I'm super impressed with Ratchet Head Automotive! I needed some repair work done on my windshield wiper fluid system. Dominic was very quick to get back to my initial phone call. We discussed my needs and he scheduled me to come in the next day. He found the problem right away and ordered the necessary parts for next day delivery. He called me in when they got to his shop, and it took him 15 minutes to complete the work. He's super friendly and knowledgeable, and his prices sound like they'd be hard to beat. I took my 2007 BMW 335i in to Dominic and his team for turbo issues and oil leaks. He evaluated my car very thoroughly, and gave me my diagnostic and estimate in a very prompt and organized fashion. You can tell just by talking to him and going into his shop how knowledgable him and his team are. Althought it was a pretty big job, that not many shops want to work on, he gave me a reasonably cheap quote compared to other shops who would, and did the job very fast. He also gave me the freedom of bringing in my own turbo kit for him to install, as OEM isn't always the most updated equipment. It was a 19 hours of labor job and he was able to complete it in just two days! Every day he gave me an end of date update with pictures and kept me informed of how the car looked. The job was perfectly executed and I couldn't be happier with the way he carries his business. Overall, Dominic and his team are an over-the-top collective of individuals who know alot about customer satisfaction and automotive knowledge. Will be my mechanic moving forward.

Very pleasant experience with Dominic at Ratchet Head Automotive. First time doing business. He is very knowledgeable and honest about what he does and explains everything well! Awesome customer service! I would highly recommend him to anyone. He repaired 2 of my electric window motors. I can now finally have full access of both of them. I rate Dominic a 5 star! I m super happy I found this place. Dominic was extremely helpful, communicative, and kind. He was able to get me in the next day for new breaks, rotors, and an oil change and even got the car back to me that same day. He provided me with a clear quote, which was hundreds of dollars less than every other place I called, and communicated clearly with me about things to keep an eye on. My first experience lead me to take my other car in just a week later. I had been having issues with the second car and Dominic, again, quoted the repairs and the diagnostic hundreds of dollars cheaper than every other place I called. He was quick, updated me frequently, and I will absolutely be taking my cars to him from now on. I recently had my BMW serviced here for a wheel bearing replacement and suspension tune up, and Dominick was a breeze to work with and communicated any issues he found with me! I needed a new clutch for my Toyota. I had tried to get quotes from two other shops, but either didn't respond, or were slow to respond. I emailed Dominic and he sent a quote right away. I decided to use him and was glad I did. He kept in contact and had my truck done on time with no issues... very happy. Dominic is the best! Not only did he ensure I was comfortable but he was clear and kind! The service he gave was above and beyond what I expected and my car drives like it is brand new again! I request a disagnosis and quote for my front brake pads and Rotors. Dominic sent me a quote quickly with clear pricing that include all parts and labor costs. He also included rear brake quote. We decided to focus on the front brakes with no pressure or push to fix the rear due to not needing them immediately. Dominic came to pick up my vehicle at my office and took it back to the shop which was so convientent. He was able to complete the work in just a few hours and then delivered my car back to me! When he returned, he provided me with a comprehensive recap of the work he did and what he would recommend needs to be done soon. I can not express how much I appreciated his attitude and willingness to help! It is so refreshing to have someone to work on my vehicle I can trust 100%. Thank you!

Dropped off my 2012 F350 super duty last minute for a general check up and some servicing before a big drive up to Spokane. Dominic is extremely knowledgeable about these trucks, he was able to take care of me and also diagnose some pretty major repairs that I would ve never guessed to check. Dominic did an amazing job on my head gasket when I needed it replaced. He even went thru and cleaned up some other stuff in the engine bay as well. His prices are great and the service is top notch. Ratchet Head Automotive performed a major service on my 328 Ferrari. This included a timing belt replacement, complete fluid flush, alternator rebuild and replacement of the suspension bushings. During the process I was regularly informed of the status of the repairs and the associated charges. Dominic was fabulous! On time. Fair price . Replaced a Drivers seat in my 2005 Volvo! Did a full diagnostic of this older car and explained what still needed to be done . Helped me with battery. My car suddenly had a piece falling off it it on the highway, so I quickly looked for the closest auto shop, and was so happy I found Ratchet Head. Dominic was fast, professional, and found a number of problems the dealer hadn't (it was serviced just a few days prior). Broke down on the freeway, gave Dominic a call and he was able to rescue me and get my wheel bearing replaced on my Mercedes with no headache and is one of the nicest mechanics I ve ever come in contact with. By far one of the best mechanics I ve come across in a long time. Not only was the work performed in a timely and professional manner- but the process was explained with no hidden fees or extra services pushed on me that I don t need.
