I found Nissan Service to be very customer oriented, when I first contacted their rep on the phone as well as the Service Reps on site. They were extremely accommodating in arranging for timely service and providing a very nice loaner vehicle when they determined a part would need to be ordered. It was necessary to leave my car overnight. While my car was in service, I was updated and allowed my review and reponse/direction for additional work. There was no hard sell involved. My service was completed in a timely manner.

I love not having to worry about my car! The staff at Nissan are AMAZING. I would highly recommend Keenny. He provides great customer care and is very skilled! They always leave my car like new when I take it in for detail! Thank you Nissan!!

I have been servicing my vehicles at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan for 18 years and have always had very positive experiences there. The staff is very welcoming, professional, and provides great communication throughout the visit. Their shop is huge and the facilities are very nice. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service!

I brought in my car for scheduled maintenance and Keenny was super helpful, courteous, and informative about what my car needed. The folks here even go as far to clean your car before handing it back, like, what?! That's service. Plus, they have a nice waiting area with water and coffee. I'm no longer hesitant about bringing my car in, because I know I'm in good hands here .

The best service experience I ve ever had. I moved here from the east coast a year ago and I ve been getting my car serviced here ever since. The staff has been absolutely phenomenal from day one. Keeny, my advisor takes care of me the moment that I come in. Amber the service manager answers any additional questions I might have when keeny is unavailable which is rare. Everyone is extremely competent, reliable and nice. I highly recommend it to anyone needing servicing for their vehicles! Oh, and they re dog friendly too!

Greeted immediately with a warm, friendly smile. Was out in there and just a little over two hours from my appointment time And had quite a bit of work done. I ve always had great service at Wilsonville Nissan, and will continue to go there for my future needs.

Tonkin has been great tonworknwith, and really appreciate Keeny and Ambers atttention and help on my Nissans. Had issue with new fuel pump, which i thought might take several days to solve, and they had me back on the road the next day. Thanks!

The service I received from the service staff at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan was 100% excellent, as good as it gets! I interacted with five different employees. Each answered my questions completely. Each was courteous and friendly. Everything was done efficiently - no wasted time. The repair took longer than expected so I was given a loaner car right away. Also they fixed my key fob at no charge while I was paying my bill. I will definitely continue to use this service team going forward.

Nissan is such a friendly, courteous and caring service department. They walked me through everything they completed, and items that should be done in the future. I was really impressed with Cameryn, he s a keeper! Hegave me options on the work that needs to have my attention. I will definitely call Cameryn when I m ready to have the work done.

I brought my car in for some routine maintenance and some diagnostic testing for some concerns. Jonah Nelson was extremely helpful and kind when it came to my car. The service ended up taking longer than anticipated and he was very communicative and informative when it came to my service. I appreciate all his help and efforts. Thank you!

I would give a 5 if the dealer agreed that there should be a set fee, not to exceed $25 to install a provided headlight when done in conjunction with an oil change. The cost should not exceed what I would pay at a competitor for same work. Otherwise, everyone was great and pleasant.

The service agent was pleasant and invited me to his desk to let him know my concerns. He was efficient and showed me through to wait for further details. He came at right about the hourly marker with concerns and advice about our car s maintenance. He gave me options and which ones needed more urgent attention.

Great service as usual. I ve taken my vehicle to Wilsonville Nissan for all repairs and maintenance. They are thorough and only report items that need to be addressed. Mark was awesome to work with. He explained all aspects of the regular maintenance and provided the discounts available regarding my account.

I came here after I just had my spark plugs replaced at another place only to learn they were the wrong spark plugs. I called made an appointment within 2 days, and was taken care by Keenny who assured me it was just that. As a woman I always feel like I m taken advantage when it comes to fixing my car. I am happy to say that Keenny made me feel welcomed and well taken care off. Thank you Keenny!

I called yesterday about a factory recall for my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that I bought from Tonkin new 16 years ago. They said the recall was very important (first one since purchase) so they got me in today at 1:00 p.m.! Really, really nice service people. They fixed the issue, and then even washed the car. I live in Salem so it's the first time I have seen them since the original purchase. The purchase was also a spectacular experience. I would recommend Tonkin Nissan in Wilsonville to anyone over any other Nissan dealer that I have visited. Definitely a five-star rating and company.

I always have my Car serviced at Nissan wilsonville, the last few times I ve had Cameryn as my service Check in Guy and he s been WONDERFUL!!! Very helpful and professional but most of all extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with.Always get INCREDIBLE Loaner cars while mines being repaired.Thanks to the rest of the service Department guys for doing great work on repairs and all of my oil changes .Makes me happy to work with you guys and again a BIG shout out to Cameryn for being FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL.Thanks agin Nissan of WilsonvilleJenny H

Keenny gave me outstanding customer service!! This is my first oil change for a Nissan Sentra SV 2023. Everything went smoothly from check in to out, he is very knowledgeable, courteous and explained everything checked on my vehicle and answered all my questions. I highly recommend getting your oil changes at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan you won t be disappointed and they have delicious coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spiced apple cider to drink while you wait on comfortable couches.
