Extremely displeased with the service level here. 1/2 the time the team is good, and the other 1/2 the time they are completely disinterested. This week, we had a nail in the tire and my wife came by when they opened, asked for an emergency service (fully under our warranty - the tires are 3 months old), and they indicated it could get done quickly. 3+ hours later she was still waiting around Costco for them to get to the job. Just be honest - if you're busy, that's fine, send us on our way. The tire prices are pretty good, but the service at this and other Costco Tires Centers are no longer are worth the "free" services that supposedly come with the tires.

Poor customer service, complete waste of time. We wanted our winter tires put on a vehicle we recently purchased. My husband dropped off the vehicle and shopped the store with our toddler while he waited. THREE HOURS later, tire center called and said they could not switch the tires for us because they were not purchased at Costco. We don't know where the tires were purchased because both our sets came with the new used vehicle but we always buy our tires from Costco. Correction, we used to buy our tires from Costco. P.S. we also called in advance to try to schedule a tire appointment. Not once were we told the tires needed to be purchased from Costco.

As fast as I can tell this is an absolutely shady, dishonest, untrustworthy service center. The supervisor is in on the lying and supports deception. They will look for every thin and flimsy excuse to avoid actually covered service under warranty that exceeds the realm of the rationale. Discount Tires is across the parking lot if you need something in this area. Use at your own risk.

My family had a flat on I-5 I drove it on the flat all the way to Costco hoping for service instead I was Disrespected and disregarded if we could give this business a 0 stars it would have it,the tire center would not help me change 1 flat tire near closing time,(happily sold me a tire they couldn t install tonight)we are on a trip and it was 8:00-8:30 I was even offered a hefty tip if they would stay a couple minutes after closing to help us, NOPE. It would have been quick now i have to hire another company to install the tire right outside the tire center while the employees of the tire center watch out the window!

Just visited and I believe Matthew/Matt helped me out. Went to discount tire received a quote of about $1200 with warranty. I then asked if they were more affordable than Costco so discount tire price matched me online with Costco before I even got a quote from them. Long story short I walked over to Costco and received a quote for 4 new tires and now saving about $300!

Excellent service. Excellent warranty. I was getting message for warning of low tire pressure so I went to costco since tires bought there. They found a nail in sidewall of tire that was covered under road hazard protection. They no longer carried that tire so they replaced all 4 tires only charging me a 22.00 tire adjustment on 1 tire. They quickly put on 4 new tires with nitrogen and ballanced my tires. This is far different from previous experience at Les Schwab who blamed uneven tire wear on out alignment. Even though alignment was performed there at time of tire purchase. They said I must of hit a curb and knocked it out of alignment. Problem was that only 3 weeks had passed. I won't be going back there unless emergency happens.

We called very late, they still agreed to change our tires, we really appreciated it because our tire has just gotten a hole and we were going on a long trip the next day. They saved us a lot of trouble. Especially outstanding service from Ren� (spelling?)

These guys made our day. Wilsonville Les Schwab totally messed up our tires when we got them rotated and we didn't trust them to fix it so we decided to try out costco. There was no wait. They listened to me when other places shrug it off like girls don't know anything about cars. They were thorough and provided exceptional services. And their prices unbeatable.The best part is they fixed the issue. I will stick with Wilsonville costco for tires from now on.

My 2009 Chevrolet was messaging me that something was wrong with my tires. Bryce put air in all of the tires and reset the program and all was well!! When the Chevrolet service department rotated my tires, they did not reset the program; thus, the messages. Bryce was professional and my hero. I will return when I need tires due to Bryce's excellent service !!

No one answers the phone there.. and costco website says to make an appointment, call the number. If they can't answer a phone for a basic customer care, how do you expect costco to provide a better customer service

Called and made an appt for Saturday at 10 am. Cleared my busy schedule and they didnt put me in the system. So i showed up and gave me some well your not in the system so we wont fix your car right now.

Everytime you go to Costco you will hear the tireshop buzzing with work, so I'm assuming since its popular it delivers good quality services that will meet your needs.

Good tires and good price. Very slow service. They stated 1 and half hours, it took almost 3 hours.

Gave us exactly what we needed and didn't try to upsell us. They are very friendly and a great help.
