They removed a 30 foot trailer that had given everyone else I had gone to for help issues. They were able to move it like it was a small, light trailer, not a 30 foot monster. They were quick, efficient, and didn't tear up my yard in spite of the rain! If I need another tow, I'll call them first. If I need to call AAA, Lilly Pad Towing will most likely be the ones to respond, which works for me. Great local business.

We had been trying to figure out how to move a trailer from my friend's property to ours for a few months and we kept trying and getting trucks stuck, etc. We were frustrated, and I saw Lilly Pad post on the Veneta Community Network, and I thought aha! I will just call them. It was the best decision. They were fast, and professional and got the trailer here very quickly with no hassle at all. Will definitely call them again! I don t leave reviews often. I was stranded in Veneta at 10pm on a Sunday. One call and Jim came out, towed us to Portland, and did so with energy and kindness that was honestly surprising given my previous experience of towing companies.I wish these guys were in Portland so I could refer them more. Definitely use if possible.

We were picked up by Lilly Pad Towing on Father's Day heading back to our home in Washington after a wonderful camping trip with our 2 middle sons, daughter in law and 2 grandkids. They were both very nice and extremely helpful. It was amazing to have a friendly face at the end of a 6 plus hour wait along a busy highway. We didnt have a place to park our 5th wheel while we are waiting for the mechanic shop to open in the morning, they let us stay in their parking lot. They even hooked us up to water & electricity. We have family and friends throughout this area and will make sure rhey call Lilly Pad Towing whenever they're in need of roadside assitance. Amazing company!

Michael is great! He saved us from being stuck on the freeway for 3 hours. Was so scary praying the trucks n cars would not hit us. Cold, getting dark and raining. I'm telling everyone about Lilly Pad Towing Service! But we have still not got our truck towed? I get that Lilly Pad doesn't have a truck big enough to tow our truck, so we're still sitting at Sherry's waiting????

I would say best towing in service in the Great Northwest! It's never a fun day when you need a tow, but Mike and his crew sure make it less stressful. They are professional, courteous, and honestly empathetic to the predicament you've found yourself in. If you're in need of a tow... Stop Googling and call Mike at Lilly Pad.
