Contacted Luke about a paint job for my 2000 Tundra. My trucks clear coat was gone on all upper surfaces and other sun damage from life in the desert southwest.He gave a quote and detailed what their service would provide. He was clear what to expect and and gave me a lot of confidence my truck would look fantastic. He kept me informed on its progress and provide pictures during the process when I requested them! I am very, very satisfied with the outcome!. Excellent finish, no orange peel, no blemishes in their paint job. If I need further work done, they will be my first call! You can t call and talk to a real person. You have to text or message them. I attempted to text them, but there was several minutes between texts, and what should have taken a few minutes via a normal telephone conversation, took 30 minutes or more via text. The individual on the other end was impossible to deal with over text.I refuse to do business with a company that won t allow an actual conversation via telephone. Zero customer service.

Classic Collision in Wilsonville replaced my damaged front bumper on my Toyota Rav4. It looks beautiful and I could not be happier. They told me how the process works and communicated to me along the way. It was done on time and the whole experience was extremely positive. They made everything seamless for me and I very highly recommend them!

Best and easiest experience at an auto body shop ever. They were super kind and patient. They explained in detail what was going to be done to my car and an estimate on how long they would have it for. They provided me an update every step of the way [email notifications and phone]. They even got my car done early. Super impressed by the work done on my car and service.

Classic Collision at the Wilsonville, OR location is outstanding! We had damage to our F350 mirror and passenger door/window that made it difficult to tow our RV safely. Since we were 2,500 miles from home we needed it fixed locally and the manager made it happen on short notice. They did a great job and even worked over a holiday weekend. I highly recommend the Classic Collision team in Wilsonville, OR!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Check in was fast and service wonderful for repair quote. I will be taking my car for repair soon and I'm sure they will do a wonderful job on my vehicle. When you pull into the parking lot you need to take a right as their office is in the back.

Classic Collision in Wilsonville was a great experience. Brandon the General Manager was especially helpful in navigating the process and was very responsive. *Warning to future customers*I scheduled and waited 2 months for an estimate for my insurance claim (the insurance company pre-approved this location specifically). After learning that I wouldn t be scheduling a repair job following the estimate (I m trading my car in). Chad Knopik, service advisor, was rude and dismissive towards me. He didn t even look at my car and wrote me an estimate using the paperwork already submitted by insurance to base a new estimate off of. According to him, he couldn t get any part pricing unless he took apart and repaired my car. This wasn t what was agreed upon at the time of setting the appointment. Thankfully Tualitan auto body is down the road and more dependable. They confirmed that s not an industry wide practice. Tualitan Auto Body took the time to look at my car and give me a new estimate, unlike Chad. My experience here was.. wait 2 months and be disrespected, not have any service provided that was originally agreed upon. Or go down the road and do it in 30 minutes. I ve never written a review before but Chad earned this one.0/10 customer service from Chad.He is 10/10 on knowing how to get out of doing his job.

The team at Classic Collision was phenomenal! They worked hard to get my car done quickly and with extreme quality. I was very impressed with how they kept me updated through out the whole process. I would highly recommend Classic Collision Wilsonville.

I filled out my info and pictures for an online estimate on a sunday night. Luke called me that monday morning at 830 and gave me the best quote out of other body shops in the local area. I told him I was interested but wanted to get quotes from a couple other places, he heard me and knew what people go through to find the right fit for someone to work on their car. He was extremely professional and personal and even gave me some advice on what to look our for.After getting some atrocious quotes from other places I gave them a call back and brought it in and while Luke was at lunch one of the auto body techs was still able to handle the situation and get the ball rolling for us. Even when caught off guard, he still kept his focus on getting the customer taken care of in a professional manner.They kept me updated on repair progress and got a really quick turn around time. The repair was done really well and they matched the paint and orange peel perfectly with the oem paint.I am really impressed with the team's performance from the actual repair to customer interaction and transparency.Dont be a dummy, just get your car fixed here.Thanks again to Luke and his team for taking care of my vehicle and myself!

I definitely would come back. Nat & Nic were amazing. Nat went above and beyond his job to really make us feel welcomed and assured me it would look great after repair. They have a great turnaround for repairs. When the truck was ready, we got the pleasure to meet Nic he explained everything that was done and with a great attitude and smile. Thank you Nat & Nic. This place is a complete joke! Demanded $12,000 to release our company vehicle. Stated our insurance had not paid them yet and if we wanted our vehicle back we needed to pay them cash and take it up with the insurance company. Created a huge hassle for us. Absolutely would not recommend.
