Audi's service center is phenomenal, they keep me constantly updated on the status of my vehicle, I've worked with Chris Savage and Chris B (I would butcher the last name if I tried to spell it). They work hard to explain every detail of the work required and they offer courtesy cars for longer jobs. Can't say enough good things about the customer service.

We've had really good experiences with the Audi Wilsonville service department. Their complimentary loaner program is awesome, especially since we live fairly far away.We can drop off the car, and use a loaner to get some lunch while they do their thing. They have a pretty large selection of loaners and they're not just all the same base model a3 or something like that. We've had the chance to drive several different examples of a3s, a4s, a5s, Q3s, Q5s, and Q7s.Usually they're pretty quick, but on the rare occasion when we've had something take a while (we had a hitch installed, which required a crazy account of calibration and ended up needing help from Germany) they let us keep the loaner until our car was done, even though we were heading out of state for a couple of days...The work has always been stellar, and very thorough.

Had check engine low oil light come on while driving down 5 and pulled in with no appointment. Topped off oil free. That didn t work so we did an oil change that was long over due. Took us to local restaurant while we waited and on the road in two hours. Great service

I went in knowing what was wrong with my engine light, I mentioned I wanted to know what was wrong with my transmission and when I got back they told me I had to pay an additional $205 to get my transmission checked. I made sure to let them know what my concern was and had to pay for something I already knew needed to be replaced! The worst customer service.

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews but in this case I must say that the customer service provided by Chris Savage in the service department was pretty horrible. Very condescending, rude and short. Everyone has bad days so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However this is the second time in a couple of months he had a horrible attitude towards a customer. I would not recommend this Audi dealer to anyone for service.
