With an incredible showroom packed with amazing cars! I purchased a 2021 Lexus 350 F Sport with red interior. My sales men JARED was excellent and helpful and knowledgeable made the whole process a lot of fun! Such a great experience! They re also very honest with me and told me they will be changing the routers and the tires on all four-wheelers! On top of that, they had added gas to my vehicle! Thank you so much definitely recommend JARED!

Our experience at this dealership was good. Elliot was an excellent salesman! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle for it not being a Jeep. He made sure that there were no games. The customer service level has been top notch so far. From the moment we walked in to the service department a few days later, OUTSTANDING! The facility is clean and all vehicles are inside a showroom. The few things I didn t like was full transparency from the finance guy. He tried to pull a fast on and me by not disclosing the interest rate increase by buying an extended warranty. It would have been a whole point higher and extended terms of the loan. Good thing I caught it during signing. Just be up front and honest! Another thing that didn t sit well with me is not filling the vehicle up with gas after purchase. That has always been a norm with any other dealership, a little disappointed with that aspect of the purchase. Wash, detail cleaning and a full tank of gas should come with the sale. We had to take the vehicle to a detailer to clean dog hair from the roof of the back passenger side.Overall I would definitely shop here again and give Elliot our business!

It's a car dealership and you get what you expect to get from a dealership. Nothing special!!! Whatever it takes for the sale. Check your car real good before you buy because it might need a oil change. They do not do any maintenance before a resale. The place is indoors and offers many different makes and models. I called and set up an appointment to take a look at a 2020 Hyundai Sonata and was helped by Elliot through the whole process and I couldn t have asked for a better experience. He answered every question I had and assisted me through the whole car buying experience. Him and other employees stayed 2 hours after close to assist me. He was professional and approachable through the whole process and he didn t make me feel like I was being screwed over by him or the dealership at all. I love my car and I m happy I went through this dealership. Great customer service and great experience.

My experience was truly phenomenal. Scott, Andy, Jared, Natalia, Skyler, and Talek made everything transparent, straight forward and no pressure. They will bend over backwards to make sure their customer is happy, and you don't have to sign anything to get that treatment. I have purchased a lot of cars from other dealers; after my experience here, I will never go anywhere else.

There was a small issue with the car after we took it home, called Natalia and she got us connected with Andrew in service. I'm very impressed by the work of the service technicians. They find and solve every issue quickly and accurately.Also the customer car is extraordinary. I received texts to keep me current on my repair. If other items are found that need to be addressed they call or text to get direction on how to proceed.I'll be honest when I tell you, I go out of my way to bring my truck to these guys. I'm allways pleased by the work they do.John

First of all is sad the way you do business. You had a truck I was interested in but you would not let another dealership buy/trade or how ever you guys do it would of been an hour closer for me making it more convenient to me. But on your website it says meet or beat any Oregon deals. So they gave me a quote then you wanted to complain about it saying they didn t have the rigs so they couldn t give me that deal if you would of traded it then they would have. Then when you did match the price or close to it you say you forgot to subtract the $1000.00 incentive (RIGHT sure you did)! Then you wanted to try and cram a ceramic finish down my throat that you and I both know it was not a real ceramic finish it was more like a glorified Turtle Wax solution in water as you wash the cars and if it was really a ceramic finish you didn't clean the rig very good with all the blue marks still on it that come from the factory and sticky stuff that was still on the truck after I left. It s really hard to understand how you can try and charge roughly $500.00 for this process... not cool then wanted to splitthe cost.Then you told me before as I left that the rig was full of fuel which it was the DEF was full which it was and the tires air pressure check was done and if it was then your gauge is off because there is like 10 lbs different between the tires None of them were very close there was like 10 lbs from the highest to the lowest between the tires. I Wish and hope in the future you treat your customers a little betterWhis I could add the photos but it's not letting me

Trevon my sales guy was awesome! He respected my time and expectations and the whole dealer experience was quick and hassle free. Arrived, looked at a car, and left with it and a great trade in value within a couple hours. Will definitely return in a few years to do it again.

Made an appointment for a Saturday morning at 9. Got my car to them the Friday before. Called Saturday at 2pm to see what s going on with my car, told me no one is working on it. Told me have they need authorization from the warranty company to do any work. And it s a holiday weekend so they ll be closed until Tuesday . I beat feet down there to get a rental so I have a car to go to work in on Tuesday. I don t hear anything from them till 2 when I call them. They say it just went in . It needs this part have to order it. We ll get it Wednesday pick up the car Thursday. I show up Thursday cars not going to be done till Friday, then tried telling me I never had an appointment on Saturday . So I haven t got my car back it will be 7 days my jeep has been there. I will never buy another car there or have any service done I also told my family who also has had problems like this and they decided to stop going there as well . It s not worth the hassle to deal with them. And they don t care and they don t try to make things right they really do suck

Two stars for the salespeople I spoke with both were amicable and one even brought the car out to my area test drive. Otherwise, though, not a great experience. Definitely look at the carfax and inspection reports thoroughly. I was looking to buy a used Subaru Outback from them but then I realized it hadn t had the timing mechanism or head gaskets replaced and it was over 100k miles. That s huge for Subies. There s a legitimate chance the timing belt fails and ruins your engine on the drive home. The car also had minor damage and they couldn t find out what exactly that damage was. Even with all of that, they were only willing to knock a few hundred off the price. The car is priced above others that are exactly the same but with no damage and full maintenance/replacements. They were 100% unwilling to negotiate even a hair more on the price and would not agree to any fixes or fix reimbursements. Make sure you don t drive off in a car that looks nice but will immediately cost you thousands of dollars once you leave the lot!!

I have over 20 years experience in sales and customer service. Integrity has always been my priority. My sales rep, Jeremy is a straight-up good person and salesman. I detected no game in his sales approach. His primary goal seemed to be to locate the ideal truck for me. From the time I met him to the purchase date was a couple weeks or so. He wasn t pushy but was patient. All in all I m happy he earned my business. However, my experience with the finance guy was not acceptable. He went too fast shoving documents in front of me without taking time to explain what I was signing. I didn't receive a copy of my documents. Unacceptable

A few weeks ago, we left our truck for 3 days & nights to get the heater working. When we picked it up, there were still problems. We communicated that we were NOT happy, and the dealer QUICKLY MADE IT RIGHT. Staff communicated with us well and, we'll definitely go back again.

The worst experience imaginable! My credit score was accessed EIGHT times without authorization the day after I left. They'll do anything to sell you a car, even going against your wishes, without seeking permission or providing explanations.The general manager failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the unauthorized credit score checks. Considering the lack of transparency, I'm considering seeking legal assistance. Additionally, they sneakily tack on a $499 "paint job" to their cars, so be prepared for undisclosed fees.

Andrew in the service department was friendly, listened, and ensured that my sunroof install was completed. He water tested it personally, topped off my gas tank, and delivered my vehicle free of charge. Excellent service!

Be ready to be ridiculed by their employees (Leo, the man messaging in the photos I uploaded) if you don't play their silly games.Wouldn't expect anything less from this dealership. I tried buying a 2500 Cummins Laramie back in 2019 from them and they tried to charge me an extra 15K, they told me that it would be impossible to find a truck for less than what they had. I drove up to Tacoma and picked up a Laramie with a longbed for over 26K less than they tried to sell me on a shortbed without any towing package. Ironically, they haven't stopped being absolute trolls after all of these years.

Fast accurate diagnosis of issue with vehicle performance. Thorough checkout of overall performance of the car and recommended resolutions of findings. Time/cost of repair/resolutions projected and came well within expectations. Great communications from service staff throughout the process.

Took my vehicle in for it's 80k service and to address the vibrations I was having in the front end. Motor mounts were bad had to be replaced and the transmission had to be re-learned and some minor other things. Said it would take a few days as the motor mounts were out of stock and had to get from another dealership which I was fine with. Fast forward 5 days later and vehicle was finished. As I was on my way to pick it up I got a call from them stating, an accident happen. A bottle jack fell and hit my door causing a scratch that was roughly 10 inches long. When I arrived to inspect my vehicle the scratch was worse then I though and was down to the bare metal. After speaking with the service department they said they would take care of it and get it fixed but, I may not have my vehicle back for anywhere from 3-5 days and that a rental would be provided. We set a date to get it looked at and we will see what happens after that.

Update: My husband and I returned to look for a vehicle for him. We understand how bad the market is currently, but that is no excuse for how poorly we were treated. They apparently got a new sales manager and wow is she terrible. I have never been so appalled in my life. After being told multiple different things by the clearly unqualified sales team, we had to deal with her. I ve never walked out of a place so quickly. Wish the service wasn t so poor now. We miss Joe and Andy. Too bad they aren t there anymore.I bought a 2022 Subaru here for my daughter. Joseph was amazing! The entire process was so easy. Joseph helped make the process go super smoothly and ensured that we were happy the entire time. Love how professional this place is and that it's ENTIRELY INDOOR! I have never had a great experience buying a car but Joe really went above and beyond for my family that day. I will never buy a car anywhere else. You will never leave here feeling duped or slighted! Thank you so much Joe!

The staff in the service department was great to work with. They have worked on a few different things for me recently.They were able to fix the issue with my windshield wiper fluid sprayers not working. After testing it they did forget to fill up the washer fluid when they were done so it didn t work at first when I tried it.They replaced the tires on my Jeep, the price was different than originally quoted. They also got some kind of grease or sticky substance all over the wheels and tires and did not clean them when they were done.So some minor issues, overall good but not 100% what I would expect.
