Great advice for improving the towing experience of my GMC Sierra. The leaf spring they added made a huge difference. Superb customer service!

I ve used this shop twice now, and am totally pleased with the business and with everyone I ve worked with there. Their charges were reasonable, and the work was scheduled and performed promptly, and done right. These folks have an expansive knowledge about car and truck suspensions and how to improve performance and safety. I recommended them to an acquaintance who has the same RV I have, and they too were happy with their experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This place has been around for years and there is a reason why. They're just that good at what they do. Over the years my employers have used them several times for suspension issues on Commercial trucks and trailers and have always had good experiences. I brought my 5th wheel in to be leveled with my new truck. Within minutes Jeremy had a pretty solid plan on how to achieve this and the ball park quote he shot me was within the amount I wanted to spend. I got lucky that they had time to work me in immediately so I just left it. The end results were great. I got the trailer leveled, the suspension beefed up slightly to add more stability, which I could tell on the drive home right away, and the final invoice was right where I needed it. Can't wait for our first trip this year. Thanks again.

Customer service is on point. Got some mechanical work done for free?? The guy who answered the phone didn't even have the shims I was looking for but when I showed up to pick up what they did have, the guy let me know he had a technician literally make the shims closest to what i was looking for, for my pinion angle for some leaf springs on a Toyota pickup ('86) wheeler. One of the best places to go for what you need. Dang they're good, customer service 10/10

I had a problem with my 5th wheel rv trailer alignment. I called then came in the next morning and these guys fixed the problem on the parking lot in less than an hour. I m coming back for more suspension adjustments.

Their website says they do coil and spring replacement in vehicles. When I called about my Toyota Corolla they said they don't do that. I'm unsure of what they do do

Scheduled at 8am and literally sat there all day. Friendly suggestion make sure you plan on dropping your vehicle off and make sure you get a quote before they start. They are not cheap. Had a spring start squeaking after new ones installed and they got me in right away and took care of it. Quality work and knowledgeable people.

Had a custom spring made for a better price than I was quoted from other custom spring makers and it helped to bring up the rear of my truck.

I had a need to beef up the rear suspension on my F150. There are a myriad of options out there and opinions galore. Rather than go off of advice from random forum and word of mouth, I found a proper truck suspension / spring shop in Oregon Auto Spring. And, I'm so glad I did. The crew at OAS could not have been more professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in what I was working to accomplish. They were able to recommend a more comprehensive option at a great price. They also did a stellar install job with amazing follow up. I spent about 4 hours at the shop while they were busy with folks coming in and out. In every interaction I observed they were professional, helpful, caring, and focused on solving problems and giving out knowledge. This place is a gem.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Gratefully for this place! I've been searching high and low for nearly a week in pdx area for u bolts to support my new trailer spindle. The ones that came with the kit are few inches too short. Oregon Auto Springs performed custom bend job and made what I need under 10 minutes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Thanks to Jeremy and the guys at OAS! They handled the spring job on my big Ford within two days and it is great. I knew I was in for an improvement, but the results exceeded my expectations, my truck rides better than ever before! Also, the LED lights they stock in the lobby are really nice too.Well played Oregon Auto Spring!

Spoke to them on the phone just as they were trying to close. That didn't bother them at all. They were still very happy to talk to me and figure out what I needed. Suggested I come by sometime so they could measure things up and make sure I got the correct parts.

If you have any coil or leaf spring needs this is the place to go. I price checked an item at the cheapest place in town and they were $20 per item more, but when I figure the tax cost in WA I'm only saving $5, since I'm having the leaf springs de-arched it isn't worth the trouble. Very knowledgeable staff.

Very satisfied with the service i received. The rear springs on my 1934 Ford Hot Rod Pickup had gone flat. With no knowledge of the spring manufacture, spring rates and with my vague instructions, they came out perfectly. I got exactly what I needed. Thanks so much.

Real pros. Expensive. $250/hour.Thanks for correcting my error regarding hourly rate, and for explaining the decision to increase the labor rate. Am looking forward for my quote to lift my 1997 Ford Club Wagon, which has tired leaf springs and is really dragging its behind. I've shopped around and Oregon Auto Springs is the only place I would bring my van to. As I said, they are Real Pros.

Horrible experience! In a hurry to find a part to get my truck back on the road, I agreed to pay double what the part cost to get it there the next day. However when they ran my card, The price they gave me over the phone doubled from there. I was been told I could not return the part because it was shipped. Will never do business with this company again very dishonest!
