Stopped in today with a flat tire, turned out the tires sidewall was blown out---- must've hit a rock. The guys here didn't have a replacement tire but had already taken off the donut tire, so they put it back on for us at no charge. Great service, highly recommend! Would've preferred to support a small shop, but had to get back on the road. Thank you, guys!!!

Was broke down in Rufus. Called Happy and he had Tim out within an hour. Tim got us running in less than two hours. I would definitely recommend Biggs Tire for your mechanic. btw, Tim is a certified diesel mechanic.

Our travel trailer had a flat tire who knows how long before we got to Biggs Junction. What wonderful and friendly service. Not only did they put our spare tire on for us, but they noticed a problem with the bearing as we were pulling out. So they pulled the tire off again and were able to fix the problem. Many thanks to Pebble s dad and uncle for helping us out on the first day of our cross country trip! (Pebbles is the cutest puppy ever!)

We got a flat tire on a road trip. Stopped in to get the tire repaired, Justin and his coworkers did an amazing, speedy job at repairing our tire. They did it the best way by actually removing our tire to repair the hole. I would highly recommend this shop for any tire/repair needs.

No tire issue, but I had some nasty oil in my car and needed both headlights replaced, Tim, and who they call Jew stain AKA Justin were extremely nice and helpful. Even ordered everything I needed and did it super quickly so I could be on my way. Thank you guys so much!

We blew two tires on our trip and needed to replace our spare before heading back to MN on Labor Day weekend.Hardeep and his team found us a new trailer tire and used rim at a reasonable price at 3pm on Saturday.Justin and his team in the shop had it pulled out and ready to be mounted on the rim by the time we got there 10 min later.All total, we were there just long enough to make a sandwich in the camper and pull out a splinter.Thanks to the whole team at Biggs Tire and a happy birthday to Justin!

Started losing pressure in one of our trailer tires 1/4mile before Biggs Junction. Lucky enough for us, these guys had replacement trailer tires, and installed them and had us back on the road within 2.5 hours. Phenomenal and friendly service, and they even washed our trailer and truck too!! Top notch

$398 for a tire replacement which I didn t buy It wasn t even the right size didn t fit my trailer they removed my old tire and charger me $45. Thanks for taking my money

Driving back from eastern Oregon I got a flat tire near Rufus, OR and pulled over. Asked the folks in the gas station if there was a tire shop near by and they gave me the number for Biggs Tire. Tim arrived and pulled my flat tire, took it back to their shop and brought it back with a new tire and on my way I went. The 2022 Ford Escape does not come with a spare tire! They completed the work in less than an hour. Thanks again Tim.

Great helpful and knowledgeable guys working here. They are fast and friendly. Good pricing too. I highly recommend this place for your tire needs. I drove in on a flat and was back on the road in about 20 min.

Giving them 5 stars for being open on memorial day. When our tire caught a nail. They were the only shop in a 10 mile radius able to help.

This place was a life saver. Serviced me an hour and a half out in the mountains after my truck sheared off 6 of the 8 wheel studs. I'm glad I had insurance, but they came through!

Had a trailer tire blowout and then my spare ended up with a sidewall hole, luckily this little shop was nearby and open and Lee was ready to help me! Really friendly and fast service, fair prices, he took good care of me and got me back on the road! I would highly recommend supporting this little local shop! It was so nice to get personal and friendly service!

I have been to a wide range of shops like this but this one tops them all. Great Service, very efficient, and good price. They helped me with understanding the products as well. Great location too, right off the highway. Would highly recommend.

Omgee . i would not have known what to do in this Winter storm if it weren't for the 2 friendliest and helpful gentlemen here. They didn't have what we needed but called Les Schawb to make sure they did before sending us there. Checked our tire pressure and made sure we had great directions before leaving their service. I recommend anyone traveling to stop by if they have any car trouble or just a question. Thank you guys for helping my family and I when we needed it the most. God Bless you

You pretty much just go here because you're forced to. Got a blow-out on the highway at about 5 P.M., went here and was quoted about $400 for a tire (not rim, literally just a tire) they (luckily) didn't even have.I hobbled back to Les Schawbs in The Dalles on a doughnut and got the issue sorted for $100, but did have to wait until the next morning.

They are so rude and charge $475 to put tire and it blow up in next 90 miles and we call them they said we are not responsible and he was using bad words to us instead of saying sorry his name is some happy

Fast service, called ahead and they where waiting to get me a mount dismount on my trailer tire. They do need a better POS that could take Apple Pay or other contactless payments.
