I recently had a brake controller and running boards installed on my van here and I am now looking forward to having them work on the grill cover. The staff has been incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. Their work is top-notch, and I can understand why they came highly recommended to me. My experience so far has been great, and I trust them for all my van accessory needs.

I was having issues with my Volta system. Jenson and his crew had to troubleshoot with the Volta techs . . . trace wires to ensure proper connection. Eventually, they had to send the battery back for replacement. I m pretty sure it was a hassle; the last thing they wanted on their plate; working under warranty; my van at their place for over a month! I felt bad about that, sorry.However, Jenson was super cool and nice about it. They got me back on the road. Thank you Van Specialties for taking care of me!

Just picked up my new built out MB 170 4x4. The team at Van Specialties killed it. Love their ideas and dedication in getting it done right. Great team there, the owners are awesome, and they have been doing it since the beginning. Nice thing is they can do it all from wet baths to windows to cabinets.

I had yet another good experience with my SprinterVan at Van Specialties last week. They have made quite a number of additions and changes to my van over the years. This time, due to some scheduling changes, they had to figure out how to get my van in early, which really helped. After the work was done, during testing they found some additional unexpected issues with my van, unrelated to the planned work. Everyone worked together to address these and get my van out the door on time. Quality work at reasonable prices and they do care about their customers.

Great place to go for van repairs. I own a converted Ram Promaster that has European parts. It has a skylight behind the drivers seat that opens. The crank mechanism for opening the skylight failed and since I had trouble with it before I decided to replace the skylight.Jenson went above and beyond finding the part I needed and helping me order it. The new skylight came from Germany. I brought it over to their shop and it was installed the same day. They did a great job of installing it.They are very proud of their business and Jenson showed me around the shop and showed me some of the vans they had done. All looked very well done and it made me know they could do a good job fixing; my van. I think their main business is up-fitting vans into camper vans. I d certainly talk to them if I wanted a new camper van.

Six years after my Sprinter conversion, I continue to be completely satisfied with after-sales support. I ve had a couple questions emailed to Van Specialties while touring the country and they come back promptly. Just this week I needed answers to a battery separator and Rob Evan s help (he s great) was priceless. To me, this level of support, well after the sale, is the mark of superior customer service.

With summer winding down I was in need of help with my Webasto heater in my van - it quit working at the end of spring. Our heater is critical to how we utilize our van through ski season. Van Specialties responded to my inquiry right away and were excellent communicators throughout the whole process - super professional and responsive. Once we were able to coordinate a time that worked for everyone, they had me back up and running by the end of the next day. Repair work was methodical, and VS were able to identify and correct a few issues with the original install that were causing the problem. My heat is working better than it ever has - looking forward to another cozy winter up on the mountain. Once my self converted van has run it's course, I will certainly consider partnering with VS for a professionally built van!

Came to these guys for some additions to our new van build that was done elsewhere. They had everything we needed. Accommodated our tight time deadline when no one else could. Work was excellent!

The professionals at Van Specialties are simply amazing. They were able to translate a complex mix of needs into workable designs, backed by their years of practical experience in what works best.Kudos to Rob and Jensen for their judgment, advocacy and patience, and their followthrough to make our Van perfect. And a huge thank you to the craftspeople their who produced this high quality build for us.Our van conversion is beautiful, comfortable, and simply awesome and we cannot say enough great things about this talented crew!

Honestly, this was beyond amazing I called Tuesday 9:30 AM. He said they have a spot available Wednesday at 12 noon. The job is finished by Thursday at 12:30 noon he had installed a webasto air cabin 2000 heater.I cannot rave enough on how to professionally and quickly that was doneThanks, GregGary From Zimbabwe

Every time I operate the bootleg roof vent they installed in my van I think about their quad retail Mac track fittings (fake ones at that) and I m like. Damn I messed up

I had a great experience with Van Specialties. They installed rear and slider windows (CRL) in my Promaster. They did a masterful job. The windows are perfect.

I had the pleasure of working along side the folks from Van Specialties this week. I run a custom van shop as well and must say that they are a great bunch. They treated me and my customer professionally and fairly. Litch, Greg, Lori and the rest of their team are seasoned van builders with many years of experience. They've seen it all!. I cant say enough good things about the people here. I was scheduled fast and the work was done in a day. Greg and Lori have a great office, where you can check fridges. I got some pro build out tips from some of the staff and they have 47 years of experience.. I wont take my van anywhere else

My wife and I were very pleased with the service and quality of their workmanship. Everyone was very nice and down to earth people. Thank you all for getting our Sprinter van build started off in the right direction. We would definitely recommend Van Specialties as a A+ 5 Star team.

Really happy with the conversion they did on our new 2020 Sprinter 170" WB van. It was on time, accurately quoted, and with excellent craftsmanship. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for something different than the all plastic offerings from Winnebago Revel, or the insanely expensive offerings from some of the other custom outfitters.

I was so impressed by the customer service from the guys at Van Specialties. I came in not quite knowing what needed fixed on a new (used) purchase, and the guys there were very helpful in getting us ready to roll. At the end of fixing brakes towards the end of the workday, they were still able to help us get a few other things done that otherwise would have taken me all over town. I would highly recommend Van Specialties, they did a great job and were very friendly.

i bought a 2012 sprinter and had the guys at Van Specialities convert it into a camper. Galley, electrical, custom cabinets, heating, windows. I had a wonderful experience with this business. Highly professional, responsive, and wonderful quality work that is still, 4 yrs later, operating just like the day the conversion was finished. 10/10 would do it all again.

These guys are outstanding! My van was built by a different builder and specialties got me in and helped diagnose some issues that I was having with it. They worked well with the other builder all in an effort to get me back on the road with a van that was up to date and running well. Thanks guys

I purchased three windows for my Nissan NV 2500 online and my installer bailed!! I reached out to Van specialties and they agreed to install my windows and did a wonderful job. Very happy with the work and most importantly the willingness to install my product!! Not a standard practice. Thank you Litch!ZERO PROPS to VAN HAUS who rudely shot back an email: "We DON'T install other people's products and we DON'T work on Nissan's". End of email. That's it? So bleak. So rude! Lol

These guys are spot on! Rob and his crew at Van Specialties have upfitting a Mercedes Benz Sprinter perfected in the sweet spot between art and science.My wife and I wanted a simple camper built into a 2014 170. We talked to Rob and the folks at Outside Vans and decided to go with Rob and Van Specialties. For us it was a big decision with long lasting consequences.We picked well! Rob guided us through the process seamlessly. No pressure...no upsell. He created our vision in the Sprinter perfectly.Van Specialties can go as simple or high end as you like with workmanship and pricing superior to the competition.

Drove 5hr to get Van Specialties to finish off our home build campervan (meaning the things I didn t want to do) and was not disappointed. We had a long wish list and they did it all and at a fair price. This is the second time we have worked with Van Specialties and will not hesitate to again in the future.

I did 12 months of researching almost every option for van conversions on the west coast. I chose Van specialties and simply could not be more impressed with the Service, Quality of interaction and overall build quality. These guys are extremely cost competitive and have been doing this type of work since the early 70's. I initially was going to go with the "Other competitor" in the area but their quote was almost twice what VS was and VS work is dialed. A++ #Vanlove

This place does amazing work at a reasonable price. Sure...they do high end beautiful work, and they do exactly what I want for my lower budget 'bug out' van! Litch is a salesman there. He is amazing.
