufacture and would have had them in hand..but alas it wasnt in the stars cause youre dealing with Oreillys. You guys rock!!!Edit: When I ordered they couldn't get ceramic pads for the rear...ok fine settled for semi metallic in the rear. I'm the last car at the shop and the tech wants to go home soon, the car is already disassembled. At this point we discover O'Reillys has provided two sets of pads, one ceramic one metallic but BOTH sets are for the front! Ugh. Old pads go on the new rear rotors and I might as well order ceramics from rockauto cause I'll have to go back anyway. Usually these guys are pretty good but this simple brake replacement package didnt go as smoothly as I woulda liked. At least they got the rotors right so leaving the review at two stars...

They have great selection and helped me recently with a more uncommon size battery with ease. I was surprised how large the store is inside and how good the selection is, being in an office park. I'll be back.

The battery of my car was given me problems. I went to OReily at willsonville location, and it was almost time to close, but they're still took the time to check the battery, and they installed for me I really appreciate it because I don't have any tools to do it myself I highly recommend this place thanks OReily

O'Reilly's Auto Parts: where finding car parts is easier than finding my keys in the morning. It's like a treasure hunt, but with wrenches and oil filters. If Sherlock Holmes needed a spark plug, he'd be here. Step aside, car trouble O'Reilly's is in town, and they've got more parts than my Aunt's jigsaw puzzle collection!

The team at O Reilly s in Wilsonville is the friendliest and extremely helpful! They helped me save a ton of money and avoid going to a mechanic or the dealer. Thank you so much- will definitely be coming back.

James and his crew really take the time and put in the extra effort to make customers happy, even while taking their money. I'd rather pay a little extra shopping here where I know I'll get what I need and not worry about a warranty or having bought the right part. Best customer service and really a hometown feel which is rare now days. You can tell these guys value community and it shows.

The car battery died and we needed a recharge yesterday and the manager (I assume, young guy with brown hair and glasses) was SUPER helpful and really friendly, taught us how to remove and reattach the battery and was super cool about it. There was also a new hire who was a girl and she helped out as well and did a great job. Overall was a very very pleasant experience and it couldnt have gone better. Thank you guys!

Was traveling from Lincoln City, Oregon back to Vancouver, Washington after a great weekend at the beach. Had car trouble. James @ O'Reilly Auto Parts in Wilsonville, Oregon saved the day. He located and fixed the problem. We are on the road again, we will be staying the night in Vancouver then heading out for Texas, safely, first thing in the morning. Thank you so very much James, you are awesome!!

The gentleman working behind the counter was AMAZING! He went WAY over & beyond & was totally sweet to my dog & helped us test & change the battery in my friend's car! Amazing customer service & I will definitely only come here from now on! Thank you so, so much, we totally appreciate you!

We bought a vehicle from West Covina, CA driving to Washington state. Had alternator issues that forced us to stop and purchase an alternator. The staff let us use their tools and equipment as we swapped it out in the parking lot. Super nice staff and knowledgeable

Wierd staff, one guy was friendly as I checked out, but the one who I spoke to first could not have been more disengaged and rude. Waved his hand at me like he couldn't be bothered to show me where the isle was.

I ve been to a lot of O Reilly stores and this one is by far the best one. I came in with a battery issue and was met by James. He was super helpful and never made me feel incompetent (I have some car knowledge, but not enough that I had to ask questions). I then came back two more times that day and was helped by a younger guy who dropped everything to test some components and give advice. I will definitely go out of my way to visit this store over others. I ve dealt with some rude employees at other O Reillys.

Scott and James were both super helpful with delivering and helping with a failed alternator. I was able to change it out and get back on the road to salvage my weekend all within 1 hour!!! Kudus to the O Reilly team and thank you again!

Open long hours, and extremely helpful staff. Great prices. What else do you want? Hey, I don't know much about cars, so I buy cars that only need maintenance very rarely. I had to change a headlight and got some extreme customer service helping me identify the product I needed, was run threw a few options and given advice on the repair itself. Great customer experience.

With a Pandemic and a wildfire going on you wouldn't think you would be able to get service day of and have it be the MOST AMAZING SERVICE you have ever experienced but with Joe Barett around your worries will be solved not only was he the nicest person to talk to but was willing to work with my stubborn dead car battery, even during a hazardous air warning! He is out there getting replacing my battery, which they do if it is not connected with wires to the car, mine was but with all the dust that built up due it being dead for 5 months. We needed a car if we had to evacuate and didn't even need to give any reason, Joe said no problem, got it done and if you bring in your battery YOU get $18.00 refund, Which will be going back to Joe since he was so helpful and he didn't have to be with the conditions. Thank You O'Reilly's employees, for making that place welcoming, understanding, and wiling to go beyond the distance for their customers. Will shop again for sure!

I'm always SO impressed by the customer service at this specific location! Went there tonight and had honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've experienced to date(not just with O'reilly). Joe was so personable and helpful... came out to look at my truck to make sure he was directing me in the right direction on which product to get... and gave the best advice! The scratches on my truck are completely gone Joe there is a true gem! Thank you for always having such knowledgeable and friendly staff O'Reilly's!

Came in to buy some wedges and a lockout tool to get into my car after locking the keys out at the grocery store. The guys behind the counter were awesome, and even undersold me after realizing the lockout tool likely wouldn't be any help with my model of car.Great customer service!

Knowledgeable staff that helped me determine that my starter was not the issue by testing it on their machine in the back. I didn't have any wait time and they greeted me right away. Good customer service. They did try to sell me with some extra stuff, but such is the nature of these places.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the dealership quoted me $400-$600 and two days in the shop to fix what we diagnosed in the parking lot and fixed in 20 minutes. Saved me hundreds of dollars, good guys.

Went in to have our battery tested because it was starting to die. Planned on getting a new one and replacing it ourselves. They tested both our battery and alternator and replaced the battery for us. We were there for barely an hour. The gentlemen who helped us (I forgot his name sorry!) Also helped us remove the corrosion around the terminals without trying to charge us any extra but simply out of courtesy. I do know it was a manager who helped us and we greatly appreciate his service.

Me and two other people were here an hour after they open at 7:30. Door was still locked. Waited several minutes after 8:30. Nothing.Please update sign on door and hours on maps.

Always helpful and good selection of parts. This past Saturday Ryan there saved me a ton of time by thinking outside the box and recommending a tool for the job I was working on. I always come to this store for my auto parts needs and sometimes motorcycle as well. Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Not the friendliest staff. Rough would be a good way to describe the experience. Small shop but seems to have everything I typically need. Could work on the personable skills but if you need car pots not a bad spot.

I bought a new headlight, goo, some plastic - plastic epoxy, and gorilla tape. There was a cashier willing to answer my question on which headlight I needed to get and was very informed about the different options they had available.The only reason I'm taking a star off is because they were missing a few options for headlights. Normally I replace both when I need to replace one but they only had the individual bulbs for sale in the tier that I wanted.

I've never experienced customer service the way they showed it, I believe it was Mike and Ryan or maybe Matt and Ryan who helped me and a buddy right at closing time get a couple studs pulled off the car and replaced because minutes before showing up at the store we had two studs break on the highway and had next to no tools but they were extremely helpful and happy to help us while being at the end of their shift, these guys are great thank you

They are helpful finding you the part you need but if you need chemicals they will push sea foam. So if you need help finding chemicals and have Gumout or Royal Purple or CRC in your hands just know they will push Sea Foam no matter the application. I used Sea Foam following the directions and my engine died. I had to wait about 30 minutes until my engine would start again without dying and when it did start and run my check engine light was on and got a message saying to service the engine soon. So do your own research before buying chemicals and don t listen to their brand bias. YOU are paying for the product. Get what you want!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. (Much better than the auto parts store on the other side of town) The store is family friendly and clean. My next project I will defiantly return.
