My sales person, Bill Ring, was excellent. It was refreshing to find an honest and transparent car dealer who was also a product specialist. I felt like he really listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle at the perfect price. I never felt pressured. I will be referring all of my friends and family to Bill!

If I could give zero stars I would. My fianc� and I came here to trade my brand new car which was 2020 Toyota Corolla worth 18k ; the finance guy Ralph valued it at under 15k.We decided on a Rav 4 which had 72k miles on it, John assured us that the tire light was no big deal but then it never went off. And then he said he had the car detailed but it was filthy dirty when we got it (which we mentioned and an excuse was made that high school students cleaned it)And to top it all off there was a title hold that we weren t even aware of and when we confronted John about this he pointed the finger at his team including Lori and Ralph , which we called to see about getting a temp tag; she was also incredibly rude and accused us of pointing the finger wherever we can when THEY were the ones who dropped the ball with paperwork and now we are driving with expired tags.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS OR YOUR CARS HERE. They have no care in the world.

I recently purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500.The sales team, and Madison in particular, were very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. They made the trade-in and purchase transactions smooth and painless.Even the service team got involved in setting up an appointment for the next service.I would definitely recommend them for a vehicle purchase, new OR used. If I need another vehicle for my family, I will check them out first.

There is a body part at the bottom of the driver's side fender that somehow slipped out of place, it sticks out, dosen't line up with the door. I ask them to check it out, they told me that I had to make an appointment to check it out. This was during my 25000 mile service. Although they finished the service 20 minutes minutes early, they wouldn't even look at it. I who was a mechanic in the army years ago,determined it would take a 5 minute fix.I am not impressed with the service department. More talk than action. Not very satisfied customer. Elija PearsonService dept. never reached out to me. They sent me a notice about setting a date for my 30,000 mile service, 3 weeks after getting my 25000 mile service, a bit premature as I only have a little over 25000 on in my car at this time. I may go into the valley for my next service, as this dealership leaves a lot to be desired. Elija

I had a very pleasant experience getting my tire patched up today. Seaside Les Schwab refused to check/repair it for me without replacing another tire with low tread (which they didn't even have in stock and couldn't get for another week). So I took my business here, am safely back on the road, and will return again.

Absolutely horrible! I will never send my vehicle here ever again! I had some guy named Nathan Cowan doing an oil change on my vehicle, he is cocky and arrogant, he even forgot to put the oil filter on m vehicle! I have to now send my vehicle to a different place because of him!

A WARNING TO ALL if you get the maintenance plan for a car, the website won't tell you if it's expired when you schedule an oil change, when this happens you will unexpectedly have to pay for what you thought was covered, no one checked my plan before preforming work, no one checked if I had the money before preforming the work, that I thought was covered. I am now $80 out of pocket for an oil change I could've done my self for half, but was told incorrectly by the website was still free

We recently purchased a new Tacoma SR5 from Lum s Toyota in Warrenton, Oregon. We were very happy with the entire process from start to finish. Their customer service was stellar! They clearly listened, and understood what we wanted in a truck and delivered it exactly as promised. We love the truck. It s a pleasure to work with friendly, and professional service/sales staff and when people get it right, we want to let others know. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new Toyota Highlander from Erik Hansen. Erik went above and beyond to find us the car that we wanted. What a GREAT experience at Lum's! These folks have treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism throughout my entire buying and service experience. I drove over 1-1/2 hours each way to buy a vehicle from them and I'd do it again next time. THIS is the place to go to get your next Jeep (or any other vehicle).

Gregg Lundberg and John Kozlowski made it Extremely easy for us to acquire our "Good as New" 2016 Cherokee. We didn't even think it was possible, however Gregg, John and Mike in Financial made it happen.Several days later and still no buyers remorse.

Lum's sales personnel are professional, friendly, kind, and of the highest integrity. Never in 50+ years have I experienced folks at a car dealership who were both my advocate and the car dealer's. There was NO pressure ... only a desire on their part to help me obtain the vehicle which I wanted. I very highly recommend them.

Stay away biggest ripoff..... Price gouging at work here... 600 bucks to for passenger rear side window door window and 2 hr labor . 700 to chang oil, fuel filters

Buying my 2011 3500hd duramax could not have been any easier. Big thanks to all the guys and gals over at lums! Edit: they sold me a warranty on my truck for $5400. first time it's in the shop the warranty was supposed to cover everything but only covered half the repair cost. So DO NOT buy the warranty that they sell

Had an amazing buying experience at Lum's. Other dealerships are acting like they are doing you a favor charging over MSRP to find you a 4Runner, but Jody Ulrey was clear, responsive, respectful and a pleasure to work with. We had bought two other 4Runners from a dealership that is now making money with unwanted dealer add-on's and prices over MSRP. They wouldn't even take a deposit on a future delivery. We will be getting all our future Toyota's from Lum's.

Lums was absolutely amazing to deal with. Easiest car buying experience I ve ever had. Jon was great he was no pressure, I told him what I could afford and he made it happen. Didn t have to play the back and forth game. Michelle in finance was great to deal with and super friendly. My car shopping experience was a nightmare till I called these guys.Thanks to Jon , Michelle in finance and lums auto center I couldn t be happier.

Do NOT buy from Lum's. We've owned the car 6 weeks and they refuse to talk to us about our car that is broken down in our driveway. They haven't produced records for the multipoint inspection. Manufacturers has no record of maintenance before sale.

They lied about the vehicle trade in value by around $10,000.Seems like Predatory lending, and deceptive practices.New used vehicle has had worrysome and harmful mechanical issues right off the lot.Going into dept for a busted car, instead of being happy with the new vehicle and first major loan is very upsetting. Plus how they lied about the trade in value by so much, told me there was only a 1-2 thousand difference not 10 thousand.

We purchased a used car at Lum s and the process was fantastic. I told them my budget and they showed me options, and when I saw the car I really loved, they worked the price to fit in our budget. They even loaned it to us for a day so we could do more research and make sure we would be happy with our choice! We ended buying the car and have zero remorse. Its a good feeling!Highly recommend this dealership.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! Nick from the Service Department was extremely knowledgeable, professional and a joy to work with! Taylor and Hannah helped me get a rental for the day so I could take care of some last minute commitments that came up. The whole team were friendly, helpful and kind. Two thumbs way up!

I was throughly impressed with the service that I received. As a single lady I have dealt with all types of auto service people and they have ranged from really good to really bad. Lum's was one of the best.. I came in to add running boards on my RAM truck and it seemed everything was fine. However a half an hour to my 2 hour appointment they found a problem. They quickly let me know and that it would be an extra half hour and that it would be a little extra. Even though it took them more then the extra half hour they still let me know what was taking them so long and that the extra they were going to charge me was on them and then they reduced their labor price by an hour when all was done. I was really impressed by their thoughtfulness and professionalism. I would totally recommend Lum's and I am really happy with my running boards.

Do not recommend. We bought a Rav4 Hybrid Limited new. It now has 35k miles and has a persistent wobble. Instead of actually trying to figure out what is wrong, they said we took it off road so its not covered under warranty. We have NEVER taken this car off road. They just don't want to deal with it. Horrible service. I won't even buy another Toyota after this.
