Absolutely the best! Our salesman Jae was extremely helpful, a few months ago my husband and I flew over from NJ to buy the one and only GTR they had in their inventory. The accommodations were exceptional, Jae picked us up from the airport and had all the paperwork ready with his manager as soon as we got there. They worked really hard to make this deal and we re grateful for everything they ve done.100% recommend coming here, the friendly service makes everything go smoother.

UPDATE: I recently traded my A4 in for an S4 and the process of doing so was absolutely seamless. Both Mo and Mady ensured I was treated with nothing but the best service. I strongly recommend Audi Wilsonville.I'd like to provide a specific review for Mo who handled the financing of our 2019 A4. You can tell his top priorities were to not only make you feel excited, but to also feel comfortable by explaining everything thoroughly. Being a first time Audi buyer, I would say one one of the top reasons I own an Audi was due to Mo making me feel confident in the quality of the vehicle. Thanks for everything Mo. OTW to Diamond.

I stopped into the dealership last weekend to see what cars were available. I was specifically looking for a fuel efficient car, and was greeted pleasantly by Sabrina. She was fantastic in determining what was available on the lot based on my needs, and her consistent & friendly follow up was exceptional. I didn't move forward purchasing a vehicle with her, but will certainly make sure to reach out to her again when I am looking for another whip! I'd highly recommend Sabrina to anyone I know.

It was my first time buying a car from a lot. Hayden and Christian both made this experience amazing and provided me with the best numbers and rates, i expected to get a high percentage since it was my first time financing but Christian ended up getting me a rate that I wouldn t have imagined. He also made sure I knew what i was signing and explained the whole process to me. Hayden made the buying experience amazing and walked me and my family through the process thoroughly and made sure we got the best price possible and understand what we were getting into. Would most definitely recommend coming here to buy a car for the first time or purchase your next vehicle. Prices, customer service, and aftercare is amazing 10/10 will definitely be coming down to oregon from Lacey Washington for my next car again!

From what I have seen it is rare when someone tells you it was a good experience buying a car. At Audi Wilsonville it was an outstanding experience. I purchased an Audi Q4 and I had a lot of questions since this was my first EV. I worked with Hayden Deuna during the entire sales process. He was very patient answering all of my questions and gave me information that I did not even know to ask. He is a good listener and he does not oversell. He has learned to under promise and over deliver. His after the sale follow up is also very good.Christian Yang, the finance manager, is another example of someone very good to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He does not try to oversell you on protection plans. In fact, after listening to my driving habits, he only recommended one plan which was the least expensive and made perfect since to me. Another example of someone who does not try to oversell.I also want to mention one other person. Becca works in the service department and is usually the first person in service you will speak with. She is very cheerful and friendly.If you are in the market for a new or used car. I strongly recommend Audi Wilsonville.Rick

I purchased my first Audi last May. I had a great experience with both Barney my sales rep and the finance person (Christian?). The process still took some time but they were able to find a financial institution who had the interest rate I wanted. They re Super friendly too!

2/25/24 Just purchased my second E-Trin GT from Wilsonville Audi. Hayden is AWESOME!!!!!!! Couldn t recommend more!The whole process from the initial inquiry to driving the vehicle off the lot was fantastic, thanks to Hayden. The whole process was a departure from any other time buying a car, he was genuinely interested in what we wanted and allowed us to make our decisions, whilst being available for questions and always being super responsive, even way past business hours.The whole team were great and even worked to get us through the paperwork quickly as we had a time crunch. I had a fantastic experience with Wilsonville Audi, specifically, because of my sales guy, Hayden! He was awesome and super knowledgeable of everything about the car I was looking at getting! He had the answer to every question I had and he made the deal happen. He went above and beyond to make it convenient for me to finalize the deal amidst the holiday happenings/schedule. No question, I would recommend Hayden and Wilsonville Audi! I keep trying to buy my next car for my husband from them...:-)

Patrick was so nice and very efficient. I took my car in for my first oil change. I was able to ask questions and he had answers! I was taken care of and updated when my car was finished. They even detailed my car on the inside! It looks amazing. I am very happy with my experience.

Sales people seemed good but the used car inspection was abysmal. There inspection said there was no issues and no crashes reported, but a third party inspection showed a crash bad enough that both front wheels were bent, engine oil clearly leaking from motor to transmission mount gasket, and multiple error codes. What a waste of my time and money. I don t know if this is incompetence or intentional dishonesty but I would not recommend this dealership for your next vehicle. My condolences for whoever they end up selling this great condition extensively inspected vehicle to.

I had my brought my car in for a sensor change and it was there for quite a long time. They let me know that it was ready and I went to pick it up and first of all didn t even know my car was at there location when I asked for it and on the drive home the notification for that exact sensor lit up again, they didn t fix anything in that whole time. I brought it back immediately and they actually fixed what was asked for when I originally brought it in.

Was sold a used saub 20 years old with 40,000 miles over the last storm . Could not drive till Tuesday by Thursday the check engine light was on and I took her in . He fixed two problems as to why the Key would not turn over . I left with in a week the engine light is on again. This time it s loosing power 5 speed . Long story short , $2,000 later with in 50 miles of buying , My husband called Wilsonville Audi to be told they know the buyers and there could not have been anything wrong . Basically telling me to get another inspection to another dealership when the car was undrivable . Next BBB and DOJ department Oregon justice and smaller claims if necessary. I found them very rude once they had a problem.I would not trust anyone working there .Sincerely DK

I have an Audi Q5 that was purchased with 65,800 miles from this dealership. It now has 74,600 miles on it just over a year from the time it was purchased used from the dealership and have had two independent shops recommend a new engine on the vehicle. Have records of this dealership also doing the regular maintenance on the vehicle throughout the life of it. To have the engine replaced would cost me about the same as the car cost. Called the dealership multiple times and they provided zero help. I'm sure (or at least hopeful) this is a rare occurrence and I was hopeful when buying my first Audi, but it is disappointing to have an engine go out with such low milage after regular maintenance and then the lack of any sort of consideration, empathy or guidance from the dealership added another level of frustration.Edit: I was able to speak with the general manager who was helpful in giving me a few recommendations.

I was unsure of what vehicle I wanted. After months of research, I was referred by several other very satisfied customers to Hayden Deuna. When I first made contact with him, I made a huge list of wants, need, and what I did not want. For 2 months he kept in contact with me and was accessible to answer all of my questions. I finally was able to make it into the dealership. Immediately I was greeted and felt like I was his only customer. He was patient, kind, and listen to my wants. After driving several cars, he was able to help me rule out cars based off of my requests. Not once did he pressure me and at all times he was forth right with price and terms. Based on this experience, I am a loyal customer for life. I am very pleased with my car and highly recommend Hayden and Wilsonville Audi.

Our first EV. Hayden, in sales spent a LONG time with us, addressing our concerns and questions about a new Q4 e-tron. It was a great experience all round. World class experience. After getting a ridiculous price from Beaverton Audi for a blower motor, I opted to get a bid from Wilsonville Audi. It was substantially lower. When I questioned Beaverton Audi, the service advisor told me that Wilsonville wasn't including a price for the blower motor capacitor that their tech on video stated was dead. Turns out that my capacitor was 100% fine and did not need to be replaced at a tune of $800+ that Beaverton Audi claimed I needed. Apparently, they fired the technician over this but since this was the 3rd time they tried to sell me parts and service that wasn't necessary, I've decided to move my business to Wilsonville Audi. Go see Hunter. He will take great care of you!

I have called this place a few times when I needed something done on my car. I can t speak for their salespeople, but the ones who answer the phone and the technicians. Don t even bother. They re gonna talk over you and try to schedule you before you ve even gotten to ask about their services. I had a simple key fob issue this time and they were already trying to get my address and to schedule an appointment without even knowing my issue. Rude and tiring. Every time I have called I have to be loud so they will stop talking so I can explain what I need help with this shouldn t be difficult, but apparently it is.They wanted $200 to fix my key fob that needed reprogramming from sitting in a shop for three months. I found a YouTube video and did it myself in literally five seconds by pressing some buttons while the key was in the ignition. This place is a joke. $200 for what you could have told me over the phone? No. Not getting my business. If I need any big repairs I ll be going to an Indy shop. These people don t deserve your time or money. This is not the first time I ve had this problem with them. I get that they cost more because they are a dealer. Fine, but don t talk over me and don t try to take all my personal info before you even know what my problem is. What are you, Google? Now I know you go out of your way to cheat people, so I ll go somewhere with some integrity and some basic manners.
