Excellent and intuitive store layout, great prices, multiple people on staff that are all knowledgeable, and the best part they're all friendly as well. I go out of my way to go to this particular NAPA store when I need Auto Parts because it's the best auto parts store that I've been to in years

Fair market price for consumables like oil, coolant, wiper blades, and other misc like cleaners. More than double the price for repair parts compared to other parts stores and especially online. Their POS system needs an update as well. Look online or other stores for the parts you need first (light bulbs are $50 for the low quality products, minimum)!!

Just a quick trip in for a tail light bulb. The associate found the correct item without a problem. Fast and friendly. We'll go back today for another few little items for the car. Nice place.

Being not very automotive savvy, these kind of stores can be intimidating to me. But the person the helped me was the nicest, and we quickly bonded on our love for Etsy. I was directed to exactly what I was looking for and left the store a very satisfied customer.

A well organized store with a good selection of parts and "stuff". The staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.The cashier was struggling a bit the day we were in but patience persevered. It was a technical issue that was eventually resolved.Good and easy access parking.

Great shop for auto parts and fuel injectors cleaners. The staff were polite and helpful.They offer a wide variety of products and staff were willing to take the time to explain their products and point out sell item. Good parking lot with lots of room near the door.

The workers there did their absolute best to help us find what we needed. They clearly knew what they were talking about and even when they thought they didn't have what we needed they were super helpful and recommended places where we might find it. Eventually they were able to find something that would work for what we were doing even if it wasn't exactly what we already had.

I have done a lot of business with these gents and if there were any issue this company takes care of it and their customer's! I have never left this particular store feeling I was overcharged or upsold on items I didn't need. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly! I will continue doing business with them.

I had a problem with my spark plug wires and I went in to see if they had what I needed to replace them at 5pm. Although they didn't have what I needed in stock, they had it ordered and said it would be ready the next day at 8am. Sure enough, they had it the next day and i was able to fix my truck. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I always feel like a welcome and valued customer whenever I visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in Wilsonville looking for auto parts from a knowledgeable staff.

The guys at the parts counter have given me the wrong parts on two occasions. On another occasion, they took 20 minutes to look up pretty simple standard part, didn't have it, said they'd order it, and didn't order it. They also usually seem to want to be anywhere but there. The tall dude with the beard (whose name I forget) is nice enough, but doesn't seem to know his stuff very well; the others usually act as if I'm a bit of an annoyance when I ask them anything. Lastly, they seem to have trouble keeping things stocked sometimes. On the plus side, the girls at the checkout are always friendly.

My husband called...was put on hold for almost 15 minutes, when someone answered, took his phone number and said they would call back in less than 10 minutes. After 30 minutes, we took our business elsewhere. When I called to speak to a manager, the person who answered stated they NEVER have a manager on Sundays?!?!?! Really? This is not my first bad encounter with THIS Napa...but it's definitely my last!!!

They have the bulb I needed in the staff was very knowledgeable. They were quick and this is a bigger Napa so they had it seem like a lot of cool stuff to look at. I've been in here before and this one seems to be different than the other locations. Either way it's a good spot go and get your stuff they've helped me before with a screwdriver so I can replace a bulb. I personally tend to stick with Napa I have tried the other places in Napa seems to have it

These guys would not sell me a 2.5 inch exhaust gasket(2 bolt) unless I knew the part number. Its a universal part and I would have been happy to wait a few minutes for them to go find it. Instead they just told me without a part number they wouldn't even bother looking for it. I promptly took my business to to an autozone who knew what I was asking for right away.

Wanted blind side mirrors for my Toyota Camry. Rep recommended the smaller sized mirrors. They are way too small for me to see out of. Boo.

$26 for a single Rain-X windshield wiper? Same EXACT product at Walmart for $10 (just bought for another vehicle) and at Fred Meyer for $12 (left NAPA and drove there). I own a business and understand profit margin but this is over the top. I'm willing to pay a bit more to avoid online shopping and/or to support a local business but this is just ridiculous.

This NAPA actually had the right parts after being led astray by the NAPA In Milwaukee. Because of what I went through at the other NAPA and all the mileage I spent, the young man at this NAPA discovered that they not only gave me the wrong part but overcharged me.THANKS GUYS!

I always thought Napa's prices were pretty much standard. Every time I've been to this location they've been outrageous. Went in for a front rotor on a fox body mustang GT. Idiot handed me the rotor from an LX and swore up and down they were the same and that the GT is just a trim package. Good plan.

Piss Pour Service. My Mother went there to get a tail light for her truck. (She is 70) Think one of the saps would give her a hand? Hell no! She did manage to get a Gent in the parking lot to give her a hand. Took all of two minutes. Shame on you NAPA!.At least we know what NAPA stand for. Not Assisting People Anytime.

Well I live a long ways away. Mount Hood as a matter of fact, and I spend a lot of money in automotive stores and a lot in our local Napa. Our local Napa didn't have what I needed in store and I need it ASAP. So one of the local stores looked up inventory on the computer and found what I needed in the Wilsonville Napa. I called Wilsonville Napa and spoke to a customer service representative and he looked it up on his computer, said,"yes he had one."I asked if he could hold it and put my name on it so I could pick it up the next day?Said," he wanted to get his hands on it and verify it was in store, and he'd call me back to let me know for sure." I've been waiting all evening to hear back whether they had it or not.No call back tells me that they must have enough cash flowing thru that the $119 heater I need isn't a large enough sale to take a quick moment to check on it and dial me up and let me know either way. I'll just have to locate what I need someplace else,which by the way is a propane outdoor heater.The fact that it's snowing and I am trying to put a new clutch in my car underneath a cold carport isnt very productive without warmth. So you could see how I kind of need this item ASAP. Another night of nagging from the because this has taken too long and why isnt the car completed so the next project can take it's place??? Princesses don't understand or care that the coldness overtakes every moving part of your body once you reach the age of arthritis. They just want the job done. Ive done everything i can up to adding heat, to stay warm enough to function. Not enough!! NEED HEATER!! Sincerely apologize for the long review. Staying positive on the Hood! Car builders and hot rodders, take note... this is that stereotypical autoparts store where they can't figure anything out without a car model to type in their computer. Not to mention, the staff is just plain rude.I usually like NAPA, but I've only shopped at this one twice. I'll try and stay away from this one from now on. The counter guy couldn't have acted more inconvenienced. He couldn't answer any basic technical questions, and when I stepped 3' behind the counter to make sure I was getting the hose sizes I needed, he snapped at me like he was talking to a 5 year old. Apparently this is the only auto parts store in the Portland area that customers can't be behind the counter for "insurance reasons".The girl at the register was nice, so at least they have that going for them.I'll stick with the Baxter and CarQuest in Tigard.

Awesome service. The only reason for the 3 stars is because of their inventory. Went there to buy replacement headlights but they were out of what I needed. Not good.

Ordered a brand new alternator, days later it was bad. Took it in to get my refund of money to purchase else where and they don't do refunds. So I have to get a new one again from them that could also be bad. Also they didn't have the correct leads for their equipment to test the alternator. I will not be back
