I had a great experience getting wiper blades and a head light! DJ went the extra mile and put my wiper blades on for me. While I was getting taken care of I could hear the rest of the crew being very helpful to the rest of the customers. I will be heading back for more of my automotive needs.

The place was well organized and not terribly busy. I really needed to use a bathroom, having been driving for almost 5 burs, But after spending about 100 bucks on things I didnt really need, they still wouldn't let me use the rest room. I was a bit disappointed as tou might imagine.

These guys have always done well by me. I've been going for about 15 years and have never had an issue getting parts I needed unless I was looking for something rather odd.... in the end, I had to special order it from A1 Coupling, so not a very common part that one time.

Called a few minutes before they closed because I realized my blinker was out and he said he wouldn't stay late for me. I could have made it there within a minute or two and could have told him what i needed and got in and paid for it quickly. I worked retail and if it was me I would have sacrificed a couple of minutes for a customer. Their customer service stinks!

Being a mobile mechanic we run into a part emergency. So i called about a part that they only had with in 25 miles. I was 10 min away and the store clerk would not wait till I arrived to get part or pay for it to be left at the front door. In these times this is very poor business. Won't be shopping here any more.

They moved but didn't update map.11-28-2021 went to get part, employee wasn't focused on helping me, talking to other customer instead. Time waster for me and not good PR.

Doug and Omar are the single best employees at any Napa in this country. Super helpful and always willing to help with random escapades like blown fuses and random odds and ends for project cars. Thanks all!

TERRIBLE place. Every time I go there for a part not only do they speak to me like I m an idiot (are you SURE your car is just a cherokee and not a GRAND Cherokee?) but I ll tell them exactly the part I need, I ll even spell it out, and they constantly try to correct me and don t listen to what I have to say, thinking it has to be something else and telling me they have it in stock - and when i get there it s not the part I needed. Started having my boyfriend call because I thought they might be more polite to him but they re not, still very short and have awful customer service.

I shop at NAPA stores on a regular bases so I was happy to find one within walking distance when I was broke down on the side of the road on Sunday morning in Sherwood, Oregon. I went to the store and there was one service counter person behind the counter which was fine as I was the next one in line and was then the only one in the store then.I found the counter person to be unhelpful and not real interested in helping me. When another customer came in he spend more time talking to him about railroad trains as they both seemed to have a common interested in them. I learned more about trains than trailer parts which I needed desperately with my wife, dog and boat stuck on the side of the road.When he said come behind the counter I thought he was talking to me to get a visual on a part, I was wrong as he started talking trains like I was his friend not a customer so I went back to the front of the store and his friend went back and talked to him in the parts isle. So after waiting for them to get done. I left the store without needed parts. I call another NAPA store and they gave me more information over the phone that was actually helpful.

I have yet to be disappointed with Sherwood Napa. Very friendly, knowledgeable and the store itself is neat and tidy. They give me print-outs of what I need to purchase with prices for the repair. Especially helpful when you're on a budget!

Went in to get replacement bulbs for my daughter's car. Needed a brake light and turn signal bulbs. The gentleman at the counter looked up what i needed and handed me two packages of the same replacement bulbs. I questioned why the same bulbs, he informed me that they were the same bulb for both. Hmm...i said how can the brake light and turn signal be the same bulb, and he assured me they were. Got back to the house to change out for my daughter and guess what.....not the same bulb! So back to napa i go.

Checked out a possible leak but assured me it was only AC draining and sent me on my way, no charge fantastic!

Awful customer service. Went in literally 4 times to get an alternator belt for my car, was not greeted kindly once and was sold the wrong part each time. This trip will be my last to return the belt and go elsewhere. I highly recommend you avoid this establishment at all costs!

I asked for green coolant and an employee grabbed orange coolant and sold it to me. I didn't realize the mistake until I got home an broke the seal on the jug. I returned to the store asking for an exchange explaining I was sold a different thing than I asked for, but they said they couldn't sell the bottle I had opened so they refused to exchange or refund it.

They guys are so nice and helpful !! I needed new windshield wipers and they put them on for me !! I would have struggled for a very long time if I had to do it myself !! THANK YOU !!!!

The manager Ruben was very knowledgeable of what I needed and made sure I had all the correct parts. Seriously best service he went above and beyond to help me.

Like other costumers said.. this store in specific their costumer service stinks. being that said. I haven't shop at any other NAPA autoparts.. I rather go somewhere.. don't waste your time at this store.. save your money. autozone and oreilys is close by.. it's worth the drive.! you'll thank me later :)

Excellent supply of auto parts and helpful staff. I had a burned out headlight. Sales clerk offered useful suggestions and tools to replace in the parking lot.

5 minutes before closing locked the door as I was walking up. OPEN sign was ON. Seemed like he was laughing because he locked up before I reached the door.

Too afraid to work too hard even though I asked him to change an K&N air filter on a 2009 Silverado. Going to AutoZone from now in Tigard, Oregon.

Here I am. 5:20. Store closes at 6pm but guess what? They are already closed and all the employees are smoking and yucking it up in th parking lot.
