Pape Automotive has been really great to work with! They are upfront about pricing and honest. They were able to fix the AC in our Durango which is a relief to have working again. Thank you guys!We also just had them change the transmission fluid and oil. It s running noticeably soother. They were pretty quick getting the work done and even pumped up my tires for me. Next time we need service for our vehicle we ll be coming back here.

The team at Pape Automotive has customer service down to a fine art! They could teach classes on communication and clarity in dealing with customers. Their mechanics are skilled and service and repairs are always done in a timely manner. They always go above and beyond to ensure they understand the customer's needs and accommodate and educate so there are as few surprises as possible in any job. Pape Automotive was very accommodating and professional in helping me deal with my vehicle issues. They were able to squeeze me in at the last minute, during a holiday week and kept me updated as they worked on my car and located the issues. There service was wonderful they brought me back home until my suv was done and picked me up. will be using this place over the normal place i went to before!!! Very Friendly and not pushy like some shops are!!

I had new brakes put on and the rotors resurfaced- they did it for a much more affordable price than other places! Nice people and great experience. Will be going to them in the future

Scheduled my 2015 Pilot in for its timing belt and 120k service which is a big one. Peter kept me updated so communications were great and they even offered their shuttle car service but wasn t needed because they got an estimated two day repair finished in only one day. Awesome first time experience and I highly recommend this shop!

PAPE was highly recommended by a friend to fix a major engine problem on my 2018 GMC Sierra. PAPE was fantastic from beginning to the end of the repair work. Extremely friendly in keeping me informed all along the way as to what the problem was and progress during the repair. I can not say enough on my positive experience with them. I will now use PAPE for all my routine maintenance and repair work.

Pleasant experience. The owner and techs are very competent. I dropped the vehicle off and left it several days as it was a large brake job. I ll not hesitate to utilize this shop again.

My oldest daughter moved to Eugene in May (1300 miles from my home in Colorado). The staff at Pape s are helpful and genuine. I have never felt uncomfortable or pushed into making any uninformed decision. They are knowledgeable and ensure you understand what needs to be done before doing it, as well as provide a very thorough report of what was done of the vehicle. Definitely trustworthy!

We had a great experience at Pape auto. The communication before, durring and after was exceptional. I have never had a shop be so clear on what was needed, what can wait and what absolutely needs to be done. Our car is a 15 year old Nissan that is a total beat up teenage car but they treated it very well and gave us good advise knowing what it is is being used for. Planning to take all our vehicles to Pape in the future. They have defenitely earned our business with the honesty and great communication.

Techs here are honest and upfront about costs and no extra expenses without checking with you first. They are communicative and even sent a text when my car was being diagnosed, and then a full report with exact problems. These guys are fantastic, this was my 1st visit here, they checked my engine light for free, then I made an appointment, they checked out everything on the car, made a few recommendations, engine light was just an electronic ghost, & that was it. This is probably by far the best experience I ve had with a mechanic shop. Felt very comfortable and confident in their ability to do their job. The guys at the counter were super helpful never pressured me or lied about anything. Prices were very fair. All in all I will definitely come back when I have other issues highly recommended to anyone who doesn t wanna get ripped off. Everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. The team at Pape Automotive are the most honest mechanics I know. They're always clear with what's going on and what needs to be worked on. Their comprehensive inspection gives you information to plan ahead for routine maintenance. I especially enjoy that they can text and email their reports so I have a chance to review it all on my own time. Their after hours drop off and pick up system make it convenient to have my vehicle serviced there. I used to think I had bad luck with cars, turns out I made bad choices when it came to mechanics. I called and had a great customer service person listen and got me in as soon as possible. The shop was clean and they genuinely cared. I got a quick response with pictures and explanations. Took my truck in and they went over it and found a few things wrong let me know and fixed everything I was going on vacation and needed my truck they went above and beyond to get my truck done and they where very customer service orientated very friendly would recommend to anyone
