We had a great experience today at Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville. We worked with Brian Keenan in sales, and he was AMAZING. We weren t buying one of the highest end models, but he treated us like we were royalty, worked with the finance guys to get us what we wanted on our trade in, and was just fun and cool to work with the whole time. We thought we were getting such a good deal because the car had some surface problems and scratches on wheels, but the dealership agreed to replace three wheels and make sure to make the car like new. Brian showed us all the features of the car and how to set things up just how we want them. To do the financing we worked with Brian Revord, and he was great too. He didn t like the initial interest rate we had accepted, so put in to get us a better one without even being asked. I can t say enough about the service.

We had a great experience working with Lisa at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville. She was a wealth of knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. The whole process was easy and straightforward. I felt comfortable and at ease during the entire process. We have a beautiful car at a fair price and we recommend Lisa to anyone interested in purchasing a luxury vehicle.

Great car buying experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Brian Keenan took the time to find the perfect car for my needs. The negotiation process was quick and painless. The service staff are always ready and willing to help with any needs. Anthony on the service team helped me with my tires and remembered me from many months earlier. Service Team is amazing. They re helpful in every way. They helped me understand what issues and simple maintenance needed. I have on my Sprinter 180,000 miles and it is because of the team I take it in for all work needed. I feel that s why it is lasting this long with out MAJOR Issues. There is always small items that happen with this mileage and I am happy to have them review and educate me on my needs.

My recent experience with Nichole Lara at the Mercedes dealership was exceptionally positive. Unlike our previous encounter at another dealership where we faced pushy and dishonest sales tactics, Nichole was a refreshing change. She was not pushy and provided invaluable assistance throughout the car-buying process. Her professionalism and transparency made the experience smooth and stress-free. Thanks to Nichole, we were able to find the perfect Mercedes without any of the negative experiences we had encountered elsewhere. When I took my car in the staff were very helpful and straightforward. The person that I had was Joe he took care of all of my needs for my vehicle and kept me in the loop while my car was in for service. He kept me updated what was happening with my car. Joe always had a smile on his face when we had to meet. I am extremely impressed with the service and quality that has been given to me and my vehicle.

I am a widowed senior who drove 3 hours each way, spent $60 in gas, with a trade-in, after sending the dealer pictures and details of it. The dealer raised his advertised price the amount they offered for the trade so basically they offered me nothing. If they didn't want the trade-in, then they had a lot of opportunity to tell me before I drove all that way. I have purchased many cars, from many dealers, and this was my worst experience. With my trade in I would have had to pay them to take it. Too full of themselves, I would go elsewhere. Just say no to this dealer.

Brent was amazing to work with. We had first visited Beaverton Mercedes and the sales staff was condescending and somewhat rude. Brent was easy to talk to and listened to our wants. The whole experience was stress free and Brent was very helpful.

Car was great. The buying experience was not.Was basically arm twisted into buying the stupid Dent N Ding package for $499. A complete waste of money dealer add on that they say is required . That s bull. Not my first rodeo buying a car and certainly did not appreciate being jerked around by this add on.Car arrived in CA and was not detailed before delivery. Absolutely covered in ants. Marin MB detailed it. But 2 days later in my garage. Thousands of ants crawling out from the door panels.Financial services guy was kind of rude. Salesmen did his best to make things right. but it just falls well short of expectations from Mercedes.Can t recommend this dealership.Mercedes cars are great. This is my third one. But each purchase experience was worse than the previous. It s sad for such a high quality car to have poor buying experience for their customers.

I ve been to a lot of dealerships and have bought a lot of cars. My experience at Mercedes-Benz of Wilsonville was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. The salesman I worked with, Jeff, made this process an extremely pleasurable one. This was the best service I ve received at any dealership across all their departments. If you re looking for an enjoyable car buying experience with a competent, helpful staff, this dealership should be your first stop.

Upon my arrival for my appointment, Sarah had a technician on stand by and all the parts for the service of my car at the ready. Initially she told me the appointment would last around 3 hours. She came back to me just after 1 hour to tell me my car was ready for me. That s what I call excellent customer service!

Took my 2020 S560 in for a warranty issue with the seats and on the way I hit a chunk of a 2x4 and it cracked a front grill right at one of the cameras. Was quoted a reasonable price for the work. The seat was repaired under warranty. The grill and camera were also repaired. The bill ended up being substantially lower than quoted as the camera wasn t damaged. It is wonderful to work with an ethical company. The service manager that helped me was a pleasure to work with and the repair was even done a day early. Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Oh, and always appreciate the car being washed and cleaned upon pick up!Thank you to everyone at Wilsonville Mercedes.

Had a fantastic experience with Rebecca at MB Wilsonville! Very courteous and efficient. Went in for service for my Sprinter and they took care of all my issues very quickly and threw in the replacement bulbs for my cab lights! Outstanding service.

I live in Portland but was getting all my repairs and services done here. I never minded the drive because of their great service. However, I don t think I can return here after my recent unpleasant experience.I had called 2 weeks in advance to get my window replaced, I was instructed to call the parts department to order the part before booking my appointment. Which I did and placed a request for a loaner. Fast forward to the day before my appointment, I called to confirm everything so I don t show up at 7am without a loaner. After multiple calls, I was informed that they don t have any loaner available for me even though I requested weeks in advance. Though unfortunate, I can be understanding of it. However, it would have been helpful if someone had reached out regarding that so I can plan accordingly. In addition, I was told they never placed the order for the part I needed even though I had spoke to someone from the team weeks in advance to order the part. Because of all that, I will need to wait an additional week to get my car repaired. This completely defeats the purpose of me calling weeks in advance to sort out everything. No one ever bother to reach out to inform me nor even apologize for any inconvenience or the frustration this caused. The people I spoke to was cold and did not care to help.I wouldn t recommend against the place, but definitely double check everything and call multiple times for confirmation because you will not be informed if there s any issues.

We had a very good experience buying a used Lexus from Azoz. He was personable and helpful. Car buying experiences can be painful, especially when it comes time to negotiate the price. That was not the case here. Azoz was very reasonable to deal with and we felt like we got a fair price. I would recommend the dealership and Azoz to others.

Not what they used to be. Recent service on a suspension/front-end repair was left clearly unfixed, with obvious component failures unidentified and an (admitted) lack of test-drive before returning the vehicle to me. I have driven about 90 minutes each way to Wilsonville for service for years; every service includes whole-family schedule coordination and planning. In the coming days (as I try to get this fixed) I'll decide whether to continue with Wilsonville or move my customer loyalty elsewhere.

We bought a SUV last weekend and Camron was great! I cannot say enough about how kind and responsive he was. My sister had purchased a car from him in December and she was equally as pleased. The showroom is spotless, and the waiting area is top-notch. I highly recommend Mercedes of Wilsonville!

Received excellent service on my E 350 4Matic. Got spark plugs replaced. There was an initial glitch when the gauges were distorted, but they self corrected after gas tank was opened to fill the gas a couple of times. Joe acted very professionally, kept me updated, and got the work done in good time. He s knowledgeable and his communication skills are excellent.
