Not sure why you take appointments? This is the second time it took over 2 hours to rotate tires. This time I was told it was because of walk ins. Turn the walk ins away and ask them to make an appointment. I will take a hard look at where I buy tires next time. Your scheduling system and customer service is broken. Good luck!

Got my tires and TPS (tire pressure sensors) replaced here.Great experience. Great service and at a very good price.

The mechanics were very friendly and helpful, and were even willing to issue the rebate/discount which didn't start for two more days. Same day install took about two hours, though there were several other cars ahead in line.I'll keep this review updated as service/warranty is needed.

I was vacationing on the Oregon coast when I blew a tire Saturday evening. Costco Tire Service Center was the only one open on Sunday. Called them and spoke to Jose. They had the tires I needed and even though I was a walk in they still were able to get me in and done in a timely manner. Very happy and impressed with the level of service with Jose and his crew. They were very busy, but still were able to get me in and out quick. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service! I will definitely use Costco for my future tire needs!

The tire center was very helpful. The procedures used for proper lug nut torque was great. I looked up under NASA engineering about the best way to prepare and torquing lug nut was spot ON. It impressed me with there professionalism. Definitely five starService

The tires were on sale. The staff was great very friendly and explained everything.Plus they got me in right away. The tires they sold have a 3 year roads side help!

Shane was super helpful and friendly, I reccomend costco tire center, plus the Nitrogen Air is really nice, not really necessary on road cars but cool as a car nerd.
