Excellent products and services. The employees are very happy, helpful, and energetic. Hayden was very knowledgeable and took pride in when he was doing. The trustworthy, hard working team got me in and out of there in record time. This is my second visit. I will be making this my regular stop for oil and all routine maintenances.

Wow! Outstanding service. I spoke with Forest on the phone about replacing headlights and he encouraged me to come in. I got there and they got everything taken care of fast and easy. Thank you!

Customer service was HORRIBLE! I basically was reprimanded as soon as I gave them my keys about the condition of my oil, and was very rude at checkout as well. They definitely lost a longtime customer today. Out of all the staff, only the one that drove my car around and gave me the keys was polite. Never returning to this place again!!

Not at all happy, they put thinner oil in my older car that already butn oil, now every time I drive for even 10 min it majorly smells like burnt oil and if I drive for over 15min smoke plumes out from under the hood. I already took it back in to them one and all they did was put an additive in it and say it will be fine, so I get to just deal with it until I can afford to get another oil change from someone who actually knows something about vehicles.

This is my place. Since I've moved here over 5 years ago, I have received 100% great service. I am a female, so going to a shop is always stressful. (I know how to change my oil and do basic things on my cars)Today we went in for an oil change...my car has been yelling at me about it for a week. The tech came in and informed me that I got the extended oil change last time and I still 1,000 miles on it. He asked if I still wanted to do the oil change or he could just check my levels and make sure everything was good. I said thank you for reminding me, please check my levels. He came back and let me know everything was good and he reset the oil life indicator and sent me on my way...no charge! This place has always been awesome and fair! I won't go anywhere else while I live here.

Fast Lube and Oil did a great job for us on our Ford F250 diesel truck. They were efficient and very courteous. The bathroom was immaculate and there is a very nice waiting room. Forest even gave me a cutting of a plant. Such nice people!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pulled up 12 minutes before closing and was denied an oil change. Guess they decided to close early. Giving an excuse that they actually close at 5:15pm? Told them to change the time in google then. They closed the door when I pulled up.

The guys who work here are SO helpful and polite! Went in for a routine oil change and received great service. Their lobby and bathroom for waiting customers are also great! VERY clean. Keurig complete with pods and fixings for the adults, a permanently unlocked Pacman game for any kiddos along for the ride, and relatively comfy seats for all. Will definitely be going back.

Not very professional. The person who worked on my car was difficult to communicate with, and they couldn't find an air filter replacement in the shop. I went ahead and replaced it on my own afterward and found the clip to secure the hood prop was missing. Called back and was told "I don't know, I wasn't working yesterday." It's a little thing, sure, but it indicates they were not paying attention. Will not be going back.Service: Oil change

Reasonable rates for services offered with a very friendly staff. Pays to look at or call about all the services available from this place. Took my old 87 Bronco in and we threw everything they could at and into it for $1300 (there was A LOT). I called around to regular shops for a quote on the same services and the closest one was at $2200. Not saying cheaper is always better, but these guys took the time to explain what they wanted to do, why, and what to expect afterwards. Now I never mentioned I was a mechanic and what they told me was legit. Double checked the work and it all got done. Forrest has a great crew and they rocked it.

Steven was very helpful and informative. I brought a car to him that had been in storage for the past year. I needed to transport two and a half hours away,safely. I was giving it to my sister. I wanted to make sure it was in the best shape as possible. He really helped me purchase the repairs,that I needed. I highly recommend his service.

This was a good experience. I had been going to Kia for years, I really like Kias service but it was taking 2 hours with an appointment! Fast lube cost about the same minus the car wash and vacuum. I did buy a car wash token for $6. The whole thing took about 20 minutes .

They not only performed the work I requested, but recommended other things that needed to be addressed and took the time to show me in detail why they recommend the work. Had my oil changed today and was pleasantly surprised! Super friendly guys who went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did they do a good and timely job changing my oil, but they vacuumed my car for me without asking and even offered to check out my check engine light that had come on! They gave me helpful tips once we figured out what the problem was. They even checked my tire pressure for me. I will continue to go here from now on! I have always just had places change my oil and send me on my way but these guys were amazing! Thank you!

While staying at Ft. Steven's, my transmission was not working correctly. Most repair shops are closed on Saturdays by the way. Forest was amazing and found a solution quickly for me. He drained some fluid and took the time to explain the situation, FREE of charge. If you need to service your vehicle, go see Forest....he'll take care of you!!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Fast lube warrenton is the best. Absolute best. Always working hard and the manager-Forest- is so helpful and understanding to each and every customer. He always goes above and beyond the job. Always staying late to ensure everyone is happy when they drive away.

Well where to begin. I was first up in second bay. Thinking okay this should take tops 30 minutes. I am in the lobby waiting...there are 2 guys working...one seems to be the prep guy and the other the tech. The first bay vehicle leaves within about 10 minutes of me being there. The prep guy is doing tire pressure checks and washing my front and back Windows. Meanwhile some guy pulls up and the main tech talks to him for about10minutes. Seemed like they were just having a social visit. 30 minutes after being there....someone who was there previously had tire issues...so the main tech instead of saying oh look les Schwab is right there...decides to spend 20-30 minutes...on him and test driving his vehicle. I literally spent 1 1/2 hrs there...and mind you I was first vehicle in second bay. $65 dollars. No sorry no nothing. First and last time I will ever go there!

Steven was awesome! He took care of my (20+ year old) Altima like she was half that age! Not only did she have a spot on oil change, he installed a head light bulb that I had struggled with for a couple of months install myself (even with Youtube coaches!) :/ he also pointed out a loose bolt that was allowing oil to go where it shouldn't go. In conclusion, Fast Lube & Oil in Warretnon will take excellent care of you and your vehicle.Service: Oil change

This place is very small, tight parking and maneuvering, the car wash had been down for weeks without a sign up, and I was the one who told staff that there was a coin stuck in the card slot. He didnt seemed too thrilled to have to get the coin out which was actually a token from the Fast Lube and Oil. He didn't listen to the customer and the high power jets were strong enough to peel a sticker off of the back of my truck! But at least he listened in the end which resulted in dislodging the token. Any worse and I would have had to give 2 stars.

I am over the moon happy with Fast Lube and Oil. I went in for an oil change but they found other things that needed attention. The issues were resolved the same day. Excellent work. Excellent people.

Your vacuum doesn't work very well if you guys could get that fix that would be amazing. And also your shampooer is not working properly. If you get that fixed. That would be helpful. Thank you

I would never use this business again!!!! I had my own oil and was charged $78.00, plus they left the screws out of the engine guard and left it dragging on the ground. Now I need a mechanic to fix it. Please please please don t support this business!!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
