Wow!! My chrome wheels have been disintegrating for the last few years on my beloved Lexus causing my tires to deflate slowly over time. Knowing that I needed new wheels I stopped to talk with Duane who not only explained why chrome wheels are no longer a good bet, but took the time to try and suggest AND find me the best replacement wheels to fit my rare sized wheels. There is no other business I feel so taken care of by. Les Schwab will always be my go-to place for tires, brakes and service! Thank you Duane!

So I had no problem with the service provided but I was a little annoyed when I arrived at 8am and there were already people in line ahead of me. The website and hours on the door state the place opens at 8am, so why were there already people before 8am getting there cars worked on? I went in to the store over a week ago to make an appointment on Monday 8am to get it done first thing. I was assured that was the earliest I could bring it in. So I don t want to criticize the store or service because it was great. But if there was another way to get in earlier than 8am I would have liked to have known.

What a great experience with Les Schwab Wilsonville, OR. My service tech Isaiah Coronado came to the rescue with my flat tire. He switched out my spare tire and was so friendly and quick!

I'm from out of town and had a flat tire this morning. I spoke with Magdalina, Ryan came with the service truck, aired up the tire and followed me to the Les Schwab, I checked in - tire fixed by Logan - THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER CARE EVER!! Thank you all for taking care of me!

Thanks to the team for the qualified fast service. The most important thing is that these guys repaired the tire, although the rest of the services said only to replace it with a new tire.

They replaced the tie arm and the bearing and somehow stripped the axle in the process then charged me for a new axle. The next day my car started making a clunking noise and my brake line popped off while driving. I don t know how the messed up my car so bad but I m lucky I didn t get into an accident. Never coming here again

Just took my car in for a pre-trip safety check and to have this noise coming from the front of my car checked out. The noise has been there for so long but has only gotten worse. I ve had other mechanics check it out but nobody could figure it out! Les Schwab Wilsonville was quick, made sure my car was in good working order, AND they fixed the noise! All of free of charge! They re the best!

The fact that Les Schwab will examine and patch a flat, even if you didn't buy tires from them is amazing! They really helped me in a pinch and I'm very grateful.

They're too nice/too helpful: means I'm gonna have to buy tires from them.Stopped-in to see how much they'd charge to replace a leaky stem valve on the farm truck. I get that they'll do some mild things for free, but they didn't even charge me for a pair of new stems.Truck is working great now; leaks no air and the compressor sits quiet.A big thanks to Caleb at Wilsonville Les Schwab: you and Les Schwab's superior business plan got me hook, line, and sinker. When you're that nice and that helpful, what else can I do but buy my next set of tires from Wilsonville Les Schwab?Thanks again.

Very friendly and FAST service. Came in for brake service, and was back out the door in 1.5 hours. Parker kept me updated throughout the entire service.

I've been a customer for more than 30 years and here's why. I dropped my vehicle off for new brakes, they later called and told me my brakes were fine. They just needed adjustment. Which they did at no charge. I appreciate their honesty, they could have just replaced them I would have been none the wiser. I did buy the tires they recommend, those were clearly needed.

Another smooth and accommodating experience from Les Schwab. I received warm service, sound advise, and no charges that weren t warranted.Parker and Logan at the Wilsonville branch were wonderful to deal with. I ve never heard of more expensive tire prices in my entire life. They seem to only have the most expensive tires and 0 selection or options.

THANK YOU for all your help Les Schawab!!! A screw went into my Tesla s passenger s side front tire and the car started telling me to pull over and call the Tesla roadside assistance number. I didn t, I called another tire shop and they told me they had to replace the tire... $300 was the estimate so I drove to Les Schwab to get a second opinion, I was waiting for them to maybe give me a slightly cheaper estimate but then the awesome employee came out to tell me it was done... I was a little puzzled and he started to explain he had removed a screw and patched the tire and that the balance was ZERO! I was so happy! Thank you so much I m definitely buying my tires from Les Schwab when it s time to replace them. Very clean location and super nice employees.

I know they did a free brake check after my car was making a weird sound when I braked have to be doubtful their techs if they missed that the brakes were installed backwards

My latest experience at Les Schwab was great, just like every other time. They acknowledged me fast, they explained the process before work began, and were efficient making the sale. The employees were at least cordial, but the cashier seemed genuinely happy and even smiled.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I've had with customers service ever. Truly awesome hard working staff! I really wish you would accept tips, this is the kind of service that deserves to be additionally compensated!! There was a young man who helped me and deserves a raise, I forgot to get his name after my rough afternoon. Thanks for helping my day get better!

This place is just horrible in terms of customer service and satisfaction. Used to love coming to les Schwab. Unfortunately this location truly treats customers as if they are a nuisance rather than business. Always rushing everything and telling you stuff needs replacing or looked at just to drive up the bill. Would not recommend my wasting time or money here

Had a weird flat with 30min before they closed. Parker and the rest of the staff worked quickly and provided me with every option available to save me money and get me back in the road quickly. Parker even waited with us until our ride was able to pick us up. Outstanding customer service and exactly what I've learned to expect from Les Schwab since moving to OR. This is where you should go for tire needs. Get this man a raise.

Couldn't have had a better experience or been more impressed with their level of customer service, absolutely top notch! Being a Tuesday after a three day weekend they were beyond busy, however honest about the wait time and still were able to repair my tire and rotate them in a timely fashion with no charge. The team was working non stop and without any breaks to get everyone taken care of, very impressive. Also the manager was friendly and helpful when I checked in. Again, 10 out of 10! You guys rock, thank you!

My family has been going to les schwab for years. I just recently had tires and rear breaks done. The staff are awesome and helpful. I would like to give a special shout out to Parker for going over everything with me on the tires and breaks. He listened to all my questions. Keep up the awesome job, Parker.

I had the strangest experience here.I am 100% positive someone at Les Schwab slashed one of my tires. Les Schwab, I am appalled, and you need to investigate this issue.I got my winter tires switched over last winter at this location, and afterwards I brought the bagged tires, which Les Schwab bagged, directly to storage at my house. This week I had an appointment to switch the tires back for the summer.After leaving my truck with them for about an hour, they called to tell me one of my tires was slashed.It was one of the tires that had gone directly from Les Schwab last winter into my safe storage area at home. I hadn't even untied the bags! All of the bags were completely intact and undamaged. No holes whatsoever!These tires are not old. It was not an accident, and no one could have gotten into them at my house. It was definitely an intentional slice with a knife.I am 100% positive someone slashed that tire at Les Schwab in the winter before bagging them up and giving them back to me.After they offered me an UNKNOWN DISCOUNT to BUY new tires, they ended up giving me a new tire. I'm sorry but you want ME to pay for Les Schwab's problem?Thankfully, everyone I saw yesterday was nice and professional, but I am positive that someone at Les Schwab intentionally did this to my tire with a knife last winter. I did not open the bags AT ALL after Les Schwab bagged up the slashed tire.The guy there even showed me the tool they use to switch tires, and it clearly was not sharp enough to cut a long slice through thick rubber. Please explain to me how that might accidentally happen?My tires spent the winter very safely tucked away where no one could get them. How else could this have happened to the tire?I will not go there again.I am not some dumb girl.

The fact that I had no appointment, 2 flat tires after an incident just the next block over and it was near 5pm. I would say it was a great experience. Had to replace 4 rims and some sensors and they got it all done. Never a word about how late it was except that it was too late for used rims because their supplier was closed. It was all done in about an hour and way under cost of what I thought it would be.

I have bought my tires at Les Schwab. They're quite good. I went in today just to get my tires filled up. The fellow took good care of me quickly and aired up the tires of my old 81 Chevy Scottsdale pickup truck

I was in a crisis situation with a blown tire! A nice person put the emergency tire on and said get to the closest Schwan's and so I did. They even helped me find my way there over the phone! They installed the new tire, did an alignment and I was soon on my way home. Thank you!

These guys helped us out immediately with our travel trailer while driving thru. We had to wait for parts in the morning and they offered to let us stay in our camper in their lot and even offered to run an electric cord for us. We appreciate the offer but chose a nearby hotel.
