WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - PERIOD!My husband and I arrived at The Warrenton Les Schwab at around 9:30am on Saturday 03/30/24to have a slow leak in one of our tires fixed. Upon arrival the female receptionist took my husband s info, contact number, car info & advised him that there were three other cars ahead of us but that things were moving fast so it shouldn t take long. As we approached about 11am I walked to the counter to ask the status on our vehicle & where we were in the line up. Receptionist advised that we were next so to stay right here. About 2 mins later she called out John (my husbands name) he walked up to the counter only to find out that it was the wrong John. So apparently she didn t even realize that there was another John in the building. She preceded to call the other John s name once & moved on. I asked my husband if we should find lunch since this was taking a while. Mind you tons of cars went ahead of ours. After lunch we headed back to Les Schwab and at this time it s approximately 12:30. Since Our car never moved tire never got fixed & no one bothered to even reach out or update us on a timeframe we chose to leave & go elsewhere. Honestly a waste of our day. Receptionist obviously knew this wasn t going to be a quick turnaround time but yet she lied about things moving fast & we in turn wasted 3 hours of our day. Now fast forward at about 3:20pm we get a call from Les Schwab. Really nearly 6 hours later they expected us to be there waiting. WHAT A JOKE! As business owners we would never treat our customers this way, if this is the case we wouldn t have a thriving business. We heard from others how the customer service is terrible & the quality of work at Les Schwab has gone downhill. Now we know why. It s sad to say that when we purchase the 4 new tires for our suv in the fall we WILL NOT be giving our business to this company. Thank you Les Schwab for giving us a reason to take our business elsewhere!

By far the best place to go for tires! I ve had a flat tire 3 times now, and each time it s only needed a small patch, and i ve never been charged for the help! Along with no issues afterwords with my tires :) You guys are beyond phenomenal !

The manager (lady) is a scam artist. I watched her sell tires to customers that didn t need them. Then I priced each tire I heard her sell and they were marking the tires up by 30%+. Just do a google search on the tires they are selling, they are ripping you off by hundreds of dollars. I heard the manager lady tell a customer she can t give them their car back because of the law and their car is unsafe. I heard this manager lady and other managers tell customers that it is the law that they can t give the customer their car unless they fix all the issues. Telling customers (and I quote) We can t put your car down or give it back to you because it is unsafe and it is the LAW . I heard the manager tell customer about this LAW . They are using the word LAW as a tactic to corner the customer. So what LAW are the managers quoting? What is the Oregon ORS. code to the law? The managers are crooks, unlawful keeping customers cars and forcing work, also very unlawfully quoting a LAW . This is illegal. Warrenton is a small nice town and Les Schwab is taking advantage of the community. This is shameful. I recorded the entire incident, voice recorded only, just so I have proof of the lady manager saying it s the LAW that they can t put your car down or your wheels back on your car. Very illegal, I m considering contacting law enforcement and an attorney.

Do not take your car here! You are better off giving your local roadside tweaker 20buck to fix it.. you will get the same results.I was stupid enough to have them "fix" my front end bearings on the driver side. After paying way too much, i picked it up and went to work. By the time i got to the mill, my breaks went out, and i had to have the car towed back to them. Now, it had a broken break line because they didn't secure it when they put it back together.They "fixed" the break line, and when i went to get it, they said they couldn't secure the break line because of a small broken bolt.. which is laughable... because they are telling me that a place with all of those " mechanics" and none of them can drill and tap a small bracket bolt??I will attach a picture of their brilliant workmanship...lol

Receptionist needs to be replaced, or at least given some lessons in customer service and phone etiquette.Tech was very helpful though and that s what saves the rating. Michael J M was friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to help find a solution for my flat that worked around my hectic schedule, and didn t make me feel like I was being difficult.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I'll have to drive an hour in too get the answers I need. Very frustrating. Update, upon arriving at the store I was met with understanding and assistance on my limited knowledge on purchasing tires. I was assisted unbiasedly as the conversation on the phone was not a productive one. The staff members worked as a team and really want to meet the customers needs. I raised the rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of my in-person experience. I even met with the member I spoke with on the phone and we found common ground, I was frustrated due to the unexpected and critical need for tires and the associate was overwhelmingly full of information, which is a good thing except when you are trying to share it with an already overwhelmed customer. Really a face-face encounter was best in my case, although inconvenient, because I wouldn't have known what they were talking about over the phone.

Good service! I thought I needed a part replaced, and when they got in they realized it was just a loose bolt which they tightened up for me, no charge. They could've just replaced the part and charged me for something I didn't need , but they did not.Honesty at a mechanic is appreciated.

This location is the best! I was passing through town summer 2023 and discovered a nail in my tire. I took my car here for the repair and they went above and beyond to make sure I would be safe on my trip home! Not only did they fix the tire for free, Travis even filled up my low spare tire. They were all very friendly and I felt that I really mattered. Thank you Warrenton Les Schwab for taking care of me!

Front desk personal are welcoming and personable. Mechanics are experienced and professional. I've never felt pushed to buy anything when I'm there, only educated on what is best for my car. Great business to work with and highly recommend their services.

Very friendly staff. We stopped by randomly from a tpms sensor tripping and they helped us check it out without any wait. They solved the issue quickly and we were on our way. Nice interior, funny receptionist, just a great friendly place.

Worst experience ever at a les schwab. Tech. Was rude and very disrespectful waited over an hour while 3 tech stood around one customer talking about tires. I ask about time frame and they all said it take 3 to help this customer. All the while I patiently waited. Finely they put 1 new tire on my utility trailer. Back track a week ago I came to get a flat fixed on said trailer and they said they can't fix it cause it is over 10 years old. They only looked at the one tire. So week later I come in and purchased a new tire at $140.00 ish . When I go inside to pay the tech said I told you last week you need to buy 2 new tire. That was a lie. He said nothing after the sort.. so any way he said this in front of the front desk person. I only had enough to get one tire anyway short story long. He all but called me a lier. Such bad customer service.

Traveling from Long Beach to Portland and stopped in due to a little play in a couple wheels on my dual axle travel trailer. I just needed the wheel and hub removed, throw a little grease in there and tighten the bearing nut and replace the hub and tire. Would take me about 30 minutes with an air gun, sledge hammer, and crescent wrench. McCall Les Schwab Tire Center in Warrenton said they could not help me for three days! They said it was a several hour job which is not even close but ok, it's clear you dont want my business. I asked to buy some grease so I could go across the street and do it myself and they said no! I've been going to Les Schwab for 30 years... no Les, no more! Leave me stranded, I'll take my business elsewhere... FOREVER!!! I'm just like... WOW!!! Unbelievable! Les is barely in the ground and rolling over I'm sure! RIP old friend! *UPDATE* Thanks for the reply Nate. But you would not even sell me a little grease to do it myself and assume the risk. Fact is your business did not show any concern for a stranded traveler, offered no help or suggestions. Just NO. Even after I came back in visibly distraught about my predicament with my wife and dog being stranded. I've replaced several bearings on countless trailers and vehicles as my best friend owns an auto shop. After walking all over warrenton and finally landing at Auto Zone just before they closed, I bought a jack and grease and fixed it myself. Took me about a half an hour, all bearings looked great as I expected. They had just wore in and required about a quarter turn on the castle nut to remove the slight play. I finally got home to Vancouver, WA about midnight with NO HELP FROM LES SCHWAB!

I came to have the pressure of my tires checked right after having check it with the dealer where I bought my car, they made a list of what they checked in which It included the tire pressure and reset, I suspect that they did not check them because I have had problems with my tires and I know exactly the psi and the levels were exactly the same when they returned my car, I told the guy that I think they didn t check my tires but he insisted and it was checked. I got out of there frustrated and stop by lesschwab to make sure since I really trust them and have to drive out of town next day. I found confirmation of my suspicions, the Fd dealer never checked my tires as they put on the receipt description and Les Shwab found a nail on it and fixed.Thank you very much Lesschwab, for the excellent service and excellent customer service, I have been used your services more than ten years and each time the service has been excellent, fast, low cost or no cost. Thank you for existing and help people to be safe on the roads.

This place was awesome! Russel called me a couple times because there was issues with my cars current tires but he gave me multiple options and how to solve the problem. My car has the wrong tires and switching to the correct was the best option, my car rides smoother, breaks better, and it no longer scrapes on the road!! I ve gone here a few times for tires and while paying for it sucks their friendly attitude and good work is 100% worth every penny. My only regret is not having extra money to tip everyone who helped me.

Wonderful place with very professional staff! First time I had to use them and it was a great experience. Went in to have tire plugged from a small screw, they did not charge me anything. (Who does this??) I'd have them do more but only in area till tomorrow but there is one in Olympia, WA, so may have them do some other items of concern while in area. Thanks for the superior service!!

Great service, over and above! The entire team of staff is special. I cannot begin to comment on how terrific the service was that we received from the time we walked inside the center, until the time we drove away. From Vancouver, BC Canada, 2 females heading home, we kept receiving an indication that our right front tire was low, (what a stressor so far away from home). However, within a few hours we were on our way, at no charge yet!!! Les Schwab Tire Center repaired the tire!!! I only wish we had this type of service closer to home! Thanks so very much!

Went in today for a slow leak in my tire. Having no idea what it would be I wasn't sure how deep in the hole I'd be leaving. Turns out it was a small nail. I was completely shocked when I found out they fixed it free of charge! They've got my business permanently now and I'd have their back in a prison riot! Oh.. One more thing to add, while I was in there a gentleman came in for a problem with his tire... Turns out his tire was too bald or something and unsafe to work on so they wouldn't take it off(I hate to misquote here) . To some that might sound iffy, but to me that's a sign of a company that puts the safety of their employees first. All companies should treat their employees safety as a priority like this. Good job Les Schwab!
