Third repair with these fine gentleman, and everything is still tip top. Owning an older vehicle can be troublesome but they made it super easy and even got me in on short notice... bravo

We had a bus break down in Medford. We called Rick and he didn t hesitate to go and help us out!! He fixed the problem and we were able to send the bus home safely!!Thank you very much!!We had highly recommend Superior Automotive!

They came highly recommended. I live in Grants Pass. We dropped off the BMW at 8am and by the time I got back home I received a call with the diagnosis/problem.The car was ready by 4pm.They are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

So far so good for my vehicle they repaired, seemed very knowledgeable with comparable prices.Appreciate their honesty in telling me what will need to be replaced, instead of just saying it needs replaced now and increasing the bill. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Let's talk about customer service. This team is kind, professional, and friendly. Big shout out to Hayden, who was quick to respond to my questions and kept me updated on the repairs progress. You can tell that customer service is of big concern for him. Waited nearly a month for them to get parts only to get the car back for not even 24 hours and then the check engine light came on. We sent it back yet another two weeks promised it would be done today they suddenly didnt get the auto part they needed until 15 minutes ago and they will have it fixed monday. Professionalism isnt excuses iisnt putting the ccustomer first its about convenence for the auto shop and never mind te fact they were driving the car i justpurchesed arou nd more than 50 miles they are not professional lithia shouldnthave business withthemm amd they should do more than makeexcuse after excuse for their shopto get to joy ride someone elses vehicle again. Month and half to fix what was supposedto be onething it sounds likelithia doesnt have professional work onvehicle they letthese jokers doit. Unbelieveable.

Do not go!They are scammers!My girlfriend took the car to this place because of a problem with the starter.They charged me $ 560 for the repair.5 days later the starter fails again.I called the scammers and they did not recognize the warranty.

I have been bring my Mercedes Benzs here for years. Great service, very nice prices, upfront and honest. My friends with MB's have taken my advice and now they bring their vehicles here as well.

They replaced my engine for the price and with the time frame that they quoted. I drove it over 700 miles that weekend for work and had 0 issues.
