I called Chunky Monkey because I had a bathroom leak in my RV and did not have any hot water at all. Brian answered the call on the second ring. He respected my work schedule and showed up when he said he would. He was able to diagnose the issues (my RV had multiple) quickly and gave me an idea of the costs of parts and repair. He had all but 1 needed part with him in his work van. The repairs were done before I knew it and for the price I was quoted- no surprises! I am sorry that I didn t call Brian sooner. I will continue to use Chunky Monkey whenever I need RV repairs. 5 stars for sure!

Brian exceeded my expectations! My propane wasn't working & it was so cold out. I called him in the morning & within a few hours he was out to fix the issue. He knew right away what was wrong. He was prompt & reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling him next time I need a repair done on my trailer. Thank you Brian!

I strongly recommend Brian. I had issues with my heater. After watching some YouTube videos (lol) thought it was the sail switch. Replaced the sail switch and heater was working for one week, then started doing the same thing again (just blowing cold air). I finally surrendered to my ignorance and contacted Brian for assistance. He showed up early which was awesome, and changed the gas valve in a prompt manner. He was outa here within an hr. The charge was very reasonable. Thank you Brian!

My cooling unit and oven in my rv died on me. Chunky monkey was the fastest to respond to me and came in and got everything done as fast as the parts could be ordered. Left everything clean and in great condition! He also helped me fix a couple other minor problems. I felt very taken care of and will call again next time I need something! Highly recommend

Highly recommend for RV service/repairs. Brian is personable and professional, and responded with a same day call back. We are staying in Prospect and had an issue with an AC unit. Given the 100-degree days this week we expected our call would be one of many. Brian advised he could stop by later in the day to take a look. He came by earlier than anticipated and resolved some loose wiring issues. Our campground recommended him and glad they did. Definitely contact Brian if you have an RV concern.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

We park hosted for three months at TouVelle State Park. When we tried to get into n the road the first of January, one of the slides failed. Brian came out to Valley of the Rogue SP where we moved to and diagnosed the problem. Within 24 hours I got a estimate of repair cost and install time. Less than two weeks later the parts were installed and tested. Chunky Monkey is our Oregon Go To RV repair place (they are a mobile service that comes to you). We found Chunky Monkey extremely affordable and Brian a equally skilled technician .

I had the pleasure of meeting Brian from Chunkey Monkey RV Repair. Prior to finding this young man I had 2 other guys come out to fix things on my RV. I paid them $80 for the 1st guy and the 2nd guy charged me $120. And for nothing, never came back. $200 out the window. Brian has been here twice, 1st time no charge and the 2nd time fixed every problem I had and was very reasonably priced. This guy knows what he is doing and is very polite, reliable and his prices are great! I have finally found someone I know will be here when he says he will and would come out for an emergency in a heart beat. You will not find another RV guy like this man. Dont get taken by another person who claims to know what he is doing like I did..And never pay anyone before the job is complete.. Thank You So Much Brian

Called many rv repair stores to try to get a recalled item replaced. Called Brian, he showed up, fixed the problem and knew exactly whats up. Ill contact him if I ever have an issue with my jayco trailer. Thanks Brian!

We have a 2023 Airstream Flying Cloud. When we opened the Dometic Fantastic Fan the cover bracket broke and we were not able to close the cover and rain was forecasted. Sara (my wife) called Brian at 2:30 PM and said he would be there by 3:30 PM. He arrived at 3:30 PM and got the cover closed and taped down. Rather than take the trailer from Talent to Sutton RV in Eugene we decided to have Brian fix it.When he got the new parts (within a few days) and came out to install the Fantastic Fan he noted that the factory screwed down the bracket too tight, or somehow the cover and bracket was dropped at the factory. In short, it should have never left the Airstream factory.We will continue to use Brian for all our RV needs and maintenance. We highly recommend Brian!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Although the owner of this repair service is super busy he always makes time to look at my mother's RV. It is also very patient with explaining what is happening in any given situation, does his best to keep expenses at a very reasonable range, and will work with you on payment arrangements. We highly recommend this service!

I'd been struggling with propane furnace problems for two years and used other RV techs to try to solve the issues. Brian got both my furnaces running in 45 minutes, plus fixed my inverter control/readout that another RV shop couldn't handle. Great job Brian.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

I contacted Brian for help with an awning of my 40 foot that became lose during a snow storm last night. Brian asked for photos of the situation to determine whether he would need to order parts for the repair and indicated he would be on his way.Within and hour, I heard something outside the motorhome and there was Brian working on the repair. It didn t take too long for him to fix it and explain to me why it could have happened.Very reasonable fare for the repair and more so the quality and professionalism of his service.Now I can get back on the road within the next two days thanks to his help. 100% recommend his services!

I have a trailer that had a broken window & leaked on the slideouts. These days I've found it difficult to hire someone who knows their businesses and gets the work done correctly & expediently while charging a reasonable rate. Brian was so awesome!! He responded to my message right away after business hours on a Friday and was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He had my AC up and running again in about half an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. I am SO happy with the service, and he was so nice on top of everything. IN A JAM?WIFE HOUNDING YOU TOGET SOMETHING FIXED?Ok, look no further one and all who seek repairs on your RV.Why?1- He personally answered the phone.2- Came the same day I called him, on a Friday no less!3-Charged a very very fair price.4-Had parts with him!5-Took plastic payment, and provided a receipt.6-He is just a nice guy, kinda like that uncle you always liked that could fix stuff.IF YOU LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE,YOUR A FOOL.Don't be a fool, call him and be cool! Bryan is the Man!!! What a relief! I called Brian today and he came out within a few hours. He was quickly able to determine that the Blower motor in my brand new trailer is faulty, and he will be working with the manufacturer directly to get me a new motor installed under warranty! Now that is some above and beyond service in my book!He then was able to quickly diagnose a jackstand that was not working properly Turns out it had a complete loose wire up in the underbelly of my trailer. He also took a look at some odds and ends and helped come up with some remedies. I am so excited to meet you today, Bryan!!! Hopefully after my heater is fixed, I won t need to use you again .but when a problem arises, you will be the first person I will call! Keep up the great work and I am so glad to see that there are some great RV Techs out there! Brian came out and finished installing our new sink and faucet in our class a motorhome. Very prompt. Answers his phone himself. You don't usually have to leave a message. Very reasonable price! We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We are in town having some warranty issues taken care of at a local dealership. We saw the Chunky Monkey van at the rv park we re staying at. My husband called the number and the owner, Brian, answered right away. He said he d come over as soon as he finished the job he was doing. He came over to our motor home, cleaned both of our ac units, and took a look at some other issues. We learned more about our unit in 15 minutes from Brian than we ever expected to learn. He s extremely experienced and knowledgeable about rv s. He s also very personable and friendly. His prices are great too. We highly recommend him. He forgot about helping us! We are hanging up in Medford and he said he would look at our thermostat.? Even touched bases in the AM. Sadly he didn t show. He s a big disappointment in my book. Brian can tackle anything. He had numerous repairs to make on our Newmar and nothing stumped him or slowed him down. He is top notch and really knows what he s doing. So go ahead and call him, you ll be glad you did!

Came out same day and resolved1. slide out not working2. Jacks not working3. generator not wired correctly.Resolved the issues within 1 hour.Highly recommend I've dealt with shops and mechanics and they don't even know the procedure to take the wheel cover off....Service: Electrical

Chunky Monkey has been the most reliable and professional trailer repair service I have found in Jackson County. I've tried several. He is professional and answers the phone or calls back in a very reasonable amount of time which is unlike all the other trailer repair folks I've dealt with. He comes in a reasonabkw amount of time from when you called, often even the same day. I had an electrical issue thay caused me to loae my A/C and he put priority on the job because its so hot out and will be hotter next week. Other trailer repair people don't care and will make you wait days or weeks. He gives honest assessments and doesn't make you pay for something you don't need. He stands by his work and if he can't fix something right away he will let you know. He doesn't price gouge and he is a solution seeker. He's also just a nice, personable guy. Brian helped us right away when our RV broke down in the area and I needed help getting it back on the road. He showed up on time and got right to solving the problem. Wish we had him in our area, would absolutely use his services again.

This business owner feels it is ok to drive at high rates of speed on freeway and put others in harms way. When he pulled off the exit after my wife she pulled over a d so did he and she took a picture of his business information on his truck to report his wreckless driving, he proceeded to approach her car screaming and yelling and tried to open her car door to confront her. This caused her to drive away in fear. When I tried to talk with him on the phone he hung up and refused to answer. What man tries to open a womens car door to confront them when they are the one driving wrecklessly and screaming and yelling approaching a women. A very sad man in deed and I will never use this company because of this mans selfish abusive attitude towards a wlmen and other drivers.
