Tonight a gas attendant was helping someone with propane. No problem we waited in the car. He made eye contact with us. We waited. Still no problem.. After a minute or so two cars showed up and pulled up to pumps next to us. After he was done with propane after several minutes he went to the cars that came in after us and pumped theirs first. Then, as we still waited, another car pulls up behind us. The attendant then walks to that car and begins to pump their gas we left. Come on man, seriously? We ve been coming here for 20+ years but that may have been our last straw. Pretty ridiculous

Gas is more expensive here than other station, but at least it is open late.

Love this place. Employees are nice and helpful. There is even a kiosk that evaluates the experience of every patron. really cool. They have had and propane too.

This fueling station gets an A+. The parking lot was clean as was the store, bathrooms, fixtures, etc. You could just tell that those that worked here were taking phenomenal care of their store. A pleasure to stop there. Thank

Only good thing is easy access to the station. Poor service, lack of customer acknowledgment, each customer is not treated of equal importance.Today when I arrived to get propane, there was one car at the pump. I waited for the attendant to acknowledge me he looked up and continued pumping gas, another car pulled in and the attendant started pumping their gas, I figured ok I will wait till he is done then another car pulled in and again with out any type of acknowledgment he walked over to the third car that pulled in, I walked over to the attendant and ask when I could get propane he started the pumps have to be off first. Well cars Continued to pull in so this would be a never ending wait to get service. You would think the cars that came after would have been informed it would be a moment while he attended to get our propane, but that wasn't the case it was me that had to continue the wait. I walked back to my vehicle loaded my empty tank and left, while pulling out of the lot I called and asked for the corporate phone number, pam who answered stated she didn't know the number I would need to speak to Amanda the manager in Monday.This is not the first bad experience I have had here, I was just at the point of needing to share the bad experience since it continues to be an issue and i think every customers business should be treated as valuable as the other.After leaving poters shell gas station I went up the street to veneta towne pump where there were three cars filling up and one attendant. Immediately when I stepped out of my vehicle the attendant acknowledged me, and had me in and out of the station in less than 5 mins. That's how a valued customer should be treated. Sometimes waiting is part of a visit but no acknowledgement nor feeling valued is not a business I want to keep around and give my hard earned money to.My service will continue to go to Veneta towne station and my experience with porters will be shared.

Gas is priced decently, little pricey for general goods, great prices on beer though, and the customer service is great. They are nice and go out of their way for people. Pretty much the only 24 hour store in Veneta.

For the most part it's your typical Shell fuel station with a Porter's C-store. Usual fuel selection of the primary 3 grades of unleaded w/ethanol, (sorry no Clear) that's available at the Towne Pump a mile & a half West or 9 miles West at the Noti Market) Diesel #2 not blended, and Propane. You can pay with your card at the pump however cash will have to be paid in advance and inside the store. There is air/water station for a fee & not real conveniently located at the NE end in front of the the store next to the bag ice machine. Typical 10lb crushed or blocks. The C-store carries your usual assortment of snacks, sodas, candy, juice, beer, wine, coffee & flavored coffees, water, sports drinks, grab n go sandwiches, and small variety of electronics accessories, souvenirs items, meds, energy/dietary supplements, automotive products, etc as well as tobacco products and of course Oregon Lottery (scratch-its and draw games) NO video poker/slot machines. There is a small U-haul rental desk inside and fair sized Men's & Women's usually clean restrooms. The lot will easily accommodate large motor homes, trailers, trucks etc with 2 driveways.Update November 2021, this station has been rebranded to Circle K, and is no longer open 24 hrs. Will add hours of operation when they decide to post them. If your traveling to the coast after 9pm your last chance for fuel between Eugene and Florence will be the Jacksons/Shell station at Greenhill & Hwy 126, edge of W Eugene city limits.

I tried to get propane today, but was told gas customers were more important to management. If I could wait until they were all gone, I would be helped. Horrible service model!

This place always has staff that s working very hard very fast and super friendly. Love the lady at the counter introduced me to her coffee and got me addicted.

Just left, store closes at midnight for covid, pulled in at pump. The manager (Amanda) walked away from the pumps went inside and closed the store at 8pm.

Way to update your hours. Sick and tired of making late nite store runs whe it says it's open and I get there, nothing.

Gas takes forever, every time. I think the staff got too stoned and forgot they were supposed to be working!

Talk about highway robbery! Avoid this high priced un-convienient store. The help is really hit and miss....in the store
