Lance's Superior Auto Service truly is superior! My experience from beginning to end was exceptional. Professional, informative, excellent communication, kind and caring. This was my first time moving away from the dealer, hoping for top quality service all-around and I found it at Lance's! Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience! They always help me with my car. I have an older car, so every time something happens, I always bring it to Lance's. The staff is so helpful, and they always try to find the best deals for parts. I can't express how thankful I am for everything they do help me get back on the road

Good people. Good work. No hassle. Oil and filter change was completed early, before the estimated time Lance gave me. And when I got home, I discovered the floor of the car had been vacuumed. What a pleasant surprise!

Needed an ac compressor replaced. Dealer cost, over $2K and more than a day for the work. Lances, $1800 and six hours. Plus he answers the phone, is very respectful, and zero attempt to trick or overcharge. Always great service, no hassle.

Worth the drive from Central OregonI have been hoping to find ethical, competent, and cost-efficient Volvo auto care for several years. I could not find it in the Bend area. Research pointed to Lance's Superior Auto as a possible option. It was the solution. They are competent and trustworthy and worth the drive to Wilsonville.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

I d give Lance and his team five stars each and every time! There s a reason superior is in the name. Thanks to this team, my older vehicle has been getting some much needed maintenance that will undoubtedly extend its life, and all at an affordable price. A few months back, my vehicle died on the side of the road and Carlos let me tow it to the shop in a pinch, and was even able to get the alternator replaced that same day. Finding this shop has been a lifesaver, and I ll continue to go to Lance s first over anyone else. 5/5 stars for a 10/10 experience!

Lance is honest and willing to take the time to explain not only what is wrong with your car but also how it needs to be repaired. I appreciate a business that is willing to help their customers understand their bill. Unfortunately Lance has so much business that it usually takes him two weeks or more to get you an appointment. But I m very happy to keep him in business with my old 1999 Buick LaSabre Limited that is slowly falling apart. I ran into an unexpected problem when my Subaru battery gave up the ghost and on very short notice, Lance Griffin agreed to take my car in without an appointment to replace the battery the next day. Per usual, Lance and his team completed the work on time at a reasonable price. Lance runs a great shop and has done so for years. This is the best auto repair shop in Wilsonville! Lance has kept three of our used cars running much better and way beyond what they normally would have achieved. Lance is consistently generous in his support of local school activities and teams. I know the reason this shop is always steadily busy is because Lance is attentive, fair and reasonable with his prices. Please give Lance all your auto maintenance work -- you will be so glad you did!

I think the multitude of positive reviews speak for themselves, but I will add my two cents. I recently moved from the area, but used Lance's for the 3+ years I was in Wilsonville. They were always very friendly and reliable. The downside to this place being a celebrity of the town is that there can be a slight wait to get in...only because everyone wants to go there! To this end, I had car troubles right before I moved. Because of the time crunch, I took it to a shop in Canby and was quoted over $400 for a repair. Lance's was able to squeeze me in before I moved, and I paid $236 for the repair. Over $150 difference!!! Highly recommended...I will miss this place for sure!

The friendliest service I ve ever had. Lance and Carrie were helpful and very pleasant to work with. We re new to Lance s after bad experiences from the dealer. Lance s has appointments and stick to them, which allows me to know I won t spend my day waiting for my car. They explain every aspect of my service and so I trust them. No up-sell! Their prices are reasonable especially for what they do. They look over a lot of stuff even for an oil change. I like that and it allows me to feel safe driving my car.

Petcock plastic piece replacement as the part would not allow for coolant flush. Manufacturer only would replace radiator, but Lance and crew were able to replace the petcock as save me a ton of money from being able to save my radiator and not have to replace it! As a small business, thank you for taking care of the customer and looking into all options and not just wanting more money out of the customer. I will be back as this shop can help with complex situations and they really know what they are doing!

We have been getting our vehicles repaired at Lance's for almost 30 years. And the results have always been better than any other place in Wilsonville. They service all different makes of vehicles. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary repairs unlike other people. They have continued to be polite and reasonably priced to all our automotive Emergencies and regular maintenance.

I can trust Lance to do the repairs that are needed and only the repairs that are needed in a professional way. I am extremely impressed with this business. Genuinely the nicest man I have ever worked with. He has been very professional and knowledgeable and honest. These days it's hard to run into individuals and businesses with values like this one practices! I've been going to Lance's now through two vehicles over 15 years. The shop is busy and they can't always return my calls right away but they have earned my trust in competence and in repairing only what needs to be repaired.Example: Recently I had my car at the dealer and they recommended $3,400 replacement of cylinder head gaskets. I brought my car into Lance's, they conducted some tests and identified that the issue was instead a $800 crankshaft seal. And, even for that, they recommended not doing anything at this time! Makes me a loyal customer.

I really wanted to rate this 5*, but simple facts were lam� from my point of view.My vehicle was started and ran with the resovour upside down which after leaving seems to immediately effect the efficiency of the vehicle to run cool..like it had for 1000+ miles in 4 days it had a almost constant temperature compared to afterwards & the resovour cap is likely the reason why it s probably clogged.It took hours to get my belt in that only should take less than an hour with a good tech..my belt required 3-5 people? I only watched 3 so I can t lie but it may of been 5.On the good side they let me use electricity to keep warm as i waited over 2 days for the belt replacement..even though my belt would of still worked they mysteriously couldn t get it to go on sad & lame.If I had worked on my vehicle there a Id never flip a resovour upside down..its a bad habit .& Id ask for at least 3 belt sizes near what I originally had to be efficient and smart/wise tech.Happy my vehicle runs but sad it has at least 1 issues because of going to this shop. I ll never return.

Just found this place, and I liked it so much I needed to write a nice review. I'm always a little nervous about finding an auto repair shop that won't gouge me on the price, and Lance's was great for that. They also gave me a 5% discount for being an AAA member and only charged for the bulbs when it came to replacing my brake lights. The whole team was nice, scheduling was quick and easy, and they were upfront and honest with me about the state of my car and necessary repairs. No imagining up problems that weren't there, which was a nice change. Even the waiting room was homey and comfortable. Thanks so much, Lance's! I'll definitely be back.

Everyone I met there was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain things thoroughly, which was much appreciated. They set proper expectations and there were no surprises. I had lifted my vehicle, which was causing alignment issues. They worked with me to identify the issue and recommended corrections. I bought the aftermarket upper control arms to correct the issue, which they installed and the alignment issue is resolved. Definitely recommend!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Carrie and Lance at Lances Superior Auto has been a god send for me. I have taken my Dodge Journey to them three times over the past two years and each time I have walked away happy. The prices have been absolutely acceptable and seem low based on the quality of service they provide. It should cost more just for that. If you ever need a reliable, friendly mechanic that isn't going to make your life more difficult with "Bad practices" than call Carrie and Lance. I never write reviews but the service at Lance's is exceptional so I feel inclined to. A year and a half ago my slave cylinder cracked so I had my car towed to their shop. They diagnosed my car quickly and quoted me a fair price to replace the slave and master cylinders. A few days later the car was finished and the amount I owed them was actually less than originally quoted. Fast forward a little over a year and I hear a cracking noise while driving - my clutch went soft once again. I had the car towed to Lance's again (fully expecting to pay for another repair). Turns out my master cylinder cracked this time. In one business day they were able to replace the master cylinder and did it under warranty so I wasn't charged a dime. I absolutely recommend Lance's to anyone who needs work done on their car. I would not hesitate to return should the need ever arise.

Lance's is awesome!! I can't recommend them enough. Friendly, HONEST & reasonably priced.They really care about making sure your vehicle is safe & well maintained, & they will ask your permission before doing a repair, if money is an issue.They do pre-purchase inspections, too.I've been going to their shop for years, & will keep doing so.
