Great service!!! The crew here was friendly and lively. They offered what they thought would be the best options for me and at no pressure. They worked quickly and cohesively as a team and it was a great experience overall. Thank you for the fresh oil change and top offs and I will be back in the future!

We got a flat tire on our rental car on the way back from a hike and pulled into here. James and Sparks who work there was SO kind and friendly and helpful. They graciously helped us change it to the spare tire and gave us so many tips and words of encouragements. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable folks. Thank you guys so so much, we appreciate you!!

My name is Maria and I went in for an oil change on my Ford SUV. It had been over 4 months over due. The techs were amazing all 4. One tested my battery. Another cleaned the outside windows. While the other tech started the oil service. And the intake technician had a personable attitude. They took about 45 mins but they checked on my cars health even took out the air filter to show me the condition. They alerted me that my battery was slowly going bad. It was definitely time for a new one. Honestly, it was worth the hefty price tag for synthetic oil change becauee of all the extra services they provide to check the cars health. They even threw in a discount to make it more reasonable. I was thrilled with their overall attitude to go the extra mile and take care of me with such humility and respect as a customer who has been going to this particular location for over 8 years. I would highly recommend this spot. Thank you Sparky and crew. Even had a woman technician which really showed that gender equality is valued. I give them all the praise because they surely deserve it. Great team of people with can do attitudes. Hope you guys remember me in my gray car full of kiddos.

James and Spark + the team came to our rescue when our Hertz rental car got a flat tire and Hertz was being useless. Luckily, we just happened to pull over across the street from Jiffy Lube, and when we desperately drove over with the flat tire, James and Spark replaced our flat tire. We wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves, as the Hertz car didn't even have all the tools to replace a tire (DO NOT RECOMMEND renting from Hertz at the Portland airport -.- )but DEFINITELY recommend this Jiffy Lube. And we were so grateful that they didn't even charge us anything. If it weren't for you guys, we would've had to pay out of our own pocket for a tow (even though we had full coverage insurance, Hertz told us flat tires weren't covered...!?)so yes, we were desperate and panicked and Jiffy Lube came to our rescue.THANK YOU JAMES AND SPARK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!- Maria and Emi (the two asian galz)

I give Jiffy Lube 5 stars. If I could I would added more stars. Had a problem with the check engine light came on, over the recent holidays when any help like that was closed for the holidays. They diagnosed what it was up with my older car. They fixed it at a decent price. I am really impressed by their skills. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Wilsonville Oregon a place to go. For work and service they perform. Kudos to the Jiffy Lube personal. Each and every one.

Jiffy Lube was fast, informative & thorough on my most recent visit this week. I ve been going to them for years, & their service keeps getting better. Imagine. Customer service with a smile. There aren t a lot of companies pushing that anymore. Jiffy Lube is great!

Fast service. I don't think they used full synthetic oil like I requested. Needed my oil changed, and that, I definitely got accomplished quickly. $110 and I had $20 off, so $90 for 6.9 quarts of 0w20 and a new oil filter. They check your battery, coolant level, window wash fluid and fill, tire pressure and fill if needed, and engine air filter. They wash your windshield and rear window. You can purchase new air filters if needed, but I have a K&N, so I don't need to get engine air filters. Would recommend this joint.

The Wilsonville Jiffy lube is the best. I will never take my car any where else. Staff is friendly and always training employees. I've heen getting g my oil changed there for 4 years now. They're professional and knowledgeable, So much I even purchased a set of tires from them. Thanks guys!! Keep up the awsome work.

Kudos to the manager here and his crew for replacing my S-belt . Excellent job! In and out in less than an hour. And they had to push my car into the service bay!

Overall a good experience. There was a lot of swearing by the staff and badmouthing a previous customer. That's a leadership issue as much as anything. They did good work and didn't try to upsell anything. Glad to have the option on a busy weekend.

They must be good, when I arrived, there were cars in line out to the street. I wasn't able to get into the parking lot, so I went home. Hopefully next time.

I really like the crew in Wilsonville. They do a great job, honest, answer questions and get me in and out as fast as possible. This place was awesome! The staff was incredibly polite and pleasant and didnt even make fun of us when we told them we drove with our oil cap off which is why there was oil all over our engine! The blonde young lady with glasses was absolutely the sweetest and really tried cleaning as much of it off. The tall young man with the wavy hair was very communicative about what was happening. More importantly all the staffed seemed to be making to most of being at work on Football Sunday, cracking jokes with customers and keeping a super positive energy! They all wished us a safe trip back to California! GIVE THEM A RAISE!

Really fast service, but you definitely pay for it and still have to sit there while they borderline guilt trip you for not getting their PREMIUM package as if you're abusing your car.The up-sell needs to go.

Don t risk your vehicle. I use to come here for all of my oil changes (2-3 vehicles). When I started, they were fast, professional and flawless. The visits took 20-30 min max.The last three visits have taken anywhere from an hour to two hours (with no line). The employees aren t even trying to pretend to be moving quickly. Professionalism is gone as well; I am an experienced profanity connoisseur and the way they talk, made me embarrassed for them.As for the actual service, after not being able to answer simple questions like which type of oil to use or how often the truck should get it changed , they actually broke my truck.Stuff happens, it s not a big deal, except they decided to wait 45 min to even tell me there was an issue. Two missed appointments and 2 hrs later, they finally finished the job.Maybe a be professional sign would help...This shop is on a nose dive. Don t let your vehicle be the one that they are working on when they finally crash.

Today was the worst Jiffy Lube experience I've ever had. Brett couldn't have cared less and was more interested in his new tattoo than getting me in and out. Jonathan was nice enough but there was ZERO urgency or hustle exhibited. Spent 40 minutes in the bay for a simple oil change, could have done it in the same amount of time in my drive way for a third of the cost. Anthony was the only bright spot, he earned the one star. Drive past this one...

We had an oil change and transmission flush. It took over 2 hours. Employees had terrible customer service and were cussing out loud while I had kids in the car. I didn't leave with confidence that what I paid for was actually completed correctly. I've had much better service at other Jiffy Lube locations. Don't recommend this one, for at least today.

Awesome service!, staff especially the manager Dan! was very professional and courteous, they even open the door to the lobby area and offer me and my wife coffee! They also gave me a excellent discount on my breaks and rotors which needed replacement , these guys have excellent customer service skills and very honest. Will recommend and come back for my oil changes. Five star for me.Service: Brakes

Slow and unprofessional. Crew was constantly shouting, cursing, arguing with each other. Spent more time complaining about how Ford builds trucks then they did actually getting my work done. One of them was smoking cigarettes close enough that his second hand smoke was blowing into my car. I could hear the employees saying horrible things about other customers within earshot.The one positive thing Jiffy Lube is supposed to have going for it is being quick and efficient, and this shop is anything but that. Don't go here unless you want to spend 45 minutes on a simple oil change and have very rude and unprofessional people screaming and cussing in your ear the whole time.

Quick service, very nice employees. Also they gave me free jiffilube obd wireless tool wich you connect to FitCar app, where you can see alert messeges from your vehicle and a lot useful information.

Terrible service, 1.5 hour wait for just a simple oil change.. even though we were the only car here, seemed like nobody knew what they were doing, and when we got back on the freeway, instantly heard a loud rattling/scraping sound, pulled over only to find that they didn't re-tighten the screw for the skid plate, so it was loose & dragging on the road returned asap to have them fix it

Service was okay but what really bothers me first was after installing the cabin filter the glove box would not open. Then once I got home I noticed quite a bit of oil under our car then went to investigate and realized that the oil fill cap was not put on and had gone everywhere in the engine bay... will continue to do vehicle maintenance myself after this experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

After another location continuously gave excuses for over a week as to why they couldn't do a simple oil change on a dodge dart 2016, we came to the Wilsonville Jiffy lube and the team had us in and out in under an hour no problems and no excuses. Generally, have no problems with these guys so thank you once again for getting the job done!

Never again. Went in to get a fully synthetic oil change on my 05 armada. I got to get gas a couple days later and I only check my fluids. To my surprise it was empty on the gauge. I had been driving for 2 days with 2.2 courts of oil short. They only put in 4 qts of oil. On top of that charged ne for a fluid cap that they never replaced. Thus location is nothing but a scam and I will never take my truck back there..Service: Oil change

I really wish I could give this place 3.75 stars, when I was there the frist time I ended up geting brakes and struts amung other things done. they ended up having to stayed past closing to get all the work done and everyone there was very nice and friendly and more then willing to explain what was going on.However I did end up having a bolt of some sort break on breaks with in the frist few weeks of having the work done. No one could tell me why this happen. When I got my car towed back there (found of getting towed was not needed) and talked to them (sadly not as calmly as I wish I had) they where able to fix the issue and better explain what had happen at no cost they also decided to double check all there and replace both the broken bolt and the other one they done work on sence they had no idea why it had happen.While issue with there work did happen no one is perfect and some times things are just out of people hand and can't be predicted. There integrity is not to question and I feel comfortable taking my car back here

The low pressure warning on my tires popped up a few days ago. I couldn t find a gas station that had an air compressor, so I stopped by the Jiffy Lube to see if they could help. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! They were super helpful!

They were very nice and got me right in for an oil change. It didn t take very long and they honored a coupon I had from a competitor, which was very kind. They accidentally ran my card twice, but called me quickly the next day to let me know they were refunding. They recently aired up my tires when one of the tire lights came in. Very appreciated!
