Went in for a tire rotation and had speedy and exceptional service. This was by far the quickest les schwab experience I've had which was amazing because I brought my two kids with me. The receptionist was very kind and I am extremely happy with my experience and the service.

I went into the Vale store (today) on a seemingly busy Saturday, to have all 4 tires changed. Service was fast, I am very pleased. The price was great. The Ontario location quoted me a lot more, so I will gladly continue doing business at the Vale location. Thank you to all the hard workers who sacrifice their weekends, to keep people rollin down the road.

Had a nail in my tire and these guys fixed it soooo fast! Shout out to William and your supervisor, exceptional service. Went in for a free flat fix and will be coming back for all new tires when they are needed. Thanks again!

We highly recommend this location. We experienced a flat tire in our rental car. Les Schwab had the right size tire at a great price. The team members were very friendly and fast - they had us on our way within 15 mins. Wish we lived nearby because we would love to use this place for all our tire needs. THANK YOU!!!

Oh my. Where to start. Bought a brand new horse trailer in southern oregon. So my husband and I drove the 1500 miles to get it. Long story short, we blew a tire and fender off 30 miles north of burns. A good semeritain had the tools to change it, thank you RV Transport, went through vale oregon and bought a new tire to get off my spare. Thank you guys for fixing it in 5 minutes and getting us on our way back to wyoming. You guys ROCK!

You're going to get the same great customer service here you have come to expect from Les Schwab, with the added benefit of small town hospitality. They have knowledgeable techs and friendly front desk staff. I come here for all my tire needs. They even adjusted my rear drums for free! Say, thanks fellas! Wouldn't even take a tip for it!

1 star rating for the alignment shop. Left my car 2 days to have it aligned and they couldn't get it done. Nor did they gave an excuse. After they did do it it was done improperly and I had to take it to the Schwab in Ontario to have it fixed.As for the break and tire shop 5 star. They helped my brother with a broken break shoe. They made a pin fit so he could drive home safely. Also I had 5 tires put on my truck and they had it done in under 30mins! Over all I still recommend les Schwab

Wow! We were incredibly lucky when we needed help with our 4x4 van and vale les Schwab was only a few blocks away. We have a specialty built quigley tie rod on our front end that was bent . Parts were on the east coast. We were hoping that we could bend the tie rod back as much as possible so we could get back home in Utah To get it fixed there. Rankin got us in quickly and in just a few minutes, worked his magic. He answered all our questions and was extremely professional. Wish I lived in vale so I could give these guys more business!

I ordered tires and I'm going in for a new battery for my winch. I always go to Me a Schwabs for my tire and battery needs. There very gracious. And almost help me to fast. As soon as you walk in the door your greeted immediately and told they will be right with you. Then they are. Your never forgotten. Most know me by Name. It's a great local store. I know most of the people for quite some time. If you can stay home and support the locals and their jobs. You will be greatly rewarded

Had leaf springs break on my trailer. Left the trailer on their lot Sunday and called them on Monday to get it fixed. Shad and Rankin were awesome. New springs, new tires and packed bearings were completed by Wednesday. They even helped me hook my trailer back up when I was picking it up! These guys rock! Thanks Vale Les Schwab team.

They quoted me 410.00 called back 3 weeks later and they want 475 to do the same job, now apparently the parts are more expensive now.... still haven't got a call back to go do the work, I stopped in and the lady at the desk pretty much ignored me so I went to a private mechanic. They are really expensive and I won't be returning to any of their stores again.

Ended up stranded.. 2 flat tires..rolling on a donut.. suddely lost tge second tire and we're in the muddle of no where.. 100 bucks in my pocket total..what a mess.. An local officer gave me a ride here and they fixed me up with tires even though i was a little short on funds. Great guys there got us rolling in no time also for free offered to cgeck the pressure in our other tires.. safley back on the road... 3 of us in the car were very grateful.. 6 thumbs up ..thank you kindly!

Vale store is better than the Ontario store. those crooks in Ontario just want to sell you new tires dont want to fix their own tires wont ever go to the Ontario store.

I had a very low travel trailer tire. Pulled in, Nate jumped right on it, $30 and 20 mins later my spare tire was swapped onto ground rim and balanced and the nail removed, patched and back on the rim. Thanks Nate!

I was going on vacation my wife said one of the tires seemed to have a leak I pulled up let them know what was going on they took the tire off the rim checked it for everything have the car back and said have a great trip at no cost Les Schwab Rocks

I had a screw in my tire, so I took my rig to Les Schwab's in Vale. They had my tire fixed and ready to go in less than 10 minutes! And they were friendly to my curious kids!

I won't but tires or have front end work done anywhere but the Vale Les. Schwab's store. Shad Harrison and his crew are the best.

Much better service than most other tire places in the area. Even if you live in Ontario, the drive to Vale is worth the better service.
