I have had a few Phone/Mail Order dealings with Bird Nest in the past, so we decided to stop by on one of our Road-Trips.Although it was early on a Monday, Don was extremely helpful and took us on a tour of the Facility and Parts Department. Very impressive! We ended up getting several items, including a few hard-to-find used Parts, which Don made us a great deal on!I strongly recommend Bird Nest to those who desire great customer service and pricing, along with excellent product knowledge.Thanks Guys! We will be getting more Parts from you in the future!Bob & Stacey

I purchased a Christmas gift for my father from Bird Nest online November 21. Three weeks later I followed up on the order to see if it would be delivered in time for Christmas and explained it was a gift for my father. They told me it would, so I looked forward for the delivery. On December 9th, it arrived at my father home which is not my address and never part of my order information. Suffice it to say, it ruined the Christmas day surprised. I called the business to informed them of the problem and I was told rather snippily that it was my fault since I have the same name as my father and he ordered from them in the past. I informed the company Representative that millions of Americans share the same name, shop from the same companies, and still get their packages based off the Shipping address on the order. The company contact went on to say that they were shorthanded and that everything there was F .d up in their business. I agreed that it was F d up and now so is my Christmas surprise.I do not recommend this business. Bird Nest Automotive does not take ownership for their mistake and instead blames the customer even when it is obviously their mistake. I am deeply disappointed in their lack honor and integrity. My expectation was for them to admit to the mistake, apologize, and commit to improve. A follow up on how they would prevent this error in the future would be nice too.

The place to buy your specialty T-Bird parts from. Their prices are fair and their in-house inventory is great. I live locally, and have only had to wait for a couple parts to be delivered (out of the several dozens I've bought).

After dealing with other suppliers, Bird Nest has my vote. You don't have to worry about getting the correct part, and it comes in packaging that doesn't fall apart like some of the others. Matt knows his stuff, and has given me great advice on my restoration.

We have been customers for over 20 years. They carry many hard to locate parts. The staff is courteous and seem to "know their stuff". The location is a bit tricky and you'll be parking down a steep hill. Also, their hours are limited so a "parts run" requires taking time off work. Weekend or evening hours would fix that.

Bird Nest is by far the ONE-STOP-SHOP for all your Thunderbird parts needs. Matt and his crew are top notch when it comes to customer satisfaction. Very pleased with the chrome front bumper and side extensions on the 1961 Thunderbird we received. The only place to buy quality Thunderbird parts!!!!

Watch out for expensive shipping. $45.05 cents to ship a $199.95 item that would have fitted in a smaller box if they didn t also ship a catalogue that I didn t request. Contacted them about the shipping costs. SILENCE.If you place an order get them to quote the shipping first or be sorry.
